Not very good. £20 to have 2 inches taken out of chain from 24inch to 22inch . They took 4 inches off this took month to do. Had to send back off again to have have 2 inches back on again to make it into 22 inch which is what it should
Very good service. I had a broken strap on my sentimental watch, fixed at no charge with skill. Definitely go back to get batteries and any other things fixed. Thank you
