Bought an oven from Westgate game. However the staff is completely clueless when it comes to Product knowledge. Extremely unhelpful & unfriendly.Even worse the supervisor didn't know how to process the payment. I also get the feeling that I was keeping them from something more important this includes the supervisor who had the worst attitude of all. She went out of her way to do the bear minimum to help. If I had to draw a comparison...the service I experience at Roodepoort Home Affairs is EXTREMELY!!!! WAY WAY better. I purchased the defy oven because it was the last one in stock There was someone else that was trying to offer me an extended guarantee. However I was so ANGRY!!!!! & DISGUSTED IN THE PATHETIC SERVICE OF GAME WESTGATE. All I wanted to do was get out if the store ,get home and take the hottest disinfecting shower because I felt so dirty after this horrible experience at game WESTGATE. I AM A VERY UNHAPPY, UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER. I HOPE AND PRAY THATVI NEVER HAVE TO SET FOOT IN THIS STORE EVER AGAIN!!!!!!

In general Game got good products to count on. Though at Westgate while I would look at valuable items & need some valuable advice before buying mostly the representatives for different products are very helpful to count on. On other hand in comparison help from Game employees are very rare, unless you ask them. The expectancy will be that as soon as a client arive at the scene a Game helper, or representative must be available immediately on the spot, especially a Game sales person. Looking forward to 5-star rating for you. Don't let customers then wait in frustration to be helped. Will the client then be more important than anything else is a question to be fairly considered.

Very friendly staff, I went there twice this month and I must say I received great service on both occasions. There's also a cashier called Lyssa( not sure about the spelling) Ndlovu, she helped us a lot when we were purchasing a gas cylinder. She never got tired with us while we kept changing cylinders trying to get the right one ,instead she made sure we choose the right one that suits our needs. I would recommend anyone to do their shopping at Game Westgate mall.

The ladies at customer service are always confused and they sometimes advice that they don’t have certain items which are there at the store.The lady who was assisting apparently had an emergency and no one could assist on cancelling the order on their side ,l previously received the wrong order and now here l am on a phone call with someone who has no idea on what they are doing .Game needs to do better we all don’t like our jobs but we get our jobs done

I really have a problem with your staff. I went to clearwater and I was told that stock that I wanted is at game Westgate and had to drive there only to be told that there's no stock. How does it happen that you tell a customer to drive to a specific shop using their own fuel and just to get we don't have stock and we can't help you. Please you can do better than this Game

The worst Game store experience I have ever had!! We came here to buy a fridge and I literally waited 40 minutes for the rep to show up only to tell me the fridge is out of stock. The manager is no where to be found, there is barely any staff, I cannot believe it. Please send your guys to the Bethlehem branch and let Frans train them!

I went there this afternoon to apply for a phone contract and after waiting in a queue for over 15 minutes the lady requested my 3 months bank statement which i offered to email as i did not have a hard copy and her response was that she requires a hard copy as her email only accepts 2 pages i have never heard of such …

I have received outstanding service from Cynthia!!! There was a item on sale and as usual Game did not have stock. Cynthia called me almost 3 weeks later to let me know stock has arrived. I've bought 2 laptop from this store and the both lasted less than a month. Your products are pitiful with miserable quality. It's absolutely disgusting that this country looks to this store for quality tech. I'll try Makro. It can't be worse than Game.

It's the biggest mall in westrand with a lot of shops inside the mall It's clean and it's attracting a lot of people from different townships you shop everything from clothes to groceries as well as food court for quick bite we love our westgate mall.

So we were helped by David regarding waist trainers, he was very confident in he's product knowledge and helped us find exactly what we needed. He's enthusiasm was so refreshing and a huge help... Thank you so much David. You made our trip awesome!!

A huge variety of merchandise available. Usually stocks a lot of goods on special. Bought my first American Tourister carry case here at an amazing discount. Once in a while you can find dream gadgets under clearance. A good place to visit

Episode 1. When I walked in, there was not a single trolley available. I wondered why as the outlet was not that busy. Security told me conveniently that most trolleys were out in the parking area. All the others businesses e.g. Checkers

Always a negative experience to take away when I'm at this store. The cashiers always have an attitude about assisting Telkom customers that want to pay their bill. I always have to find myself explaining why I'm paying the bill at Game.

A big store with a lot of helpful items to buy either for camping or exercise. They have almost everything there from Tv's , cell phones gyming equipment and protein . Great decorations for your lapa and slip and slides for kids to play

I had a terrible experience with two store employees who did not want to assist me when i was looking for a specific item. They ended up fighting amongst themselves, when i was about to leave only then they got someone else to assist me.

Please spare us the frustration and just remove your store from Uber Eats. When you deliver, it's wrong items, and most times ORDERS ARE CANCELLED WITH ZERO COMMUNICATION. Why are you on the platform if it is clearly too much for you??
