This review is mainly about MyChart, the portal that the Swedish Hospital uses for communications between patients and health care providers and for information about test results and appointments. MyChart is often broken. We get notifications that we have test results and when we visit the site or use the app, we cannot find any results. The Contact Us page indicates the technical support is available Monday through Sunday, 7:00am - 8:00pm and yet when we call on weekends, we only hear a message to call on weekdays. There are different MyChart links for the Swedish Hospital, Polyclinic and for different times that a patient may have visited them. It is so surprising and embarrassing that such a large health care provider in the Seattle area has such a portal with such a poor quality.

If I could give them zero star I would!! This place is no joke man trying to get an ultrasound appointment for almost 2 weeks now and was never be able to reach anyone always placed on hold for 45 minutes and even leave them a couple message and the message was never returned! And when I try the operator just to see if She can help me, the women that answer was very rude!! I give up this place.. I will die trying to get appointment with them!! gonna cancel all my appointments and go to a different hospital...I wouldn’t recommend any friends and family to this hospital!

I went Monday night caused my water had broken even dho i wasn't in pain i still went since i was 39 weeks and 4 days pregnant. they send me back home caused they didn't believe it was my water that broke they NEVER checked how dilated i was, and i wasn't in pain i had contractions that didn't hurt for sum reason... i went home all the way in Kent only to wake up in painful contractions 45 minutes later after i got home. Contractions were evry 3 minutes and i almost gave birth in the car,.

I just called to see if my boyfriend was possibly in this hospital because I haven’t been able to reach him all day, and the operator lady was EXTREMELY passive aggressive towards me and actually interrupted me rudely to tell me she hope I find him and hung the phone up on me. So I guess I can’t get info if he’s at another Swedish hospital then? I mean since she obviously didn’t want to speak to me. Geez...I mean wow...

Appreciate all the hard work the hospital is doing during this time. Jordan came to my mother's room to take blood, my mother does not do good getting her blood drawn. Jordan was wonderful he was patient with her and explained everything he was going to do. Best part, mom said she barely felt it. Thank you Jordan

Witnessed nurses and police here be violent and abusive with a patient who identified himself as having an emotional disorder, whom was separated from his caregiver. Chained him to a metal table and put him in a dark room even after I had left hours later. Horrendous and shameful behavior from nurses and doctors.

Ase 4 años estuve en ese hospital por 3 meses tenia un embarazo de muy alto riesgo la mayoría de las enfermeras y doctores me trataron muy bien solo como 2 enfermeras no muy bien pero bueno todo lo demás perfecto lo recomiendo muchísimo es muy buen hospital el mejor de Seattle wa.

I was hospitalized at Swedish Foothills hospital for a bowel obstruction. I could not be more impressed with the staff. They seemed knowledgeable, and were incredibly attentive. The physical facility leaves something to be desired, but the staff was outstanding.

After driving a long way i was late because i can't find parking any where the cancel my apoiment. This place is ridiculous impossible mision to find parking. And the stuff won't considered. I won't caming back am done.

Swedish employees, doctors, nurses and staff deserve a 5star rating. They are considerate, compassionate and very helpful. They have a BIG job to do and they run like a well maintained machine Thanks Swedish Cherry Hil

Don't go to Swedish if your kids are sick because the doctor don't care about your chilled life they will order unnecessary medicine . Take them to Seattle children hospital

This hospital’s maternity ward has absolutely zero respect and appreciation for new mothers and their newborns and their family.

Mistreatment of the elderly and our WW2 veterans! Disgusting what they did to our grandfather while he was there.

Treat elderly people better and with dignity. Also, treat your patients better like the other reviews say.
