My experience of Hiatt Hardware was excellent service, great product and competitive pricing. I contacted them with a query about a product and got a response the next day which answered my question perfectly. I then purchased the product, and was almost immediately provided with postage tracking information which kept me up to date and then the item was delivered the day after. I hadn’t expected such a fast turn around, so wanted to write a review to reflect how good I found their customer service. The product itself was also great- just as high quality as I had seen in other places, but far better priced. I would definitely recommend Hiatt Hardware to other people.

Selling complete door packs including door knob, latches and hinges. Competitive price but not fit for purpose as the latch doesn't have a big enough back set to avoid your hand hitting the door casing. I had assumed that in a complete door pack, the latch would be the right size for the knob, in reality, these door packs are put together by Hiatt and they have just chucked the biggest latch they had in (which isn't big enough). Wouldn't accept my return as by the time I'd noticed the issue I was a week past their returns date, despite it being their problem. Certainly would be cautious if I were to ever use them again.

Never Use this company again they do not accept returns if you received faulty items they are yours, even if you send them back by paying your postage they keep the items and still won't refund you, and you end up getting the bank involved. my products were delivered back to the seller on 3rd of Feb 2023 and still waiting for the refund. now they are arguing that they will deduct the money from the refund as the items were not in the same state. For God sake come up with a good excuse. if you still would like to put your money at risk you can use them!!!!

I was looking for good quality door handles but wanted something different, I found Hiatt website and found the handles I loved, once received can't believe the quality absolutely amazing quality and I got 5% discount and free delivery, and the handles arrived within 15 hours of placing the order. Highly recommended if you need quality handles, I missed of 1 handle Sally helped me placing an extra order to get complete my orde.
