Booked an appointment for my daughter to open a student account. The advisor was not the least bit interested in our business and only seemed interested in whether I would be interested in a mortgage at some point. When I am shopping for a mortgage I will contact this same advisor... to let him know I will happily pay a higher interest rate at one of their competitors instead of bring my business to a company so apathetic towards new customers. Most likely I'll take my business to the bank who treated my daughter as a valuable customer as opposed to how she was treated here at HSBC.

Absolute worst bank ever to deal with. To start I went in to certify a cheque( which I do weekly). Apparently this branch had its own bank account shut downs(not the writter of the cheques) for lack of use. After waiting an hour for them to try to open their own account back up I started asking questions and was asked to leave by the RUDEST manager I have ever dealt with. I just had honest questions they couldn't answer and I think it made them super deffensive. If this isn't enough of a reason not to deal with them have a look into their scandals

Windermere is the worst bank branch I ever dealt with. To get a new debit card that uses tapping it took me 4 months. When I finally got it, the card did not work. I called after hours I was told there was a restriction but the guy was unable to explain the reason. When I go to the bank I cannot communicate with people there because they do not quite understand English, they did not listen carefully and did not povide the solution to the problem.

I recently had to open an international bank account at this branch. I had the pleasure of being helped by John, who was able to both perform the relevant checks and open my new account in less than 15 minutes. John also took the time to show me how to send wires online without having to come into the branch every time.

I had a complex banking problem that was very hard to navigate. The branch manager Chee Ang stepped into the gap to address a problem that had been outstanding for 6 months, and take it over the finish line. It was refreshing to be seen as a person not an account.

This is one of the worst banks I have ever felt with. You have a manager and staff that are not properly trained or knowledgable in what they are doing. No sense of time or urgency to get things done, no wonder nobody uses this place. Poor service, and rude people

The working hours are too short. The account desgin is terriable and no clue to get the code. The online services were terrible too. The representative was not able to understand my questions.

This bank operates like Scam Bank. It also takes one week to open an account with them. No customer service, arrogant staff. Its a communist banking if you ask me
