My two main doctors here are generally good and the customer service in their offices is ok. But the general customer service, meaning the main switchboard, online resources and patient relations is very poor. I have been on hold for an hour and 26 minutes now listening to the same distorted, popping elevator music track. You'd think they could afford a new song after all these years. I'm beginning to think they're intentionally ignoring me, and torturing me with this garbled "nothing music." On top of that, the addresses and phone numbers that come up in web searches and even their own website are often wrong, out of date, etc. I was once 30 minutes late because the provider had moved to a different building years earlier and never updated their info online or even on the wall in the lobby. No one knew anything, or gave me more wrong information sending me on a wild goose chase looking for the place. When I finally found their new office they told me I had to reschedule because I was so late, and it was their fault! It's odd that my experience at UW Medicine hospitals was the exact opposite. Their customers service was excellent but many of their doctors were awful.

If I could give zero stars I would. The 2+ hour wait time paired with the unorganized triage of patients. This is definitely not how i wanted to spend my day to start with but this is ridiculous. I left after 3 hours and went elsewhere

Adam Turner is GREAT in the ER! The whole staff are exceedingly pleasant and caring! If I ever again have need to visit an ER it will be at this facility if at all possible! 5+ stars!!!!!!

The waiting time for an X-ray result is at least 1:30 hours + the time you have to wait to go through triage + the time for the doctor read to you your results. Terrible.

They were very hospitable and fast. I wish it wasn't so expensive. Thanks again.
