Stayed two nights,attended a wedding which was about 20 minutes away. Villa was clean but required some maintenance. The villa had everything that one needed microwave,kettle,blankets,milk, coffee & tea plus Wi Fi also supplied. Barbeque supplied on the verandah, table & chairs plus all cutlery & dishes. The roadways inside the park needed work, extremely rough with a lot pot holes. Very good communication & assistance from the office,I appreciated the service I received. Has a large pool & parking is very good. Very central to numerous shopping centres & restaurants. Would fully recommend a stay there.

Our site was extremely dirty - very dusty and with some rubbish, inspite there were many empty places with the grass. It was impossible to contact with management after hours. The caravan park is noisy. Some trucks moving during early morning and late evening. Also, it's full of dogs barking from 6am. No one cares about that. The kitchen appliances don't work properly: the cooktop is broken, the kettle switches off itself every few seconds. Highly NOT recommend Avoid

Was not very happy where this park was located in an industrial area. Laundry filthy, Showers below par in regard to water wetting entire cubicle, where I found I had to leave cubicle to dress lower part of myself, so clothing never got wet from dragging on the floor. Far too expensive. Actually, from travelling from WA to Sunshine Coast was the most expensive of the entire trip. Our trip included beachside parks for less than half we paid at this Van Park.

What a beautiful place clean, quiet, all the staff are lovely. If I could I would live here. Well worth the price I stayed for. Conveniently located near all shops n eateries and Emu Plains train station. I was waiting to move into an apartment so i had to ask the staff for a late check out which they gave for a small fee. Thank u guys for a awesome stay will highly recommend you to all my family and friends.

Customer service not very helpful, they don't go above and beyond to assist you. They false advertise about the rooms you select and then chase you for payment. Rediculous. Yet my family & I stayed here before and was great, but lately, they are so misleading with payments, be careful everyone.

Absolutely amazing We only had one problem with the bottom bunk springs poking out and hurting my sons back and as soon as I brought it to there attention they swapped the mattress it was not a drama for them at all very nice place will definitely stay there again

The park has great facilities for kids, had an ant problem in the kitchen but the weather was so hot, so may not have helped. Quiet location and could take our dog and stay in cabin.

Bunnings, ALDI and so many other businesses close by. Bus service from the gate. Train station not far away. Very quiet. I had a powered site right down the back. Peaceful, lots of trees, bush, birds. Laundry and amenities block clean and functional. Lovely pool/spa area. Games room for kids. Reception staff absolutely lovely, friendly and welcoming.

They have lazy and gossip of groups of cleaner,room since 1st day checked in have alot ants and pieces of rubbish on the floor,was cleaned unproperly , abounch of cleaners, rather just hire 1 or 2 friendly and do proper work staff
