I was with a paying party, but forced to stand and wait then leave because I was not buying a sandwich. Having a place of business where you only service paying customers is fine, but I feel this should be noticed such as a sign stating "paying customers only", or at the very least handled in a way that doesn't involve leaving a paying customer at the register to come around the counter to yell at myself and the rest of the party.

The owner of this place, the little Indian girl is so rude. If you walk in and have to use the bathroom before you buy your sub, good luck. They’re going to tell you the bathroom is out of order. I would not advise you going in here unless you want to be mistreated and judged. For my first time in Tennessee, I’ll make sure I never step foot in this subway again. Keep clinging to your 1 subway store and sling some more meat.

Absolutely the worst subway in history.. I just place an order online because it said they were open till 5pm walk all the way there and find out that they closed at 3pm.. Plus there is no way to speak to a live agent at Subway Customer service so not only am I broke and hungry I am out of the $10 I spent..

I've been coming here for years & the manager always give me a rough time. They never have restroom access & the restrooms work for over nine months. I have been at this location for a long time. I tried to use a coupon today & the manager wouldn't do it. The manager doesn't respect loyal customers

It's a subway, not a steakhouse! For a fast food restaurant and especially a subway, this is one of the best I have visited. The food is always fresh and the workers are friendly, even if lacking the finesse of a steakhouse. I like subway because their breads appear to be less dense (= less calories) than other sandwich joints. P.S. The steak and cheese melt is delicious!

The Indian girl that just moved from New Jersey to Nashville was a delight.She made the experience worth while...its important for companies to understand...for all they have to offer its the employees not the merchandise that makes the consumer want to come back...i will visit this subway more often because of the kind warm service i received here.

I would say the service is a thing that differs from one place to another nothing is wrong with subway in general but honestly guys 6 inch Italian BMT is 7 dollars? Not that stuff/satisfying. Honestly I would rather get these sandwiches from gas station for the same price

Dirty. the woman was sticking her finger into her nose standing by the food tray. Didn't even wash hands before making subs for the customers. Also super rude when I confronted her about the cleaness and misconduct. She couldn't understand English and gossiping with her indian colleagues with Hindi

Subway's bread is not very impressive. If you're going to spend the money on a sub sandwich, get something from Boar's Head with real bread, or just some other location. The ingredients were good, but the wheat sub roll was just so boring and mush. Won't be getting Subway ever again unless I have to. Never been a fan!

Quick, efficient, and polite staff. My sandwich was beautiful and delicious. The restaurant was extremely clean as well as the bathrooms. One of the best subway experiences ever. I payed in all quarters and the woman at the register didn’t have anything rude to say! She didn’t even give an eye roll, she was so nice!

I love the location, the food choice and service! However, there is one worker that always makes me 'feel rushed' when I'm in line.

Workers are rude and sandwich was made with ingredients I did not ask for. This is not the first time, but decided to give them another chance. I order online and pickup, but it's sad that the customer service is the way it is. I love Subway, but will not be returning to this location.

I was greeted by the man at the register as soon as we walked in, My receipt said his name is Rachana. It took a total of 5 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I sat down to eat. Fresh and tasty sandwich and had the best customer service I had ever received in any Subway restaurant I've been to.

For the first time I went in and the lady fixing the food was so rude and kept rolling her eyes when I wanted my sandwich the way I eat it. I have never experienced this from this location until today and probably want be back for awhile.

Just like any other subway was trying to use the bathroom they said it wouldn't work female or male managers and all the people were rude and ignored us all we ask is to wash our hands were paying customers health department will be notified

It's a really fast paced restaurant which is good but one thing bad is when you are downtown and specials are for after 4 that's so wrong alot of people co.e there everyday to eat and we dont rate a good deal up during our lunchtime WRONG

Not the busiest Subway in town so they probably have older meets vegetables not a lot of parking area the people are usually foreign and can't speak English all that well but I still leave here because it's the closest Subway to my house

There is no power outlet to charge my phone but overall it’s good and cool.

Very bad service. Opened 20 min late and then shouted at customer not to bother him as he is on the phone. Everybody can be late but been late because of personal calls while at work isn't acceptable.

Excellent!! Best service with welcoming staff. Extremely clean and of course fresh and tasty. Best Subway I have visited. The franchisee is doing something right!

A little tight on seating but clean and extremely fast service. The weekday lunch rush is busy but they keep enough staff on hand to keep the line moving quickly.

It's just a normal Subway with the standard fare. Service is okay nothing spectacular. If you need a sandwich, stop in here and they'll take care of you.

U better have a 1 hour lunch break!! It take almost 30 minutes just get your food!! Call the order in!! So u can eat in peace and not be in no hurry!!!

Employees just kinda walked out while making my sandwich. Another Employee had to take over but it was a solid sub. More

Thank you for being open on 01/16/2018 when a lot of the other lunch places were closed due to the snow. Good sandwich.
