What horrible service from Isha Mok. I placed my order 7 days in advance and one day before the event she tells me no I will refund you your money. The leis I ordered where for my twin daughters high school graduation. Like I said in my email it would of been nice to know sooner so I could look else where. She even emailed me asking when the event was, that would of been of been a perfect time to tell me that she could not meet my needs. Isha you have a horrible business ethics!

She was the best! Very helpful and accommodating! We needed a lei for my niece, who was running in the Marathon running Olympic Trials in Atlanta. I did not want to carry one from Hawaii and wanted it to be fresh since I was in SF first. My niece was very happy and being the only finisher with a lei made it even more special for her. She also wore it to her celebratory dinner after. Thank you

Great handcrafted leis from an awesome business owner! I had to get a couple of leis for a graduation quickly and Hi'iaka Florist did not disappoint. They were able to accommodate my order and when I went to pick up the Leis, I felt the Hawaii vibes from the owner almost immediately. I will definitely be recommending Hi'iaka Florist to others. They have gained another satisfied customer!

Sorry not happy on this florist owner.When I ordered over the phone she said is only $55 then my son get the lei was overcharged me $60.It even take an hour to figure out if I order it.I was so dissapointed with the service the owner handles it. …

I was really disappointed with the gum ball leis that I received. I didn't expect it to be so small and for it to cost $30 dollars is really not worth it. I would not recommend this to anyone. If you want candy leis I suggest you go else where
