I finally washed my car after a month or so of it being dirty, I had what I thought was dirt on the fender, driver/passenger door and side skirt of my car however, at the car wash I couldn’t remove it. I took the abrasive side of a dish sponge and hot water to it and finally was able to start removing the debris however, as the water dried I noticed that I was creating scratches and damaging and fading the clear coat. I still had a decent amount of dirt/debris on my car but stopped because I was messing up my car. I have a 2019 Toyota XSE Camry I want to keep it nice so I was definitely upset. It was about 5:45 p.m on Monday which happen to be my last day of PTO, I looked for auto detailers on google and most of them were closed. I called one other shop before calling Gonz Detailing but I didn’t like the customer service and they weren’t open on weekends and wasn’t able to work with me getting off work at 3:00 p.m. I called Gonz Detailing hoping they would answer because online said they close at 6:00 p.m, he answered right away I told him what was going on, I wasn’t very far from his location, he told me he could look at my car and see if he could fix it and then we could talk about pricing. I took it to him, he was very friendly greeting us upon arrival and it didn’t take him long at all to know he could fix my car. He tells me pull it into the drive way and immediately gets to work buffing out my car. I had only mentioned that I wanted to fix the scratches but asked him if he had time or would be able to get the remaining debris off my car. He didn’t complain he happily removed the rest of the debris and buffed out my car doors. I was very impressed with his customer service he happily took care of me, he took personal time out of his evening to fix my car at the exact time I called and was willing to do a very good job. He has great eye for detail and detailed my car until he felt he couldn’t see the damage at all anymore. He saved me so much time and effort of me doing it myself and trying the find online the technique in doing so. He’s an entrepreneur and has all the equipment and product necessary to do a good job. I really recommend him. He gave me a really good experience. -Regina
