There are so many sculptured hands from Presidents, Austronauts, Businessman or women, Movie actors, Musicians, and many other important/ historic personalities. A pair of massive gigantic hands that used to be from a giant man, these most large hands are unsurpassing . Those are my favorites. But all of them are lovely . Well worth a visit, to learn, remember and entertain. Very good collection , well displayed. This is my third visit and I plan to return, to view again this fascinating creative Hands Display.

Worth going to! As a guest, park in parking garage #4. Then walk across the street into the jonsson building, follow signs to the truette building. The museum is in the lobby of the truette building and has celebrity hands as well as surgeon hands and a display of defects. It also has a small exhibit of how the bronze casts were made. I liked seeing all the different hand sizes and shapes. It's true there's no hand size or shape typical of surgeons...or any other profession really! Very unique exhibit.

Strange and odd little display of bronze casted hands of many famous people. My favorite was Wilt Chamberlain, 7'1" basketball player, next to Willie Shoemaker, 4'11" jockey. If you're in the area, and need a break from the heat or rain, depending on the season, I would recommend stopping by. Also enter at 3500 Gaston instead of 3600 Gaston.

It was so cool and the most fascinating museum. I would never think this would be in a hospital but so worth checking out.

This place is pretty cool and a great spot to kill time or stretch your legs when traveling. Definitely worth a stop to see Andre the Giant's collosal hands!
