Over all Im not satisfied with my pasport result, I did all procedures correctly but the most annoying they asking the same questions again and again in the form eventhough they already have the exact document as attachment aswell, example date and expiry of your Visa. So much repeated question, that makes me thinking they dont have data base in the computer that will show automatically when they input the data, and the most funny things is Still asking about details of parents in the form?? I meant they already asking birth certificate. All this extra data already there! And Im not making new pasport It was extension I should not submit all the data from the scratch anymore. C’ mon How come this people still working like they still in Indonesia,( the other said work is burden for them)with Indonesian style.you working under the flag of Indonesian in Australian soil.you need to upgrade your system based on the soil you are. Like people here said “go with the roman” and my photo In the picture was shining! I was telling the staff to retake but she refused! Its gonna sitting there for 5 years. Your biometric system really pooor quality. Everything poor from this country why? That becouse You still using slave Mentality inheritage from the Dutch for 350 years. And the last thing is when you answer official rating you shouldn’t send wink emoji VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Im wondering if this person passed all professional test to work in this Consular Office, shame on you!!!

This is the consulate responsible for service of legal process in Victoria from the Indonesian court. But almost one year is passed and 3 requests from the Indonesian court but no answer from the kongen. So what is the appropriate standard? Many offices in Indonesia government have better standard from my experience this office does not answer the phone or respond to email enquiries. Is it necessary to pay a bribe to get service? So Indonesia courts has very specific letter rogatory for the kongen to communicate a request , but from Denpasar Court for help from Victoria Court tk serve a summons in multi millionn dollar lawsuit. The staff in Kongen do not action the request for more than one year and then not diplomatic request to Victorian court as required but just put it in the post! Any other country or any other Indo service except Kemlu, the person would be sacked. But this standard is the usual. Untrained, lazy, incompetesome 5* So maybe that is the reason they have the big sign in Reception asking people who want service while waiting to make a very good Google review and I see many 1* and some 5* friends of kongen staff

1. The person who served me was very rude. 2. Because our visa process would take 3 weeks to be granted, I decided to give up the application with enough time so they didn’t wasted time checking my documents. I asked them to send back my passports and finally I had to call because I didn’t receive it ( and I was going to Thailand too). 3. They lost my passports: when I called, the person who answered said that I never sent any documents, that I wasn’t in the system and even didn’t believed me ! I said that I had been in Melbourne consulate so I was sure that they had my passports because I saw were there. The person finally started looking for my passport and then for my son’s passport also because it was lost too! 4. They never checked my documents but took the money orders; I sent an email saying please send me back the money orders and they asked me to send the receipts; after I sent it they answered: All payment made for visa application are NON REFUNDABLE. So why asked me to send the receipts? Costumer service is bad in many ways

My partner had a bad experience at first leaving a bad review. They called her claiming she threw items and was abusive as was apparently shown on CCTV. This is wildly inappropriate to lead with these accusations. So based on this and overhearing what I thought was abusive I left a negative review. All for a passport renewal. When picking up the passport they made me wait for the manager specifically to discuss why I left a review. She did not provide the passport until after the discussion. I believe her to be very unprofessional and is not open to receiving feedback. In terms of service, the ticket system may or may not be used, it depends of how they feel. There is no adequate queue control. The manager will call you if you leave a bad review and be abusive. They are not open to any feedback or criticism. Other staff I cannot fault though, they were kind and friendly. DO NOT CONTACT ME FURTHER ABOUT THIS INCIDENT!

The process of renewing my son’s Indonesian passport could have been better but they need to improve their systems. When I applied for his new passport for double citizenship they didn’t ask to provide Indonesian birth certificate but on renewal they did. I still don’t understand why they need us to make Indonesian birth cert when the child is born here and already have Australian birth cert. Moreover, I think the form they are using here also the same form that they are using in Indonesia so some of the questions that we need to fill are not relevant, for example NIK and nomor & surat keterangan lahir dari RS. One of the male staff there was very helpful, friendly and polite but another one is still in old Indonesian service style (job is a burden). Overall the service is better than few years back so hopefully it will keep improving.

IF I CAN GIVE 0 STAR I WILL, i’m indonesian and my own country consulate member treated us like this. in the website and the form they said they open for the passport extension monday to friday 9 to 12.30 and we need to make a booking online. on online the earliest availability on 25 June 2021. it’s now december and i came far from the place with all completed documents and what they said is just to email them because i came without booking. not even being friendly but the lady even blamed me for it?? Come on dude! You didn’t update your website properly, and my passport expires before 25 june and now you blame us! That’s right what people said, you need to have someone inside the office to help you from inside! Indonesian huh? no wonder many Indonesians move their nationalities!

