Very good place to improve our knowledge. I saw books from different countries. People can use computers for multipurpose. The library is kids friendly, located in serene atmosphere with handicapped parking space. Area is clean especially rest rooms.

This library space is fine, but their crazy & limiting hours are very frustrating. It’s 11:30 on a Monday and the library isn’t open - that is ridiculous. Why does it open at one time on Monday and at a different time on Tuesday?! If I have

I believe I speak for many when I say that Dang, an employee at Jungman Public Library, regularly goes above and beyond in terms of hospitality and the call of duty. I've observed him treating everyone from the wealthy, Lexus pushing ladies

I was at this location few days ago to print some documents since my printer wasn’t working. When I got here, there was a Hispanic lady who was too busy on her phone to acknowledge me. I never been to a library before so I didn’t know how I

1 star for not changing your hours online or even on your building. It doesn't matter that you've got your new hours posted if you haven't removed the old hours. In the past 5min of waiting outside over 10 cars have come by expecting you to

Very nicely renovated with modern technology. I was however surprised that the wifi speed was slow, not that I was having issues but for some who dowload/upload a ton of files they may consider Stella link Mcgovern library which i found to

Very nearby to Galleria community. It's not big as of Central library, but good one for the community. This library is part to HPL and offers lot of facility to their customers. You can return the books you lend from Central library so you

The place itself is very nice but I went in there trying to study. People were in there conducting business on their phones. I moved over to a side labeled the Living Room and when I finally thought I could study a gentleman sits next to

I love the staff and the library itself. I go here every week for baby story time after that, I go and pick some books to rent for my 11 months old baby. She loves the activities they do during story time and I love the tips they give.

So happy they have opened up again! Not crowded, they still have COVID protocols in place, but no mask required for those fully vaxxed! Quick trip to pick up SRP prizes which they already have packed up at the front desk.

This is the best library I've seen in the city. Much more helpful and knowledgeable staff than other branches. Bigger. More orderly. Great local community. I do my printing and get my book holds sent here with no issues.

There are children screaming, people talking on phones & watching videos without earphones. Are libraries suppose to be quiet!!! It also smells like urine. The homeless hangout in here & clean up in the restrooms.

The interior of this place is quite nice - surprisingly so. It’s in a well-trafficked part of town, and is a free, public resource, and naturally, people take advantage of it. Good on them; that’s what it’s for.

ATTENTION: THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH VISITING!!! This place was the WORST experience I've ever had at any library!!! People need to understand that computers are RESERVED 60 min per use. I got attacked

Great library and always friendly staff. Jungman branch has never misplaced any books that I dropped off in the slot after hours (unlike Looscan which "lost" 3 before I refused to go there anymore).

Very friendly staff. Have been coming to this library since I was in elementary in the 90's. Now bringing my little brother. Great new tech for checking in and out books and materials. Love it!!

Cool architecture, modern furniture but too many young, immature “librarians” that are very talkative at high volumes and hold inappropriate conversations. Take pride in “heckling” patrons.

  • Caren Bouchard

Staff very helpful and friendly. My computer was down and needed to use one for resume. Was not familiar with parts of the program and they helped me through the process. THANK YOU!

  • Bernadette Titus

Love this branch - especially after the remodeling. I just wish there weren't so many homeless people setting up shop in between the library and Beck's Prime.

I love this library. The nice Librarian helped me get a new library card. It's on Westheimer and love it . A huge selection of books and videos.

Very clean and comfortable. Books are well stacked at all times and staff courteous; computers work and so do the printers.

  • Jeannette Lopez

If you try to print anything at this library you will have to use your credit card for .15 cent a page. This is crazy

  • Amy Cleare

Good children's section with self checkout station. Very clean and airy feeling. There is an ipad station as well.

  • Juzar Mustan

Small but well organized. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Just the kind of neighborhood library you wish for.

  • Jason Stacy

Nice, quiet place to get out of the house and do some work for a little while! Very clean and well-kept.

  • José Camacho Hillman

This library is clean and spacious. I’ve never had issues with parking (even during the weekends).

  • Amynah Merchant

Very cooperative staff. Rupani Foundation is conducting free Early Child Development Class.

  • Corey Gee

Library is closed on Wednesday at 6pm instead of 8pm...

  • Hunter McHugh Smith

Stunning library with kind and helpful staff members!

  • Hardik Sanghvi
