I have to thank Nick, the Assistant Produce Manager, for suffering my mild lunacy and hopefully being entertained in the process. My friend lives in the avenues and has a large old timey tub with the claw feet... Well, said friend has never bathed in this tub. This tub does not have a working drain stop. I went to Harmon's seeking a simple silicone disk style drain cover but to no avail. Since I am on foot and owing to the lovely rain storms today I'm not particular to alot of shopping around. So I ask Nick if he knows of any round, small fruits or vegetables that are not buoyant. Neither of us came up with anything until we both () "maybe a potato?" I'm likely to head to Smith's in short order depending upon the efficacy of a pear shaped Yukon Gold potato in stopping an old fashioned tub full of boiling hot water, equally hot bff + calming lavender, and rejuvenating eucalyptus oils from draining out too rapidly. Add the dulcet tones of Barry Manilow's Greatest Hits and you'll have a Yukon Golden Night to Remember!!! Thank you for your service, Nick. I hope it made your day in some silly way better ✌️ As indicated in the picture, so far so good! The water is stopp-ed.

Harmons Grocery is the go-to grocery store for me whenever I visit Salt Lake City. One of the reasons I love this grocery store is because of its extensive hot bar and salad bar options. The $9.99 per pound of food pricing is reasonable, and the food selection is fairly wide, making it easy to find something you'll enjoy. During lunch hours, the hot bar and salad bar areas were always packed with individuals, which is a testament to the popularity of the store among people in the area. The food is always fresh, well-prepared, and delicious. Aside from the food, I also appreciate the overall cleanliness and organization of the store. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store has a great selection of groceries, produce, and meats. Overall, I would rate Harmons Grocery a 5/5. The store provides a great shopping experience with a wide range of food options and friendly staff. I highly recommend this grocery store to anyone looking for a quality shopping experience in Salt Lake City.

Usually this Harmons is great. But today the female employee with the braids at the deli was gross. After helping a customer ahead of me, the employee left me standing there, and she went and got a rubber glove out of dish water and didn't wear it but used it to smear soap all over the meat cutter. and the cutting board. I've never seen any store do this at their Deli, it was gross. And I've never seen anyone clean with a rubber glove. This employee also doesn't change gloves in between different tasks. The employee was snappy and mean right away and hard to deal with. After I saw the employee smear a glove of soap everywhere I walked away and didn't even want any lunch meat after what I saw. Strange and gross. I don't know if I'll ever be able to order slice meat from this Harmons again. I tried calling the manager about this, I hope they do something. Watch closely if you order from the Deli.

I love this Harmons. It's got a great location, lots of selections for every type of food and treat you can think of. Impressive deli section, both hot and cold, drinks, artisan chocolate, excellent produce, friendly staff, lots of allergen friendly food, nice meat selection, both packaged and fresh. They've got decorations for all your favorite holidays, gifts for everyone, a cafe, coffee shop, an area for cooking class and even a post office. There's plenty of seating spread out for enjoying your meal and there's free parking for Harmons customers. Taking up 2 floors, you're guaranteed to find something for everyone.

This has to be the best Harmon’s in the state or in the company in general. The store is huge. The selection store wise is larger than any store I’ve seen. From cereal, to cheeses, to produce, to deli, to beer. You will definitely find things you won’t find elsewhere. There is a culinary education piece that I love that offers cooking education to adults and kids. There is a post office, a burger joint, and a cafe. The bakery and pizzeria is ridiculously awesome as well. Parking is convenient. This is definitely a five star store experience.

Harmon's is one of the greatest grocery stores I have visited. It is megastore of gourmet health foods surrounded by beautiful displays of blooming flowers. A wraparound cafe is housed on the second floor with a cooking school, coffee bar and even a Post Office. Comfortable seating overlooks the massive inventory of health food, a hot bar, salad bar and delightful selection of fresh produce. The people who work there have that incredible Utah hospitality and warm spirit that makes the place feel like home.

the best ever salad bar until last week. apparently the person who ran perfect all fresh salad bar has left and new person seems to like all frozen items. literally had to chip at frozen strawberry glob after fruits are frozen taste goes way way down as you know . thought this this was a fluke the first time but a few days later even worse. herman’s please don’t become smiths p.s. people at checkout were reluctant to say much but i gather that the bad salad bar comments are rolling in

No one asked if I needed help. Cashier didn't ask how I was doing. Cashier didn't smile at all either. Cold experience. A team member I flagged down was reluctant to show me where a product was when I asked her to show me. She said "ur guess is as good as mine" like what??? Trader joes is 100% better customer experience. TJ's shows u where the product is and they do it with a smile. I work at trader joes so I know good customer service. First and last time at Harmons.

