The experience was amazing, from requesting a quote, to booking an appointment, and having the installation completed. The installation team arrived on time, the work was completed quickly and professionally.The installation team were friendly and consulted with me during the installation process.Vinen and his team went the extra mile by removing my old geyser and ensuring the geyser wise controller was installed at a suitable location within my home. Called them last Wednesday, they arrived on Thursday morning... Was completed by Thursday afternoon. Retrofitted a 150lt geyserwise solar panel with WiFi. Best investment yet. WiFi module works with the Tuya Smart App which thankfully I use with my other home devices , so it was a simple inclusion to my app. Currently due to overcast weather in Durban, the system has used 11hrs of Grid power in 5 days with 2 adults and 3 kids bathing twice a day. Definitely worth it and would recommend Vinen and his team to others... Hopefully he would add pictures to this review, as I was unable to take pics on the roof

So so impressed. Not the first time that I engaged the services of this phenomenal company. Called them today on an emergency basis. Never failed to provide excellent customer service. Knowledge and advice was outstanding. As a client I was talked through the entire process, given expert advice and of course prices were market related. Many companies try to rip off women cause they assume that 'women don't understand' but this company was ethical and professional. Thank you to management and staff for job well done. Today is a public holiday. My mother called Vinen around 9:30ish to fix the breaker that blew up last night. Vinen made a plan to come sort out our electricity box around 11ish and the problem was sorted out just like that compared to another electrician who wanted to dig up our yard for nothing. Now this is great service. We'll definitely be calling Vinen back for other electric and plumbing services that we have in our pipeline home plans.

I had the unfortunate experience of having my house geyser burst at 05h00 during the first full lockdown phase, when attempts at contacting my insurers failed.
