Went to this location last night. I have never had a bad experience at a Jimmy John’s until now. Went through the drive thru. The girl was very “I don’t wanna be here” the whole time. But I just held back from saying anything. Ordered 3 sandwiches. Got to the window and got my food. Pulled off and checked everything in the parking lot. All three sandwiches were wrong and nothing was in our bag even tho we asked for napkins and mustard packets. Which by the way she said it’s in there all annoyed when I asked. On one of the sandwiches I repeated multiple times that I have issues with tomatoes and to leave those out. She acted annoyed that I kept repeating the specifics but I didn’t let that bother me. I understand that people have off nights so was just letting it go. I also understand that mistakes happen so I wasn’t angry just wanted it fixed. I parked and got out of my car and arrived at the entrance to the store with a handful of sandwiches. I realized the door was locked and assumed it was due to the pandemic and the drive thru was all that was open. When I signaled the girl at the register for direction like should I just get back in line in the drive thru? she looked at me then looked away, purposely ignoring me. I knocked and she just wouldn’t look up. So I got back in my car. Waited forever. Then when I finally pulled up she didn’t apologize and just mono toned everything. I still was nice and explained all that was wrong. Still nothing. They fixed the sandwiches but it would have been nice if the girl would have said sorry for the experience or something. She just honestly acted annoyed. I’m not mad that they messed up. I just couldn’t believe that I had to wait that long just to feel like I was putting them out and being a nuisance. I never say someone should be fired. But maybe this particular employee should just get a job where she isn’t dealing with customers. To top it off she was dancing with her back turned to me while I waited for them to fix it. This was on 2/28 at around 6:30pm if the owner is reading this and wants to figure out who was running their store like this.

Gotta say, pretty disappointed. Having not eaten in a restaurant in months (due to the virus), we were excited to see “Open for dine-in” on the window. My kids and I were ready to grab some lunch. We ordered 2 sandwiches, 3 bags of chips and 3 cups of water. After waiting for a few minutes, the lady making the sandwiches called us over. She handed us the sandwiches and chips. I waited for a sec and asked about the waters. She responded “you weren’t charged for waters, so you didn’t order them.” Huh? I replied and told her we did in fact order waters, and the gentleman who took our orders over heard the convo and said “yes, I have them ready over here”. I walked that way. The lady then took it upon herself to publicly shame the guy for “not doing it right!” Then started going off about how she was “gonna have to eat that charge now!” All the while I’m standing there in disbelief. I interrupted her to ask if I can get the waters. I said I would pay for them since I assumed if there was a charge, it was included in the amount paid. She just shouted “it’s fine! I’ll eat it!” And passed the waters across. I told her I was surprised to hear that there is a charge as in the past I’ve never been charged for water when I ordered food somewhere. (I mean water cups are even free at Disney World) She then said “that’s not true, it’s a standard $.27 charge at every Jimmy Johns. “ Really? She made that big of a deal and shamed a customer and employee over $.81? (That I offered to pay) For context, we visited at about 3:30pm on a Thursday and the place was dead. This was my first visit to this location and will certainly be my last.

I have tried to go to this place different times a day on different days- early, late, etc. The staff hides every time and then turns the lights out. Just today, I pulled up at 1:45. Lights on, people there. Seems like a normal lunch time to order a sandwich. Drive Thru Open sign on. Sat there forever thinking I should be patient- if they are low on staff, someone might be making a food for another customer and can't touch the speaker until they are done. Eventually, I drive around and park to just go in. Lights still on. Open sign/drive thru open sign still on. ALL employees hid- ducked under counter and went to the back like we couldnt see them. I tried to call to ask what the hours are and no answer..then they turned off the lights. Another employee pulled into the parking lot and I ask about it. She says they close at 2 pm on Tuesdays then told me I need to call before just showing up as condescending as possible. Like it is common practice to call before coming to a sandwich shop midday on a Tuesday. I would have loved for someone to maybe just tell us they are closed while sitting at the drive thru speaker instead of being ignored until they could justify turning the lights off. I would have been fine with a simple "Im sorry, we're closed.." I know there are staffing issues going on everywhere but dont be rude to people for coming during your listed business hours. If this was once, ok.. everyone has a bad day but it is EVERY TIME. New management is needed or better training or supervision of the staff that is there. 0/10 this place is garage.

Read the comments below. All the bad ones seem to be directly related to the store owner. We ordered two sides of zesty ranch and received half-empty cups. We asked if we could get full cups (since I thought that's what we paid for), and we're told by the owner "that's just how we make them". That's pretty poor customer service, which I told him in a pretty non-confrontational way, and then sat down. He brings me $1.50, which I didn't want or ask for, and says to me "I'm giving your money back since $1.50 means that much to you". I was stunned. I gave him the money back and told him it's not about that, it's about the poor service. He then says to me in a very confrontational manner, "What's your problem, man?". Again, I was stunned. I asked him if he was the store manager, because I couldn't believe he'd talk to customers that way. That is when he told me he was the owner. This guy is in the wrong business if he thinks it's okay to talk down to customers, especially while he's representing the Jimmy John's brand. He's actively tarnishing the brand. Id avoid this place at all costs.

