H2H Movers are amazing to work with. They helped us move from Wisconsin to my in-laws place and then to our new home in the Chicago area. They were easy to work with during the whole process and provided very good instructions on how to pack, took detailed inventory of our stuff virtually, and were easy to contact when we had any questions. Vitaly and the crew were amazing! Super professional and unbelievably quick when it came to moving stuff out. The move ended up being chaotic because the apartment we were moving to wasn’t finished but the whole crew took it in stride and rolled with the punches like champs. This was the first time I hired movers (swore to myself I'm done with the 100% DIY process after last time) and I was quite pleased. While they cost more than a pack of college students, it was quite easy to manage my expenses by discussing their pricing metrics on the multiple confirmation calls leading up to the day and consolidating items on lower floors to eliminate flights of stairs. I actually had them move more than what I originally intended b/c of how efficient and mindful they were during loading. They were very receptive and patient with my direction and redirection during unloading as well as I tried to anticipate how my spouse would want things placed. I ended up coming in $400 lower than what I expected the at-lowest cost to be, which I happily gave them as a tip.

This is the second time I have used H2H movers and I still have nothing but wonderful things to say. The company does a great job of communicating their routines, prices, and moving methods from the initial consultation. My partner and I had an amazing experience with H2H Movers for our move. The process to schedule the move was painless and they were very communicative leading up to the day of the move. On the day of, they brought a 4-man crew to secure the furniture in our 2-bedroom apartment and load up the truck. The team was very professional and careful with our belongings (see attached photo). I was walking to the L when an H2H truck drove by. I decided to check them out and I couldn’t be more happy that I did. The communication with getting a quote, scheduling, and details about moving day was excellent. This was my first time hiring movers so I was quite anxious. Not only did they do a fantastic job but they did it in an hour less than quoted! After completely unloading the truck they made sure I didn’t need any furniture assistance. Amazing team! Came to load up me and my families belongings and did it with the quickness! It was the same unloading. They did not come to play. All of our items arrived safe and sound. this is actually my second time using H2H. Once again I was blown away. These guys moved 2 apartments into 1 house in under 6hrs. Everything was wrapped and protected. They handled all of our belongings with care and offered to set things up and move it into place for us. Phenomenal team at H2H! The only movers I’ll use and all of my friends/family/colleagues in town use them.
