I urgently needed a locksmith to help with a broken lock, unable to get in or out of the house on a Sunday morning - Sorell Locksmiths helped via text message, advising based on photos I sent on how to resolve the issue, which I was able to on my own - thanks so much for being honest and helping out in a difficult situation which I know you could have charged handsomely for (and rightly so), considering the travel distance, time & day.

Don’t expect any service from these guys. I’ve been waiting for approx 4 weeks to get info or diagnosis on my car door lock. Multiple excuses, we’re waiting on our suppliers ect and no follow up on any outcome. Tasmanian locksmiths got my car in within 2 days and the problem fixed. Stuck fingers in the tumbler.

Don’t bother, save your time and call someone who will help. I tried to call and they did not answer, just sent a text saying I can’t answer the phone. My child was locked out of the house after school. They were no help at all, no compassion. I called someone in Hobart who arrived in 30 minutes

Broke a key to our roof top luggage compartment while travelling through Sorell on a wet, windy Sunday afternoon. Hardware store couldn't match the blank so we called Sorell Locksmiths. We had new keys cut within 5mins(!) at great value for money. Top quality and friendly service. 10/10.

Great reason to venture down to Sorell and get a new key cut for my car as my old one was worn and being tempremental...Friendly conversation and fast service and everything is right in the world again and I can now plan my trip away west this weekend. .cheers.
