Very poor customer service! Seems like employees stay for a brief period of time & find better opportunities. For over the last month I have tried to get flood insurance. They referred me to a survey company for flood elevation cert. After I submitted survey to Hyde Park they said it was incomplete & would not even assist with getting it corrected. I emailed my contact several times & no response. After a week I called & they said employee was no longer working there. They directed me to a manager who never responded either. I ended up going to AAA received a quote in less than 15 minutes & was able to use the elevation certificate. I have 2 other policies with Hyde Park that will NOT be renewed with them. I can only imagine what would happen if I had to make a claim! Good luck dealing with these guys!

I have used Hyde Park Insurance Services for my home insurance for over 10 years. They have provided me with consistent policy coverage and their staff is thoroughly knowledgeable and proactive in home insurance requirements and updates I recently had a wonderful experience with one of their agents, Janeaka Lindsay. Janeaka assisted me with changes that require a high-level of documentation and follow-up communication with me and my mortgage company. She spent much time and effort to provide me with the documentation I needed. Janeaka has been so helpful and her understanding and patience with me has finally achieved a resolution. I am truly appreciative of Janeaka’s excellent customer service skills and willingness to take on a challenge.

I have been working so closely with Janeaka for the past couple of months trying to resolve an issue from a claim that my mother had filed against our house from the damage done by Hurricane Irma. If it was not for the patience; kindness and total understanding of this young lady I honestly do not think things would have turned out the way they did. If you need a top notch 5 Star (wish I could have put 10 stars) Insurance brokers I am suggesting Hyde Park Insurance Services. Do not deal with Hyde Park they will have you cut off before the date that they gave you to get your property occupied and the insurance they get is Tower Hill also not a good company. They will send you a check also before the deadline for occupation of your property and take a big chunk of your money for doing so. Finally the client service is severely lacking. Better to look for an agency that has your interests at heart.

Run, do not walk from this agency. They are unethical, turnover is high, (probably because of previous statement), do not return phone calls or emails to their clients. I have since switched agencies and insurance companies, got better polices, better coverage, less money. And the new agency actually communicates with me. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY, unless you don't care about the coverage you are receiving.

Janeaka helped me obtain 2 HO policies. She is extremely thorough and misses nothing. She found us the best coverage for the best price & is always willing to go the extra step. She went above and beyond by advocating for us with our previous agency and company, who where being unprofessional and making it difficult for us to leave. I was referred to Ivan by Richard Pickle who did my wind mitigation on my home. I was thrilled that my home-owners policy was reduced by $1000 per year, and Ivan Santiago, my agent added my pool cage to the coverage. I didn't even realize that I had that exposure with my previous provider. Be confident when using this company.

Janeaka always responds quickly and helped a lot with our hurricane damage/claim from a huge limb that fell on our house. THANKFULLY she set us up with an A rated homeowners company. Wouldn't have thought to ask, but sure made a difference after Irma. We use Hyde Park for our autos as well.

Past experience has been that they never return phone calls. I did a wind mitigation in November and still have never gotten a call back to see if I qualify for any deductions on my homeowners policy. I have been with them for years and will be looking to change agencies.

this is a great company. employees are really hard workers. they try their best and go beyond to help their clients or anybody that needs help. Very caring company that cares about others. great company to get insurance with. i highly recommended..thumbs up !

Frustrated as for three days I have called and sent to a voice mail, that says it cannot hear my voice and hangs up on me. Not a good way to do business.