Ordered a birthday cake through their platform and followed it up with a phonecall on the day of the pick up but when I got there, they somehow forgot to bake my cake. They offered me a vanilla cake on the counter which I took because of time constraints but that cake was didn’t taste fresh at all and even my guests left so much on their plates. It was a very bad experience considering I did everything right and tried not to make a scene after my order was messed up.

We will and do drive the extra miles to do our grocery shopping at Harmons. It is so clean and well organized and the atmosphere can’t be beat for a grocery store. They have everything I need and more and don’t even get me started on their cheese selection. Top notch grocery store! The only complaint I have is that the handles on their paper bags break SO easily. Easy fix-bring your own bags when you shop or just be weary of that.

Harmons Grocery - City Creek is a very organized, clean, and fantastic grocery store in the middle of downtown Salt Lake City. There is a large variety of selections to choose from at reasonable prices. It is open on Sunday when most sites and restaurants in downtown Salt Lake city are closed. I highly recommend Harmons Grocery - City Creek for your every grocery store option

This is an Amazing fancy grocery store. It’s so organized, everything looks fresh and delicious and they even offer cooking classes. No hard alcohol, wine and couldn’t find champagne. They only have beer and seltzer’s. This is coming from someone who hates going into the grocery store. I prefer to do online grocery pick up orders. I will definitely be back to visit! ✨

The mail center is super convienant to use. Would have given 4 stars however the parking lot used to offer more parking spaces on the cafe level to customers but now they have less parking devoted to actual instore customers which can make it harder to find parking and the short older white women who works in the mail center is an absolute hag who hates life and it shows.

The customer service & USPS counter is inside on the upper level. Larena was the lone associate working a long line of people. She was very fast & doing the work of at least two people. Very, very, strict on parking. Don’t park here unless you’re going to Harmon’s. The bread is great (fougasse is my favorite). The staff is very friendly & I like this downtown location.

  • Feisty McB

Located downtown. Harmon's is multi-story. The grocery store itself is on the ground floor. There is a cafe and a limited services post office on the second floor. As for grocery/food items, some are expensive as compared to where I live (Florida), while other items are comparable or even cheaper. This store offers self checkout.

Order a Thanksgiving Turkey Breast, way over priced, they seasoned it very well, except it was way, way, way too salty. I was very disappointed because I look forward to eating turkey for Thanksgiving every year and was only able to take a few bites! Never again will I be ordering their turkey dinner! …

This is a very nice grocery store. The prices are very good for the area. There is a very large selection of many items. The store is very well lit and inviting. There is also a nice upper level where you can eat and look out over the entire store. Also there is a nice parking garage that you can park in for 2 hours.

  • Warman Hall

For a small town kid this was an amazing grocery store. It blew my mind that the grocery store would have its own Cafe and parking garage! The store looks like a blend of a Smith's and a Vitamin Cottage. A lot of interesting deli and grab and go choices. The iles were stocked with amazing variety of products.

  • D Snyder

This Harmon is expensive but way more fun to go into than Whole Foods. The bakery section has all kinds of very creative desserts at very reasonable prices, and I was quite pleased with the popcorn selection. They were one of the last places still open on Christmas Eve which was a very welcome surprise.

  • Mavenish Mama

Would give ZERO stars if I could! Terrible experience with Tommie at Customer Service / USPS counter. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Didn’t want to answer any questions and told me she wasn’t going to repeat herself. Do yourself a favor and go to another Harmon’s or Smith’s.

  • Rick Jones

Great prices for superb quality goods. There is plenty of free parking, a coffee shop with donuts, a Cafe upstairs, a fine selection of fresh fruit, and everything else you expect in an upscale grocery. The old bad thing is that you will spend too much money on things not on your list.

  • Wazim Baksh

It was a great shopping experience for me since it was my first time visiting a Harmons. The product variety was amazing and the fruits and vegetables were fresh with all types and varieties of packaged foods. The store was clean and well maintained and minimal lines at the register.

