I called to get my ignition key and assembly fixed on my car however, when the guy came in he fixed only the ignition and still made me pay the full price for two services instead of one. This means I didn't get the full service I wanted and I was overpriced. I filed a complaint to get something worked out and they said they're open Monday through Friday so I am giving them until Friday before I write another revise my review. I will provide updates on Saturday.

Honestly a waist of time $250 for a new admin key might as well go to the dealership they charge $200 for a new admin key but the service person I talked to was nice but not the locksmith they connected me to he was rude and he also needs a new phone i could barely hear or understand him i mostly heard statistic the whole time

The machine is great and all but every time I get a key made there it doesn’t work I’m very frustrated because we can’t get keys. Made anywhere else and I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong beside sticking my key in the machine. Very frustrating. I probably won’t use it again.

The 1st Kiosk would not accept my debit card so I called the Key Me phone number that was displayed. The lady cancelled that order and I moved to the next Kiosk. She stayed on the line until I completed my transaction. So all is well. I appreciated her help!

Your service is extremely sad and poor you need to close it I had (4) keys made the machine bent two of them and one of them don't work and I couldn't get my money back this is really crazy I truly needed these keys bad and had these problems.

Only 2 out of 4 worked, but your customer service is excellent treated very well and was given a code to trey again at no es cost to me. The second time the key maker machine told me that my key was not in the system. I tried more than

For normal house keys love these guys! However, tried copying a 90s ford truck key and it was the wrong size. Customer Service responded very quickly once notified and will refund in full.

The kiosk was good. Somehow I got (and was chaarged) for 4 keys but only needed 3. I didn't see anywhere to cancel the transaction so I had to go with it! Other than that, all went well!

Its odd. The key works on every door but one. The original key worked on all the doors but the replacement key I had made doesn’t work on one particular door and I have no idea why

Visitied kiosk at Menard's Supercenter, Indianapolis. The keys were made and it was a simple and seamless process, from start to completion.
