"Great service and good staff Some people on the front desk still need a bit training to be aware of what service can be done at the bank One star deducted because i asked once about a service and someone there said they can’t do it, and after two week i passed by and asked different person there if the service can be done at the branch and they said yes and that they are always available to do it!"
"They forgot to activate my chequing account when I opened it, so I had to go back for them to activate it before I could use it, causing some delays in my student loan being deposited into my account, and it was closed unexpectedly early with no explanation posted on the door when I went to do some banking this week"

Avoid place des congrès..Queen does things right and the other branches will give you trouble and lie and not help for something they can do because it's too much paperwork lol. Stick to queen …
L'agent du nom Bahara Amamali m'a accusé de fraude d'identité, banque RBC Lennoxville Branch Sherbrooke. Une personne incorrecte, un comportement que je n'ai jamais vu dans une banque. Sachant plus quoi faire elle me raconte des contres verités, des choses que j'ai déjà discutées avec un autre agent.
1 mois de problèmes avec RBC, c'est la seule succursale qui a pu régler le problème. J'ai été traité avec beaucoup d'empathie et ils ont fait preuve de compétence inégalée dans les autres succursales. Milles mercis. Je recommande!
