A good location, very convenient when on the way to work, passing through the high street and shopping etc. Unfortunately, it's not always fresh - a standard you'd expect from Greggs. Typically, hot food is served cold. The service isn't all too great, and they appear to be understaffed. Only one till out of five, in operation between 8-10am in the mornings. This results in longer queues and visibly frustrated customers. However, the store is very spacious with great amount of seating. It is clean, and very comfortable for a quick bite or a longer coffee break. Just a shame, the service and hot food is not up to standard.

Ordered a bacon role today and the lady at the till that had been touching money cards and the till, grabbed a bun with her bare hands opened the bun up and placed it on a paper napkin before she grabbed the tongs to fill in the bun. I complained as this had happened to me before in Bromsgrove but the manager there was apologetic. In this store the manager under the name Katie laughed at me and did not even bother looking into her filthy dangerous practices. It is inexcusable by Greggs to use incompetent and untrained staff. This will be escalated to trading standards. and the food standards agency.

Greggs is always our stop off place when things overlap with lunch time and you need to something to eat which is quick ,convenient and tasty. Hot pies . sausage rolls . Assorted sandwiches and rolls. Plenty drinks and beverages to choose from. Of course for a sweet tooth there's always the tasty cakes .Everything always fresh. The shop is clean and tidy well arranged. Covid safe.Staff are polite and efficient .What's not to love about a Greggs.

It's a nice place, you can eat your food there or take away, they have a special offer only for 3'15£ you can take a hot or cold food and one drink. They have lots of variety of food and they make every day, the coffee is not bad and the decoration of the shop is very good. The staff members always help you and they give you correctly the information about their products.

The meat and veg soup was terrible. No flavour. I went to the condiments to see if there wetlre any salt and pepper. No....only sugars. I have never tasted anthing so bland. It looks delicious but trust me. This is making you look bad. Did the chef not taste the product. Sorry to go on but this so bad.

I come in the morning for my breakfast and the staff are lovely especially Leah she’s always ready to serve a good smile along side my food sometimes I come in the afternoon after I finish work and a young man I think his name is Kian is very friendly towards his colleagues as well as the customers.

Always use this store when in city,very dirty floors and table's never clean tables. before seating to enjoy the food, I have to clean the tables. Get your act together and employ someone to clean floor and tables. Are you saving money to increase dividend for shareholders on customers loyalty??

Greggs, just simply plain food, and too expensive for plain food as well. Greggs as you've just put your prices up howabout increasing your portion size. £2.20 for a bacon cob (3 slices of thin bacon, a cheap cob and the smallest amount ketchup know to man) that isn't worth £2.20.

Very busy. No tables. Small amount of choice re: food available on the shelves and nothing that they were advertising in posters in the window. Just seemed to be a place loads of students came to chat and have breakfast. I assume it's great if you want a sausage roll at 0800.

Visited Greggs in Primark Birmingham today staff were very friendly and helpful Jemma especially she was chatty,polite and was very considerate doing her job with a smile! Thankyou made my morning before catching train back to Wales. Food fresh hot .I will be back.

I visited greggs today an I brought hot chocolate from there… The hot chocolate was absolutely disgusting no taste whatsoever tasted like hot water mixed with sugar not worth the price I paid for I would go back and get a refund I wouldn’t even give it 1 star…..

Nicely located branch but noisy area due to metro works. Needed a pick me up so l got myself my fave hot caffeine fix, a lovely latte with brown sugar yummy. Plenty of seating and nice staff. Big selection of food and drink. Wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Great place and excellent staff service. Food is always nice and hot, and always tasty. Nice place to grab lunch with some friends. Moreover, you can even take your lunch to go and enjoy it whilst walking around the town center and enjoying the area!

Food was lovely and hot and helpful staff but it was a very busy Saturday and no attempt to clean the tables whilst we were there. We sat at a dirty table with half a packet of crisps sitting on the table and the rest on the chair or floor

Really nice experience, I wanted to take a cappuccino and sit 2 minutes but I found the locare really dirty, the tables were very dirty and the baskets full of garbage. There was no one to keep clean. I won't be coming back again

Vegan steakbakes looked undercooked and had to wait about 20 minutes for a vegan sausage roll. However, the manager did ask if everything was okay as he had seen that there was a problem so that's always good..

The food was good and staff were great but it was freezing cold because both doors were open and there no way the door heater can cope with trying to keep the cold out and heat the street at the same time

The perfect cheap, speedy option. Food available for vegans are limited - they're quite slow in meeting the needs of a changing market. Not great for people with allergies or food intolernces.

Very pleasent staff, always helpful.. Foods got better over the years, there's more variety! Only problem is , when the cooked food becomes cold.. need a better method on keeping it warm?

Ordered a vegan sausage along with cheese and onion bake. Both were cold. Uncomfortable to eat. Don't know why they leave them out if they don't bother to keep them heated and fresh.

Disgusting...would have given it 0 stars. Food was cols, staff didn't know what they were doing and the kids both threw their pizza slices in the bin....AVOID!!!

Always clean and tidy with good service. It's a shame for the staff how rude and aggressive some customers are. The staff shouldn't have to put up with that.

The products are fine but they didn't have the sandwich I wanted at 8am and the hot chocolate here is very weak. Probably best to go to another store nearby

Queues can stretch out to the road outside at times. I guess that's a sign of a successful venue. A great stop off for coffee and cake.

Please refrain from "poor" people (with smartphones !) approaching the queue with requests to buy them food and drinks.
