Building is old, no light or power. The bill was raised a $100 a month with absolutely no warning. We over out immediately and saved $160/month at a new location! Our new using is 5ft longer with outlets, a light & built in she leaves in the back! It’s even 2ft taller and the door is 2ft wider. Would not recommend extra space.

I have had the best experience dealing with the Arjon location. The onsite manager, Juana is helpful and responds quickly to any of my concerns! I have been with them since June 2023 and every time I deal with Juana she exceeds my expectations for service! Thank you for the consistent, superior service, Juana!

Tom was exceptional! Absolutely stellar customer service. I really enjoyed the rental process, it was seamless. Tom was amazing at his job. He could easily be a trainer for all Extra Space. I am really impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. It actually smelled great. The carpet is a great addition.

Spent time in the hospital. Couldn’t make a payment. The upper mgmt decided to stiff me with a $200 extra fine. Then raise my monthly as well. So I vacated as soon as I could start walking again. This people are the worse. They will rip you off. Be sure if it.

After just 3 months, I received a notice in the mail that my rate was almost doubling (90% increase to be exact). I recommend going with a different company because you will be paying way more than your introductory rate very soon after moving your stuff in.

Older storage facility where the rent keeps going up and up and up. Not worth it. The lights repeatedly go off in the hallway and the units aren’t lit or insulated. Ended up going to a storage unit in Poway where it’s lit, cool, and half the price.