The time frame offered is quite small when you need to travel from far away and is further reduced when staff tell you they are still on their lunch break 15-30 mn after the sign advertised at the front gate. Arriving at 2pm as per sign, staff only opened at 1430 thank you for your reply, yes the sign at the door mentions that but also opening hours start at 1400 and therefore general office should be open. Being left on the street nearly half an hour after those opening times because staff are still eating was upsetting. may i suggest you amend your sign to reflect accurate times (and possibly so people from out of melbourne can easily attend), review visitor safety so people including elderly and children dont mass on the sidewalk of a passing street.

Terribly awful service. Typical Indonesian beauracracy so slow and never appreciate people's time. Since when business hour is ONLY limited from 9.30-12.30 for passport renewal? then by the time you made it by 12 noon before 'their business hour' ends, they STILL refused to do the service and asked us to come back on friday. People have life, work and stuff to do. We may have taken day off from work just to make it to their 9,30-12.30 business hour slot and YET we still got rejected, not being able to even drop the paperworks? I am truly embarrassed as Indonesian citizen nor being appreciated with my time. And this is how they truly treat their citizen…with NO REPSECT. POOR COMMUNICATION. INCOSISTENT SERVICE. NOT RECOMMENDED

My service was excellent!! Thank you to the staff. My number was called, I went to the counter to submit my passport renewal form and supporting docs, paid the fee, then had my photo taken and fingers scanned. That's it, pretty quick!! I salute your patience and professionalism in serving those who could not even fill the form correctly and providing the correct supporting docs requested even though they are pretty straight forward (at least to me)..... KJRI has improved so much over the years with the introduction of technology such as online booking and queuing system, photo and finger scanning service under one roof. Indonesia maju!! Keep up the good works and keep serving with hospitality and professionalism.

Please improved your call centre section. It is an embarrassment to you as part of Indonesian consulate and government. We have tried calling to your office 4 times in a day with different options to get through and it leads to the same answering machine. When we leave a voicemail to the answering machine, it hung up before we could even leave a message! We don't want to travel 1.5 hours to go to your office knowing we have to come back the next day for missing documents especially when we have a special case unlike any common ones. Secondly it would be great to prolong the opening hour to 5 or 5.30 pm or a half day weekend as most of us would struggle to be there before 4.30 pm during working days. Thanks.

Very very bad service from the Indonesian Consulate in Melbourne..I had an experience with my friends' Grandmother who is age 85 and she wants to go home to Indonesia, but suddenly her passport was take by mistake by her son..anyway trying to help her via the INDONESIAN CONSULATE IN MELBOURNE but they made it very difficult..all the requirements they need were fulfilled but never helped at all..Grandmother had to wait for a whole day to get the emergency letter, which they never provided at all. Anyway I can't even give one star. This was an embarrassment as a fellow Indonesian. Unfortunately I had to give one star as it doesnt allow me to give Zeroooooooo!!!!

  • दैनिक धर्म

The officer who served me was rude in the beginning literally for no reason. It was a younger guy with glasses. It was a while back, would have made sense to ask his name and report him so at least he could get feedback about what is appropriate behaviour so as not to have it reocur. To his credit in the end he changed his tune a bit, and at least tried to be decent. With these types of places it's all about quality of human resources really, which is ultimately determined by quality of mindfulness which then determines the quality of service. So make sure the minds of the people who work in the public sector have moral shame and the service will ways be good quality?

  • faraneh mosavari

I have applied for visa and the website does not load. I went to the Melbourne Embassy office and explained the issue. Instead of trying to resolve the issue on the website, they insisted on me going to the private agencies and pay five times more and get the visa. This looks like a fraud going on between Embassy office in Melbourne and private visa agencies. I tried to explain many times that the website is down but still they said that you should go to private agencies!!!!! it's very sad and disappointing that the Embassy personnel not only don't care and do not help and fix the issue but also encourage people to pay five times more to private agencies!!!!

I wanna share my experience when I engaged with the Consulate General of The Republic of Indonesia (KJRI) during the repatriation process of my colleague's body, an Indonesian student passing away in Melbourne, on May 2023. Once we reported the tragedy to KJRI, they responded it progressively. They led all the repatriation's processes till the body arrived in Malang, Indonesia. Besides, my own experience related to academic process, when I asked a particular document to support my study, KJRI was very handy. I really appreciate with the responsive services. Thank you for being so helpful.

