I received a delivery from this business and there was no card attached and they said the driver must’ve lost it. I’ve reached out to them several times over the past week or so and they keep telling me they are “too busy” to look up the information as to who sent the arrangement. This is very unprofessional.

Delivered flowers for my wife's birthday and forgot the chocolates that were supposed to come with them. Said they would deliver them the next day.... And nothing. Left voicemail and message thru website and was never contacted. Very poor experience.

Unprofessional, ridiculous prices for wilted flowers. Their pictures online do not match AT ALL to what was given day of. The prices do not justify the poor quality flowers sold at this place. Spend your money elsewhere.

My boyfriend placed an order from Colombia on December 29 and it is the date that the flowers have not yet arrived. They don't answer calls, TERRIBLE SERVICE.
