Staff have degree in metallurgy! Took my Circulon skillet pan to store for warranty claim as it was no longer non-stick (Circulon have "lifetime warranty" on products). First person dismissed my warranty request and advised that 3 years on my lifetime skillet was "pretty good" Next manager advised me that by looking at my skillet for 3 seconds she could determine that I was overheating my pan regularly and thus not covered under warranty. Amazing, such a waste of talent. Surely with such talent and knowledge of metallurgy and nano-particle heat degradation at a glance, this person should be working with NASA or SpaceX. I was then refused in store warranty and had to log a warranty case with Circulon directly. Piss poor customer service. Do not buy from Harris Scarfe if you expect to be able to make warranty claims. Consumer Law does not apply here.

Usually some good sales on, like 40%-50% items. Good for Kitchen items, Pillows and Doonas, as they are usually on sale at the same time or alternatively after another. I got 1x king size 80% Feather /20% Down doonas and 1x 500gm wool doona for more than 1/2 price last year and they are still going strong. They also have a large range of clothing, shoes, luggage, towels, electrical etc. Usually save $$$ off full price when I go - as per picture, $60 thermal bottle reduced to $35, $45 Thermos branded Bottle reduced to $26 and $30 Avanti cups reduced to $17. Good savings

The range of products is wonderful and the service is amazing. I came in to buy 2 sets of plates and I carried them to the registers. I was offered a trolley but declined as they weren't really heavy. Once I got to the registers a staff member told me I could put them on the empty register while I waited in line and on the way out another 2 staff offered to get me a trolley. They were all lovely and thoughtful the staff at the register even taped the recipt to the box so apon leaving it was visible to the staff member on the door.

Came here for some clothes. Had a pretty good variety of mens sporty clothes. There was some good multibuy deals saving a lot of money. Would recommend and come here again any day!! We also had a staff member come up and ask us if we are going good, asked a question if they had a different jacket in a different colour, went out her way to check the back if they had any. Wasn’t able to find anything but later hunted us down again with success into finding that jacket! Was very happy with her customer service!

I haven't been to HS since it closed in the city. I mainly looked at small kitchen electrical and other kitchen stuff. Packed to chokers with stock, some v good prices and a few outstanding prices. I suggest you go after doing your online research and are familiar with price ranges coz it will be tempting to buy. Not everything is good value. Overall I'd say this is a v good department store probably superior to Myer and DJs which frankly are a bit tired.

Love the shop! It has a great range of kitchen appliances, utensils and electricals like vacuum cleaners, hair dryer and even massager. The beddings section offered massive range of pillows, bed sheets and quilt covers. You can also find men and women's clothes sold here. Good quality products are sold here at a great price. You can benefit from the massive discounts all year round to get a good bargain.

My phone experience was terrible, tried calling to see if a product was in stock(which should only take 5-10 min), the Initial person was sarcastic which made me feel insulted before putting me on hold. after a 25 minuet wait was greeted with "I didn't know you were on hold", after that they were helpful to find out that had the product was in stock, though it would of been faster to drive there.

So many bargains and so much to choose from. Honestly I was a bit lost and was looking for some help. One of their staff Mohit explained what was on offer and the best deals available for what I was willing to spend. It will be our go to place if staff like Mohit can offer help. Excellent display of customer service. Made the place look even better, love it

Never shop there again when told lady to keep 1.5 away she and her 2 daughter's started telling me to shop elsewhere if I didn't like it stap then told me to shut up. I feel badly because even though I was in the right to request social distancing as per there signage to keep a 1.5 social distancing between all people

Hi i have a suggestion. I bought cooking set and few other items from tea tree plaza Harris scarfe. There was no trolley to carry it was hard. I didn't want to take a trolley from coles to carry what i bought from Harris scarfe. May be you should arrange for trolley for your customers as well

I like it there always have sale prices on clothing thats usually costly and good really well made and brands well known.the same throughout the store.have got good items and always happy.great store.also biased because i worked in harris scarfes in the city when i was sixteen.

Phoned up today as I wanted to purchase an exercise bike from them, last one in the state. As I was at work I asked them to hold it for me for an hour and the guy was so rude and refused to put it on hold. What ridiculous customer service and absolutely disgusting attitude.

I visited Tea Tree Plaza and went into Harris Scarfe. It is bigger than the one at Colonnades and I liked the set out and strolled around looking for different items. I would definitely do the journey again. Pay them a visit.

Good range of housewares products at good prices. Annie was outstanding in helping us choose the right saucepan set, comparing products and finding the best deal. She even went out of her way to access a trolley for us.

New modern store. Great selection, prices and staff. Still the best place to buy kitchen bits and pieces. Great sales on right now in April 2022. Just purchased a new Bluestone 20cm frypan at a great price.

Cheap prices. Reasonable rage Occasionally buy shirts or shoes here. Also good for general housewares, bed linen, towels, etc. Always worth checking out from time to time. Bought a few things today.

Honestly speaking this store business model is not as attractive as could easily be. e.g the security man at entrance body language and face expresion is enough to stop one shop with energy …

We were in early today and it was nice and quiet. Lots of friendly staff available including the cheerful Duncan at the front. Always can find good quality items at reasonable prices here.

The new professional layout of the store is very well designed and modern. The store offers a wide selection of goods covering a variety of wares. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Was very disappointing today had to wait for ever at check approx 30 customers in line only 2 check out operating 1 had a problem so 1 only to cover the line up very poor service

The products are not as good as they once were. They seem to want to cater to a specific buyer where before I could always go in and buy now I don't see much to buy

Friendly place with good specials, only just started shopping there, always a Myer girl, but no service and very expensive, so goodbye Myer and hello Harris Scarfe.

Shame couldn't use change room, may have bought more clothes..also have to sign up now for discounts. Not as good since take over, have been customer since the 70's