  • That Fotographer

worst consulate, DO NOT apply for a visa here. drove 5 hours to come here today only to find out they’re not accepting visa applications- nowhere visible on their English website, otherwise I wouldn’t have driven all this way. No one available to talk to on the phone either. I can only be in Melbourne today. The security guard is extremely rude in turning me away after I had explained my situation. Language and manners, he greeted me with “what do you want?” I don’t understand how he could possibly work at a consulate. He seems to have a case of small man power tripping syndrome.

  • Santika Wahjudi

The embassy does not have clear protocol on what paper would be required to apply for documentation. Each person gives different instructions. Everytime I have to deal with the embassy, the experience always be lots of confusion, wasting of time, money and energy on unnecessary troubles - not saying that they only allow for 3 hours only to submit documentation each day and 2.5 hours during ramadhan period. Definitely could have easily improve this by giving clear directions on their website. Please do improve the service and communications. It is very embarrassing!

  • E Su

As someone else mentioned, they will tell you to redo your copies. They don't even have copy machine or printer in there? Is Indonesia so poor that they can't invest in copy machine? Other countries' embassies I've been to have copy machine, printer, and scanner that can be used! They will tell you to go to print somewhere 1km away. As with appointment, they decide when and what time you come, so you have to adjust your schedule to their schedule. I don't think they understand what appointment means. What a shame to be Indonesian with such a disappointing embassy.

  • samoo49

My husband applied visit visa 3 weeks prior to our planned holidays, still no outcome. He has been to embassy 3 times this week, staff have no answer, Paid $375 to get visit visa. We both have approved annual leaves from work, kids leave from school is also approved, flights and accommodation is booked. kids and I are holding Zealand passport, we only require visa for my husband. Now we have to cancel our holidays due to my husband visit visa for Bali. Very disappointing. At lease provide time frame for visa process. Never want to plan to go to Bali ever again.

  • Stephanie Wiradjaja

How do I even begin? Things are always so difficult in this place. They said my document will be ready within 6 working days. I have provided the express post envelope. After 10 working days, still nothing. I checked the tracking number and it said the envelope has not been used. I tried calling and the number was switched off. That document is very important, related to a settlement of a property in Indonesia. Now we cant settle and have to pay another month of rent money. Seriously, you are paid to do work so do ot right

  • Dani Tutuka

Situation was dire. I just got a new job which required a lot of travel. With the impending opening of international borders, my new employer emphasised that a valid passport was essential criteria. My passport expired in Dec 2019, then 2020 pandemic and closure of borders meant that I was oblivious to my expired passport. I had issues with my name not matching legal documents. The staffs were extremely professional. They guided me through the process with ease. Terima Kasih Candani Adityaning Tutuka

During second lock down on October 2020 I tried to call the number that was provided thru the consulate’s website many times but I wasn’t successful at all! I decided to email them to get any informations that I needed I got response few days later with all my questions answered. I provided what I had to do than sent to the address that was given to me. I got all my documents signed and stamped sent back to me less than three weeks. In general , staff was good and very helpful . Thank you for your help

  • Jimmy Kurniawan

WORST SERVICE EVER! I called last week to ask if applying for new passport by post is allowed and the person on the phone confirmed is fine. I sent the application by post this week for my wife and she got a call saying that she needs to come to the consulate to apply. She came today 11 AM and was asked to come back on Monday because today they only accept 10 applications !! Is this a new rule ?? PLEASE EXPLAIN !!! Emails never answered. Calls went to voicemail most of the times and no callback received.

  • Syachfri Tjhia

They Don't answer phone call, reply email and the website is broken/no information whatsoever. You need to make booking to visit and book 3 months ahead as they are fully booked before hand (AND, you need to figure this out yourself where is the booking link!! i found this by sheer luck by trolling their official Facebook and stumble to a post in the past) The sad part is, this has been going on for months, surely they knew about it but for whatever reason choose not to fix it.

  • Angeline T.

