Worse service I ever experience I went there to apply for credit card the lady on the phone told me that I needed only 1 piece of identification with photo which I brought. When I arrive there the lady at the counter was rude and ask me for many document and got displease and ask her to cancel everything. I wanted to start a relation ship with HSBC because I could move some of my asset there to become a premier member because I have a business in Asia and could transfer found more easily but now I feel I never want to go back to this branch. I also remember going there 5 year ago when I started before going to Asia for the first time to open a bank account to make transfer easy and the service was so bad I decided to stick to RBC and TD even if not perfect is much better then this place.
J'ai eu la pire expérience de ma vie avec cette banque principalement. Le service à la clientèle au téléphone est BEAUCOUP mieux que le service de la banque elle même. Si vous voulez ouvrir un compte aller sois à la banque RBC ou la banque BMO. Le service est hors paire. La banque HSBC est après fermer et c'est la banque RBC qui veut s'en procurer. En espérant que RBC ne prenne pas les employés de la HSBC de Sherbrooke.
La pire succursale HSBC que j'aie jamais vue. Gabriell Paquette a un minimum de connaissances qu'un banquier devrait connaître. Elle a également été très négligente. The worst HSBC branch I ever seen. Gabriell Paquette has a minimum knowledge a banker should know. She was also very careless in the case of my son.
Except M. Mikael, a horrible branch! They don't know how to fill a LLP form. After three weeks, they called me as one section was empty. I re-wrote a form and I realized again that the section has to be empty! It is better to drive to Montreal rather than dealing with them.
Been Waiting 30 minutes on the phone to get an appointement. Nobody answered. A message was saying 15 minutes. All the other bank I called answered quickly or I've been transfered to a box message system so I could leave a message. No service here.
the worst experience that I have ever had, I spent 3 hours to open a simple account, that did not work, I spent another 2 hours on the phone, they could not fix it, finally they suggested me to open and use an account in their competitor banks!!!!
Démarche très bureaucratique pour ouvrir un compte bancaire... il faut compter environs 2 heures.... la Conseillère ne maîtrise pas bien les produits de sa banque et elle doit à chaque fois consulter son supérieur pour confirmer des points......
Une banque qui ne respecte pas ses engagements je n'ai pas reçu mon bonus de bienvenue et le service à la clientèle est complètement incompétent! Gardez votre argent loin de cette banque!
Vraiment un service pourri. C'est sûr que venant d'une banque, j'imagine que c'est normal. Je retourne à la caisse, au moins là bas j'ai l'impression qu'ils ont les humains à coeur.
Change souvant de personnel mais lequipe du moment est super... surtout le petit jeune en avant..tres gentil et patient toujours le sourir
