One of the agents applied for financing with my credit balance to MPI without asking me about it. When I went back to ask a refund for my credit, he was talking with MPI over the phone, blaming my english right front of my face. In addition, he convinced me that pre-paid financing is good for me. There was an Autopac system outage today and we needed to register our vehicle. They were willing to write it up manually where others simply said they couldn’t help.