Gorgeous store near City Creek! Such a variety of everything, I spent a little too much time here. The second floor cafe area gives a great view of the whole store, and it was empty so it was great for me to enjoy some of the food I bought. Great place, will be coming again soon!

  • Caitlyn Fahrenkamp

So much fun and the food was great! Made Indian food with Chef Evan. He had lots of good tips and tricks, and there was a good amount of both instruction and hands on time. Also loved his information about ingredients, which was highly informed by what is stocked in the store.

  • Graham Sorensen

I was checking out at the upstairs checkout. I had my groceries on the scanner next to me. The clerk then came over and said I needed to move my groceries and proceeded to put my groceries on the ground, which is not clean. He could have just asked me to move them.

  • Bric Anderson

Utahs best Harmons! It is a one stop shop for your downtown needs. The best groceries, the best selection, and the best cafe. Harmons Cafe serves Cafe Ibis coffee which Utahs best coffee. With everything combined it makes it hard not to love this Harmons.

  • Griffin Schmitt

Overpriced name brands, 8 dollar eggs and the like. Yet, this doesn’t assure quality. Certain sections of their milk aisle feature milk that has passed its sell by date and been pushed to the front regardless, can’t help but feel this is company policy.

  • Tam N

This supermarket has everything you could need including a post office on site. The store is very well presented and there are lots of health conscious ready to eat options as well as a large bakery. Prices are more expensive than other supermarkets.

  • Dave Rodriguez

This place is awesome… I love cooking and I love great stores and this happens to be one of them. Everything is extremely fresh… The coffee shop upstairs is wonderful… If you happen to be in the area I need to fill your fridge this is where to go.

  • Ashton Jensen

Parking is cool, very well organized clean store with everything a grocery store should have, and I have no doubt in my mind that there is love in the air at this store. People have met here and found their one true love. Maybe on the

Great store selling scrumptious fruts, veggies, beverages, frozen foods, and vitamins nestled in the heart of Salt Lake City. An eye candy experience. Bought a ganache white peach cheesecake: penance required as this is a sinfully

Had an issue with our cakes at the bakery from an online order and Natalie hopped right on it and whipped some new cakes up for is real quick. She was so kind and patient and saved the birthday party! …

  • Louis Malek

Definitely the place to go for gourmet fixin's in Central Salt Lake City. Fresh produce, imported cheeses, a Salad Bar, Courtesy Center, cooking school, Cafe ... what does this place lack? Nothing.

  • Eddie Ozols

As tourists we were able to get food to cook after 3 weeks on the road. Excellent produce and especially liked the clam xhowder. The upstairs coffee shop was a good find on an early morning walk.

  • Chef Marcela Ferrinha

Is not just a supermarket! Is a place to hangout, to shop, to have lunch or dinner, to buy food, to try delicious foods, and also to learn! Their cooking school is amazing!

  • Gayle Lyon

It is like taking a mini vacation. Superb selections, extremely eye appealing and great service. Soup’s and Salad Bar as you know, are a real draw for the shopper.

  • Marles Barkley

Best looking grocery store ive ever been in - they had everything a regular store had though but it looked very nice - the parking is awful but thats okay

  • Angie P

I like getting sushi and snacks from here. The sushi is always fresh and good. It's actually better than a lot of the sushi restaurants here in Salt Lake.

  • Christa Hutchison

It used to be fantastic. Now the cafe is Never open when it says it should be. It's really disappointing when it's 7am and you just need a cup of coffee.

  • Jaclyn Behar

This place is amazing! Pharmacy staff is so nice. Cheese and meat selection is incredible and the burger place is great. They even have cooking classes!

  • Genice Nielsen

My favorite local grocery store!! The store has a great selection of products ranging from organic, vegan, gluten free, diet, and allergy safe.

  • Tricia Hutzel

Grocery on first floor, cafe and coffee on the second floor. Plenty of ready to eat meals near the deli. Convenient parking garage.

  • Emily Price

You know it’s a nice store when the kids think it’s a special outing. We got some goodies at the cafe and enjoyed the grocery run.

  • Eric Davis

Very well organized. Everything was well stocked, and clean. If you can't find it here, then you don't need it. Very well done.

  • Phillip Lyons (Phillip Fry)

Great place for lunch. Little pricey. But depend how much you get... Friendly and very active and interactive store...
