Went above and beyond expectations to help repair the lock on a motor scooter which others weren't so interested in on a Saturday morning. Bruce is friendly and efficient, and took the time to show us how to fix the problem should it arise again in the future. Price for his time and expertise was very very reasonable. Will definitely call again for keys/locks - and all our friends now have Executive Mobile Locksmiths in their contact lists.

Bruce was referred by our local mechanic as the best Hobart car locksmith, they were dead right- Bruce's professionalism and helpfulness were incredible. I've had a broken door lock and a few key disasters over 20 yrs. The first time I rang Bruce, he came to my aid when others didn't. He's friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and reliable. Last week my remote key snapped off in my car ignition. I rang Bruce the next day, he was nearby and able to meet me within 5 mins. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

Can't recommend Executive mobile locksmith enough! We were told by our local that we would have to get the car taken to its dealership so we tried Executive locksmith and they came out first thing this morning to Sorell! I rang on Easter Monday night due to locking my keys in my car and due to unfortunately being away for Easter couldn’t help me directly but provided really useful advice and offered details of alternative locksmiths. Couldn’t ask for better service. Although I hope I don’t need the service again, they would definitely be my first call.

I couldn't recommend Bruce more! He instantly put me at ease and gave me confidence my ignition barrel and broken key could be fixed there and then (a great relief!). The price was reasonable and the service immaculate. It was such a great service I barely even minded spending the money! No regrets here!!

Would highly recommend Executive Mobile Locksmith! The ignition went in my car, couldn't turn on, was stuck at a petrol station for the day. Everyone else would take days to see my car but was seen within the same day by Executive Mobile! Very friendly, professional service and great prices.

Service was average he was very curt and wasn't very pleasant to deal with. It was a very simple 10minute job of swapping a keys case to a new one which he charged a large amount for. The job was fine but I wouldn't go back just cause of poor customer service and pricing.

They were fantastic with their customer service. I contacted several businesses and they quoted me hundreds of $ to fix my security key issues and EML told me how to fix it - just because of this i would use them again without a doubt. Highly recommend them. Denise

Bruce was incredible. Super friendly, efficient and affordable. I needed five locks changed and a couple of keys cut and he did it all within half an hour. If I ever need a locksmith again I’ll definitely be giving Bruce a call!