The only reason why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the booking times + slot o apply for a passport or renew passport is almost 6 months and more. However, I am very delighted with the staff's responding times. The employees are helpful and very considerate in my case. They really help me to fasten up my booking due to my circumstances. Thank you for the kind understanding and the prompt replies. Really appreciate everyone's work :)

  • Dee Dee

ZERO STAR!!!! The process of passport renewal is UNBELIEVABLE. Sent my application. Auto reply: 2-4 weeks document verification. Sent again another one after not hearing anything. Called to enquire many times and was only told we will check. Received an email saying we already asked you to come on this date xxx. No greeting. No sorry. No proof of email was sent. NOTHING. So what now??? I need to ask when again??? SHAME ON YOU!!!

  • Sahar Hazaveh

I tried to apply tourist visa through the website. But the website is not working. So I went to Indonesian embassy in Melbourne. I show them the website is not working (error 404) but in the end they told me the only way they is through agency. Agencies charge 2-3 times more than original fees. It is rubbery. How agencies have access to the website but individuals not?!!!! I even called to the embassy, same result

  • J in Oz

Sent numerous emails with no replies over 2 weeks. Call several times with no answer. Finally I got answered once and then asked to send email again. It’s going on a loop... yes, nothing is solved. Don’t bother with customer service.... If this is how you represent Indonesian system then you deserve a medal. I’m glad I don’t have to deal with you anymore since becoming Australian Citizen. My son will follow too.

  • Kevin Darmawan

I am an indonesian with an oz passport. I was planning to apply for a visa, had everything on me, bank statement, visa, copy of passport, etc. And the male staff told me to leave because I did not book, and when I checked the website, it does not say I have to book for a visa, as far as I know, it is only for indonesian passport renewal. Very confusing, what a waste of time, should have a clearer website.

  • Scasia Halim

Looking at the reviews before me, seems like a lot of people are having bad experience. My own experience was good, except for the fact that I overlooked the holiday notice on their website on my first visit. They have the forms and photocopier ready in the office. But do note, come before 12 pm if you are submitting our documents (e.g. passport renewal, etc). After lunch is the time for pick-up.

  • Jackson Choi

By far the worst place to go. They are stuck in the year 2000 with all PAPER and no digital. LONG wait and for what?? Passport collection is unnecessarily long. Passport extension is unnecessarily long. They don’t accept any digital copy even though they will literally SCAN all your paperwork into their computers. That just doesn’t make sense at all?? Things need to change .

  • ario jiwandoko

Really satisfied. I got the advantage of urgent expediting for my family case, whereas our passport were expired and we got to return to Indonesia later this year and tha KJRI melbourne's staff gave us the opportunity to get priority booking for extends our passport and they made the process so simple and quick. Hope all the KJRI's staff will maintain this performance.

  • Juniper June

i submitted my visa application and my document is not completed, but the person in the counter is very nice, they explain to me what document I should provide, the next day I come back and bring completed document and .... I got my visa ontime, I think you should respect with person in the counter, they try they best to give good service and try to help you.

  • Namira Primandari

Very messy service. Staff refused to give me back my passport during pickup and asked me to come on a different day because they assumed I was there for something else and couldn’t be bothered to check. Had to argue with multiple staff members only to discover I did come on the right day all along and they had no business holding on to my passport.

  • Jess

No hatred or whatsoever but come on guys, you need to step up your game and be professional!! Two emails that I sent are still waiting to be replied. They close door at 4.30 and won't proceed job on the spot. To get jobs done, you need a booking and the booking is due in two months!! Ridiculous!! That's not how professionals work in Melbourne.

  • Mr Bull

The worst consulate i have ever dealt with. They just like to take your money then ignore 4 emails over the course of a year. Whilst during the same time consistent calls being ignored or when they do answer they tell you to wait. I would give them minus * if i could. Joke of a consulate who are thieves and probably pocket the money themselves

  • Haris Jamil

When you applying for Indonesia visa make sure you have sponsor from Indonesia if you have sponsor you need lettter from sponser, his or her Indonesian Id with family card and you should have atleast $2000 in account. Parking you will find Metered parking on union street make sure you have coins (no pay stay app) $3.80 per hour.

  • Khorry Sila

Nice and friendly service especially in this covid period. Would like to thanks them that they make everything easier, cause you can email them anytime and they gonna response the email forsure, but would love them to upgrade the service by phone call as well so when we’re in a hurry sometimes, we can reach them easily.

  • Firman Ikhsan

I am satisfied with their service so far. The staffs were nice and friendly. I went to this place several times to apply for passport, birth certificate and other documents. The documents completed on time. If there's any problem with the application, they will reach you via phone call and email to fix it immediately.