I pulled up to the order window and nothing was said. After waiting, I finally said "hello I'd like to order" and an older woman responded with "you're gonna have to wait. We don't have any meat." I asked "so you don't have any meat at all?" and she responded "we don't have turkey." So I said that's ok and when I ordered a Beach Club she interrupted and said "I SAID WE DONT HAVE TURKEY". So I said "that's fine if you'll let me finish I was going to say with ham instead." This woman was extremely rude to me and I will never be going back to this location. To top it off, I ordered an unwich and of course it was made with bread. I'm not on a gluten free diet but if I was the sandwich would have been inedible. This woman should be fired immediately for how she treats people. There's a difference between a "bad day" and what happened.

I get that we are in a pandemic. I have done my absolute best to be understanding of businesses during this time. However, I do not appreciate ordering delivery (leave at the door) service and then being called later and told that there is no delivery service. That is basically the point of jimmy johns. It’s the reason we ordered from them in the first place. After they called and said we had to pick up our order (the delivery driver was ‘sick’), there were several discrepancies in what we ordered (missing ingredients, not cut in half, etc.). The extra cookie and drink were definitely not compensation enough to cover the inconvenience. The workers were very polite and extremely accommodating. It is definitely not an employment problem, they cannot help being understaffed. It is a management issue. Pay attention to your stores and the people that you employ. They work for you and work harder than most. Not impressed.

Placed an order last week for delivery. Got our order and it was wrong, I immediately called them, spoke to the manager and explained to her we received the incorrect order. Her response was "well we are out of bread and we are closed but I will be here first thing in the morning". Although she offered to refund me for the order, I contacted corporate regarding the service, explained what happened and was told the owner of that franchise would be following up with me...needless to say, it's been over a week and no one has reached out to me. Just know your store is a reflection of the ones over it. If corporate/the owner lacks customer service then the workers will too! No more Jimmy Johns for me!

I want you this Jimmy John's spent $25 on a takeout order got home opened up the sandwich the condiments was stale the tomatoes was so soft they were old the turkey was supposed to been pink but it was Gray and the manager. Very nasty and disrespectful don't two thumbs down don't eat at this location you going to be very disappointed I would also like to say this Jimmy John's that I am speaking about is the one in Nashville Tennessee on Gallatin Pike or Gallatin road close to RiverGate Mall.

Walked towards the counter. At the counter the Girl said nothing to me before I ordered. I was waiting on her to get ready to not be rude. But, she’s just a racist retard. Word? She looked up like she hates white people after I ordered. She’s black btw. Trendy to hate whites I get it. I’ll never be back here. It’s hella niggerish. Lazy bad attitude typical inner city jigs. Avoid this location. Hard R’s. These future doctors and joggers need to find other work if you value the future of this establishment.

I hate to review like this but I feel this needs to be addressed by corporate. Apparently a worker was no show leaving one person managing the restaurant. Needless to say call in orders weren’t made, no one was taking orders at the drive up, and couldn’t even get inside. Yet no one came out of the restaurant or got on the drive through speaker to explain the situation to people waiting to place an order. I can’t believe this restaurant staffs two people over lunch. And where was management? Sorry but this location has made some very upset people who likely won’t go back here or even another location.

I really like Jimmy John's but this location will NEVER get my business again. After placing an online order I realized I forgot to make adjustments to my sandwich. I called immediately to correct this and the "franchise owner" asked, why didnt I do it when I had it right in front of me? Because I'm human and mistakes happen. I try to go on with my order and I could sense his frustration growing so I cancelled. I dont want food from angry people. I called back to ask the name of the manager when I was told he was the owner. Things went downhill from here. This is no way to treat paying customers!!!!

Unfortunately had an awful customer service experience today which my order for lunch. Noted on the delivery order to call me and I would come to receive the order from the driver. I was following my order on the app and it said it had been delivered. Called to follow up and they said they had called me three times and are now unable to deliver my order. I received no calls and was rushed off the phone and was told my order will be voided. I work in a similar industry and understand the struggle in our industry, today, however this could have been handled much differently.

The service was quick as you would expect, but I got charged twice for one sandwich going through the drive through. The only options for refund were to either go back to the restaurant for cash or get the extra sandwich they charged me for for free next time. They said the reason they couldn’t just give me an electronic refund (because I paid with a card) is because they’d have to refund the whole order. The most frustrating thing about the experience is that the guy clarified that it was one sandwich and still charged me for two. Pretty disappointing experience overall.

The crew that was working today was extremely slow. It took 5 minutes for 3 sandwiches. It never takes that long, your sandwich is usually done by the time you walk to the other end of the counter. Two of the 3 sandwiches we ordered were wrong- forcing us to go back in to a not-so-friendly staff and wait another 4 minutes. When your slogan is "freaky fast" it needs to be. Every single time. I love Jimmy John's sandwiches but I'll think twice before coming back to this location. I am giving two stars because I have a full belly and the sandwich was delicious.

