"Fantastic experience"
"I usually go to other Jons in silver lake today I was around this area , I like it at first very organized and clean , but once I got in line to pay it was a nighttime the Armenian cashier was taking forever talking to her friend the name of the cashier was Parvin , please management do better "
"The short fat guy in the back completely ignored me"
"I remember back when the cashiers or other staff members would bag your groceries"
"Cashier named Leila, for some reason greets only customers who she apparently likes"
Fantastic experience. Was looking for smoked white fish. Jose the manager called all the stores near by and was not able to find any. Called the supplier for same day delivery and I had my fish by 2pm. Never have I ever seen and experienced such professionalism and amazing customer service. Thank you Jose!

The short fat guy in the back completely ignored me. Even after I repeated myself. We were the only ones in the vicinity and I was about 3 feet away so I’m sure he purposely ignored me. Screw this place. If the manager or whatever he was is ignoring you, you can be sure the others will
I remember back when the cashiers or other staff members would bag your groceries. They may as well just have more self checkouts instead of cashiers since the customer does all the work anyways. May as well have the customer restock products and do inventory.
Cashier named Leila, for some reason greets only customers who she apparently likes. It was pretty sad view from the side. You think you can give her a proper training? Greeting is the beginning of any customer relations and experience, whatsoever.
Has its pros and cons. Prices are better than bigger chains on many items. Has a better selection of European and Middle Eastern items than most. Customer service and the way that they do things can sometimes be inconsistent. Overall, pretty good.
The location is not the greatest there's a lot of homeless people and trailer home's parked in the back and lot's of trash but I mean trash that looks like a dump by the goodwill that's on the same shared parking lot. But overall the inside is ok.
Well, the cashier was persistent in not understanding my choice of payment, which was to divide the total between two cards. Sambhoji was her name and if l am not mistaken she was Indian. I understand she may not speak English very well but
One of my favorite spots for middle eastern foods and groceries. Their pricing for hard liquor especially Johnny walker would beat anyone else in the area. Let's not forget the bakery inside that offers amazing delicious Mediterranean pies
This Jon's was remodeled. It's a very nice Jon's. Big isles, clean, lighted well and a lot of selection. The remodel made a world of difference, I was impressed and found something I was looking for that I couldn't find in 3 other store.
My current review: I am so disappointed in the way this market now treats its customers. I used to like shopping here and after the poor treatment I received today, I will not be returning. Service is slow and unwilling to be helpful.
Had a terrible experience today. I’ve been a loyal customer for years as it’s conveniently located by the church. I was stopped by the manager outside the store and asked if I paid for my groceries since another customer accused me of
Good fruits and vegetables, prices not too high nor too low, the current management not so good, the other day I was in the line for like 20 minutes, only one cashier working and she didn’t even know how to do many things so they were
Fresh bread with three ingredients is hard to find. Fish is fresh and international selection is the best in town. My only complaint, or constructive criticism, owner needs to pay register workers more. They're lifeless and slow...
A true International Market different ethnicities favorite foods on different aisles it's incredible I went there to get some falafel mix which was on the Middle Eastern aisle and I came across all kinds of other similar mixes.
Corn was on sale. 3 for 99 cents. Very fresh and big corns. Loved it. lol. Recently reorganized. Looks very good and clean now. I just wish they had better security to prevent shop lifting. Seen it happen a few times.
It's great! I come here all the time. One trick I'll tell you is if you go somewhere between 10 a.m. and noon, you usually get the butcher to cut up the best fresh meat for you... because it hasn't sold out yet.
Never been there before took my dad shopping there he likes the store. Seemed a ok to me clean friendly help. Prices seemed good. I would consider shopping at one but I live about 50 milrs from the nearest one
Great price on alcohol best in town for sure. I buy all my high end bottles here saved 30 on Julio 1942. Saved 10 on a 750 of crown which is a huge percentage. I would like to see them carry diet cherry 7up
Great store, food and drinks from different countries, very clean and spacious store. Friendly staff, self-service checkout, convenient parking. Found here my favorite Lithuanian bread and mackerel.
Three cashiers talking to each other in armenian language and laughing . Very disrespectful. You should focus on greeting your customers and having conversations with customers.
Great place to shop. Good location and lots of parking. The staff are nice and friendly. Nice and clean. They have lots of different types of food. Good place. Small mall .
Love the store. I just wish the set up was somehow that people won't just walkout with goods without paying for them. Have seen shoplifters walking out with stuff easily.
I loved this place excellent international store found things there u can't get anywhere else prices are great I'm going back friendly place good produce, helpful
Fantastic market. HUGE selection of produce, very very clean and fantastic prices! When it’s busy checkout can take a while but overall very good place to shop!
Jones Market is a very good to clean environment Market but the prices is a bit High only it for two bag of grocery I paid $200 which is extremely high
First time and definitely not last. Very fresh product, excellent customer service, great selection of international products. Bravo! Big applause!
This establishment was made aware they are selling moldy bread 2 days ago and have done nothing other than claiming one other loaf was thrown out.
Great Services.. Bakery Is superb. The Workers are always Helpful. Well stocked up. Keep it up. Ts My Daily Store since i Live on Lindley Ave
Not a lot of Jon's has an Armenian bakery. This one does. Good stuff. Lamajoon with some sirracha mayo.... Omg take me to the emergency room
Overall a good market. They have upgraded it. Looks cleaner. Products seem better. They have bread that they make themselves like Sangak.
Not a secret those stores have a things from Russia/Ukrain and Armenia! Love that store
Great store for Mediterranean treats. Fresh pita bread, humus, and garlic sauce. 1
Not my favorite store.they always have prices wrong. cashiers not to friendly.
Bring your own reusable bags, or you will pay 0.20cents for bag on this store
great prices & wide selection of foods from international cuisines
A lot of desirable goods but not much of a customer service.
Great place to shop... A little expensive. But it was good.
It's good I am shopping this store 20 years