  • Jen S

The gentleman who advised and helped us today was very kind and helpful. Although the visa process for Bangladeshi residents in Australia is quite difficult, he gave us some valuable advice. hoping the consulate opens up immigration for Bangladeshi residents for visa on arrival in coming months.

  • Sam Thomas

The service in KJRI Melbourne has vastly improved. The staff is understanding and polite. Their willingness to serve is superb. I get my son passport, birth certificate declaration and affidavit for dual-citizenship done here. It is a quick and straight process. Thank you for the great service!

  • Theresa Lisandowork

Not even deserves a “SINGLE” star, there is no use bringing the hard copy in this office, they will asked u to go out and print and come back, very unfriendly staff! Make passport? U need to email and wait for agessssssssss. The staff acted like a king but abusing their power of rights…

  • Bella in Melbourne

It was busy, but it's ok. Entrance from Queens Ln. We waited to go inside and received card number from the post for ID exchange. Then take queuing number inside from the red roll on the wall. I didn't wait that long. For Passport don't forget to apply online first on their web.

  • Nomor 1

To be honest even 1 star too good for them. Called them since they just start open 9.30 and always end up they hang up the phone after saying there’s no one available to pick up phone. If they don’t help their citizen then who will?? No wonder a lot of people move on from you

  • Caroline Casey

Fast response from KJRI Melbourne to reply on my enquiries related with their consular services! I always contact them through their social media account (Instagram/Facebook/Twitter) or through their email. Really appreciate their quick turnaround and the effort to help us.

  • Maria Callista

Very satisfied with my experience with the Indonesian consulate, I had a complex citizenship matter that needed supporting document and they wrote me an official supporting letter within 1 week. They were very friendly and empathetic to my case. Thank you Mr.Budi and team

  • Bee Hadisasmita

lost my passport, came on the first day, they ask me to go back the next day with all the requirements, they explain nicely and throughly, step by step. the next day i came with all requirements, and it took less than 10 mins to handed in my forms and all.

  • Mala Siregar

Quick and responsive. Understood the urgency that we faced. As indonesian in Melbourne, I am so happy to have KJRI Melbourne as one of representative of government of Indonesia to help Indonesian community in Melbourne, Australia. Keep up a good work!

  • zicko varianto

come here to replace my passport because it got wet. get a brand new one a week later with no hassle. handled with proffesional staffs and very communicative. certainly one of the best experience dealing with government consulate. cheers

  • Irvan Ng

Easy and quick process, the person attending the counter is quite helpful and friendly. Suggestion for Simkim passport booking service need to have more availability and allowing people to cancel, waiting time was around 3 months.

  • Said Achmad

I am satisfied with the KJRI services in processing my SKJ (Surat Keterangan Jalan). They are very responsive in responding my email and quick in processing the SKJ letter requested. Thank you so much to all KJRI Melbourne staff.

  • steve coplestone

Wow picked up the phone first go.....but the woman was an absolute so n so. All i said was"oh thank you so much" Her reply "Excuse me!! i haven't finished - please let me continue!" And i thought the consulate in Sydney was bad.

  • Sri Kurniati Khotijah

Thank you Pak Okvan from Consulate General Indonesia in Melbourne who helped me during the application passport for my daughter Gisha. Your kindness and patience is highly appreciated. That is highly appreciated with gratitude.

  • Na Lee

What's the point you put phone number?? Everytime I called it always said the number is switched off or unavailable...never reply back to email as well.. This is the worst embassy in the world... useless and no help at all..

  • Elvina Cao

Poor customer service. Some of the staffs are rude! Never pick up calls and emails. Extremely ineffective way of renewing passport - the online registration system needs some improvement where people can re-book/re-schedule!

  • Caitlyn Budiman

Very friendly staff who work quickly, given you have your documents in order and have done your part properly. The process of making a new passport is very easy and done quickly, so you'll be in and out within 30 minutes.

  • Natalia Co

Been waiting for our children's passports renewal since March and to this date still not receiving any updates despites so many emails and calls we have done, we were only told "to wait", very frustrated with the service!

  • David Jordan

I visited to obtain a Business Visa on the 21 March and have to comment that the service was professional, polite and helpful. This included the guard on the gate and the visa person on duty so from my end - good service.

  • Dede Taufik

Friendly welcome, free snacks and everything made to be easy for registration, through online registration, so we dont have to get queue, offline is just for the stamp. Also we are pleased to greet another indonesian.