The young man who waited on us was very nice. From there it went down hill. Once we received our order I checked to make sure it was correct. The toppings were 1 little tomato and a little scattered lettuce and dry. I asked the lady if this was in fact my order due to toppings and she snapped at me. I guess if you want toppings like I have received at every other JJ's you have to pay extra. Never going there again. You would think with businesses trying to make a comeback right now this woman would show some kindness.

Horrific customer service and rude management. They gave me an extra sandwich, I gave the sandwich back and asked for it to be removed from my bill. Instead the management returned and demanded all of the order back claiming she didn't need my business and would void it later. That remains to be seen...not sure how a person who can't make a sandwich and doesn't have basic manners is gonna make a financial transction like that. I have been working in food service for 2 years now and find this business appalling.

The staff was friendly and the sandwich was good but would have been better with sprouts. I understand that many locations have stopped serving sprouts but not all have made that decision. This location does not so I was disappointed. That was literally the only reason I chose JJ. Also, I was unaware that they don't have pickles to serve on a sandwich. They sell one pickle at $1.50. The guy said they can cut it up for you but I still see no justification.

I went into Jersey Mike's in Madison Nashville TN ordered a turkey sandwich with lettuce and cheese and tomato and onion and wasn't worth bringing home talking to a manager or someone else trying to be a manager is a waste of time first time here last time here . Wasn't even offered a refund .These people act like customer are dirt beneath their feet I think in all paid $12.00 sorry folks this was at Jersey Mike's in Madison in Nashville TN.

Went to Madison Tenn location Monday 11-06-23 and the ppl were very nice and helpful. They did have a sign on the door that you couldn’t eat inside. It was not blocked off. Food was good. Prices were very high with no prices listed on board. That is a No! No! Let ppl know what they are paying up front. Will not be back until changes made. Don’t like surprises.

This location has turned in to a dumpster fire that needs to be addressed before the location closes permanently. Used to have excellent employees and quality, of recent months it's rarely open, and when it is employees are rude, the store is chaotic, and food mediocre. I can't imagine it will last much longer unless management can boost employee morale and get this location back on track.

My first time trying Jimmy John's. Everything is sold individually, no combos-- thought that was odd. The service was okay but the guy seemed annoyed that I wanted to modify my sandwich. I felt rushed when he was taking my order. I ate in, the loud ruckus from the open kitchen concept was annoying.My jaw became sore from trying to chew the bread.7$ for a rather skimpy sandwich and chips.

First time I have ever had a sub from this place....and i don't think i will eat a sub from anywhere else. Super simple sandwiches! Seriously! They are amazing. The Club Lu Lu is by far my favorite. I like that i don't have to put a salad on top of my sandwich for it to be delicious. The bread is the BEST i have ever had from a sub shop. Clean location! Friendly staff! Happy Eating!!

I love the atmosphere, quality and freshness of the ingredients and the amazing customer service. I don't even bother with the online ordering as I am able to get my food just a few moments after I order it in store. I do not love the lack of a traditional 'kid's meal' ... but that is not something that should be held against this chain.

My friend and I were hoping to get some food delivered to our apartment before the Eclipse began. We are 1 mile away from this location and upon giving our address to the man over the phone, he bluntly stated they don't deliver farther than .5 (half) a mile. Highly dissatisfied, good thing Domino's will deliver 1.5 miles out to us!

Always consistent and tasty. Very friendly staff and a tasting experience which is always consistent. Nothing awesome but always consistent and delicious because it is Jimmy John's subs. Have not found a place that sells south philly hoagies so this is about as close to that as I can get near Nashville Tennessee.

I don’t know whose fault exactly this is, but the hours that are posted for this location are incorrect. I came an hour before they closed (according to their hours posted) and was turned away. Extremely inconvenient. This needs to be updated. If I had known I obviously wouldn’t have left my house to come.

Taking into account the location of this shop (not the best area), it is nontheless convenient for me to go here after going to Home Depot. I've never had a bad sandwich here. They're fast and good, which I think says a lot about the management.

Hands down the most friendly and accommodating Jimmy John's I've ever been to. I travel for a living so stop at Jimmy John's very very often, but this one is the best. The owner knows me by name and has my sandwich ready before I can even ask for it. And, the quality of the food is top-notch

Usually this place is great and never have a problem. Today I ordered a Vito unwich with extra tomato and double lettuce wrap. Got a Vito but with mayo? Also, the double wrap was the paper. It was more of a lettuce pita and all the things came out when I took a bite. Very disappointed.

I wish I could give 5 stars but the service at this location is seriously lacking. Don't bother trying to order anything extra because you won't get it. They've forgotten our cookies twice and no extra avocado when ordered. Same great fresh ingredients though and usually pretty quick.
