WOOWW AMAZING SERVICE, WORKMANSHIP, PRICING, AND TURNAROUND TIME!!!!! Please take the time and read this review if you’re a bicycle owner, or thinking of becoming one!!! I had a busted presto valve from a gravel bike I purchased a few months ago, so I needed a new inner tube (user error, I broke the valve being too right it while trying to pump air with a cheap pump I purchased online). The technician—fully bilingual I should add—was friendly, and knowledgeable without being condescending at all. When I asked how long the repair would take and in how many days I should expect to pick up my repaired bike, the same technician mentioned that he could actually do it on the spot!!!! Also, they only charged me 11$ for the replacement tube, and very little added on top of that for the labour. I ended up purchasing an amazing GIANT pump that works like a dream, and paid essentially the same price as I would had I bought the same pump online. Please support this business! They are absolutely amazing and deserve our money!!

Boys!!! Thank you for the great service during this pandemic ! For going above and beyond and giving realistic lead times. Every time I got there, it was crazy busy with lineups of people . Every employee came out and served every guest with a smile . I personally felt the anxiety of all the people in line but, you made me feel like I was the only person being helped during my time . I didn’t feel rushed and there was no hiccups and extreme productivity in all steps of service . What looked like was going to take way too long to be served was done efficiently and effectively. Obviously properly staffed and managed very well. OH and I biked home and I was blown away with the performance of the bike and it looks supper cool! Thanks again Today reminded me why I will always come to you for bikes and in the future will recommend your team for service and biking products. We are a family of Giant Bikes!!

I recently bought a bike online through giant and had it delivered at Giant Orleans, and I’m glad I did. In the future I’ll likely go in person for all other dealings as opposed to purely online. The staff were great; friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and prompt. They set up my bike quickly, set me up with a variety of necessities, educated me on the essentials and I was on my way. All in all a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a bike or service!

I visit Giant Orleans at least once a year to get the bike that I purchased there tuned-up. I've always had great service, at purchase time, tune-up time and any other visits. Just a couple of days ago, I emailed them concerning a replacement part I was looking for and I received a response within hours, saying it was available and I could just drop by, they had one for me free of charge. The staff at the store was awesome and super friendly as usual. What amazing service. Thank you

First off I want to say the boys at Giant in orleans are really nice friendly people! My issue is the pricing in this store. For example.. co2 for emergency tire repair is 6$, and 3$ everywhere else. Park tool chain scrubber is 60$ and can be bought at bushtukah and everywhere else In the low 30s Maxxis rekon tires run 60$ when they can be bought online within Canada for 54$ I won’t be going back, not because of the service but because they run a business off price gouging

Just purchased a Gravel bike Giant Revolt Advance 2. The service was great, with all the detail explanation and the necessary adjustments for my comfort with the bike. I also have a 10 years old road bike that was bought originally from the Orléans shop with the existing owner and the service has always been at its best. I strongly recommend ORLEANS Giant if you are looking for a new bike, maintenance or any bike related gear or equipment.

Giant Orleans is my first store to get started with the world of professional race bikes and they've been more than helpful. I got into a bit of a problem with the bike I did buy and only realized this after the fact. Long story short, I needed a different size. I just purchased my third Giant mtb (1st from Giant Orleans). They are great bikes. The customer service at Giant Orleans was exceptional: from reserving the bike through Lino to picking it up with Jeremy. Every part of the bike was completely explained to me. I really appreciated Jeremy's time in going through the details of the bike. I'm really impressed with Giant Orleans!

I bought my first road bike at Giant Orleans about two years ago and the staff were really helpful and answered all of my questions. I have subsequently gone back for bike tune ups and to purchase bike gear. Staff are very knowledgeable and are always happy to provide advice. They are also very responsive - emails are answered and voicemails are returned!

I had a new rim installed and a tune up. The first ride the kick stand fell apart, the derailleur grinds and binds in some gears. Real poor job. They claim they did not touch the stand but I have had this bike for 10 years with no issues. They claim a coincidence that it gave out then.

Phenomenal service. Had a recurring issue with one of the parts I ordered. Even though it was just out of warranty, it was clearly defective and they allowed an exchange all the same. If you’re in the East end and need anything for your bike, this is the place. Forever customer.

Love going here, such friendly staff, and it helps that Giant bikes are very high quality. I had to get a tire inflated and the guy did it very quickly. Would recommend purchasing buys here instead of a third party vendor as they are very knowledgeable

I can only speak to their service department but they are great. Book your service appointment early because they are BUSY! Great knowledge, decent enough prices (hey man, service is expensive), and very friendly staff.

Great service. They only allow 5 customers at once in the store for Covid safety, which is great but try and go on quiet times. Bought a 24" kids bike. Arrived in perfect shape and we get tune ups for life!

Over the last several years I have bought 5 bikes from 3 stores (all good ones), but Giant Orleans was the best experience I’ve had. Great customer service and great follow up. Very highly recommended!

Gaint charge so much for simple things and a quick fix turns into a $500 visit. This company charges you for stuff i dont want. GO TO THE ONE DOWNTOWN. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU.