  • Carey Faucett

Excellent...a few probs at first with postal item not collected on time but after a few calls to helpful staff ,and once my application was in the system ,great! Visa processed and arrived back in time! Thanks.

  • Sylvia Djingga

They never answered your phone and emails. Line was put on hold and after that was told not available and to leave a voicemail. But then, the voicemail is full. I doubt if there's anyone working in the office.

  • Belinda Costin

Amazing service at the KJRI .. very friendly efficient and professional. The team helped my mom expedite her new passport when she needed to travel unexpectedly and urgently. A million thanks! …

  • M.

Super worse experience. The woman in the consulate was unfriendly and denied giving me the visa without any reason. After that I went to Sydney and got the visa with any problems within 4 days...

  • Andrew Ward

They NEVER answer their phones! They also need to change what's on their webpage as it's not up to date! It used to be that you collect things after 2, but now everything is done in the morning.

  • Julie tirahardjo

What is going on there i call and call never answer I need to know can I pick up my husbands passport its ready he can't get it due to work I cant even ask this simple question not good enough

  • Isabel Lim

Love how fast and efficient the process to renew my passport, compared to Jakarta. Staffs were all very friendly and welcoming, reminds me of home. Even a photocopy machine is supplied here.

  • Arif W

worst consulate ever.. never pick up the phone!! website not up to date at all!! website says open but when I went there, there's little paper on the door saying it's CLOSED!! VERY ANNOYING

  • Alex Hutabarat

i just renewed my passport, the staff is very helpful, Great staff! the guy in the front desk he should be appreciated. Your efforts lately have not gone unnoticed. Terima kasih, Pak Boas!

  • Evelyn BW

Contacted a representative about shifting the appointment for passport renewal and they successfully helped arrange for another day. I was very satisfied and thankful of their service.

  • Iwan Sutanto

Bed service. No online judgement even they have to upload to PC at the end of the day. Waste time. Check the Visa expiry again before you go there. They promote snap printing around

  • Maki Baobao

Very satisfied, the process is very fast on the spot (it just took me 10-15 minutes), very helful staff, easy to book, and I got my new passport just for couple of days. 5 stars!!!

  • Barb Makohin

The worst, save yourself the grief, fly to Singapore to get any visa/immigration stuff done. They aren't interested in working in the Melbourne office, being friendly, helpful etc.

  • Aulia Qisthi

It feels like home every time I come to this place. People in KJRI Melbourne are super friendly and helpful. You can ask anything, and they will assist you based on your needs !!

  • Hendri Hidee

Very rude and bad customer service The system was messy and not clear. its like they really try to make it complicated, which very unnecessary If only i can give less than 1 star

  • Bella Fransiska

Everyone was friendly and process was super easy and didn’t take too long (I came an hour after opening time), place was clean and COVID-friendly with check ins and check outs!

  • customer easter

Open to apply for visas between 9.30am and 12.30pm ONLY - don't try to apply after these hours. I wish that information was on google maps or on/more prominent on the website.

  • Phinko technology

never pick up THE PHONE , Email no respond !! what the Point of having Phone number but never pick up. i left the message also never call back. shame on u INDONESIA .

  • Merricks

They dont accept calls, they barely reply email (taking long time to reply). You always have to go in person. Very poor service. Lazy people working here..

  • Eric Prasetyo

I was there for a passport extension. The team were friendly, professional and quick with their work, even during the busy period. Thank you. Terima Kasih.

  • Rebecca Patrick

Went to KJRI when they are visiting PPIA William Angliss. The process was handled flawlessly by the people there. Awesome job for everyone in KJRI!

  • Nadya Soraya Modina

My report wast still accepted eventhough i haen’t uploades the actual bank statement (address proven) , one of the staffs was very helpful !♥️

  • Steph Rhino

Extremely slow and bad service. You have to go through a long process of 'checking' that takes 2-4 weeks when getting your passport renewed.

  • Ted Laks

Online registration makes all admin process faster and reliable. Friendly staff, gummy snacks and juice provided. Keep the standards up.

  • Andy Setyawan

The staff are friendly. It would be better if they can work faster or getting additional employees to help the work at the front desk.

  • Bimo Putranto

Website booking system should allow edit bookings, otherwise creating a new booking and wait for another 3 months seems unrealistic...

  • Rosita Tresize

Nice and friendly staff, it was my first time visited here to registered my marriage in Australia and it feels like home!
