I was able to get 3 of the 6 keys I needed at the kiosk and they work wonderfully. I need 3 keys for our storm doors and the kiosk said those keys would be shipped to me. I prepaid for those keys and a the next day I received an email stating a refund was given as they are unable to make the storm door keys we need. We can't seem to get them made anywhere, so we will have to replace the locks on our storm doors due to the issue. We're very pleased with the keys we got made in store.

I used the kiosk in Menards to make spare keys for a newly installed lock. The keys worked fine and the experience was user friendly. It did take a lot longer than having a person duplicate a key, balanced by not having to search for a person to operate the duplication machine.

Very convenient and easy to use. The only negative feedback I have was that there were "metal shaving burrs" on a few of the keys. And when comparing the existing keys to the new, the teeth didn't appear to match, however they do open the locks just fine.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The driver didn’t wear a mask. I had to sign on his cell phone. In the time of Covid I shouldn’t have to touch someone’s cell phone. And so outrageously expensive. I highly suggest finding ANY other company!

At first I was disappointed because they key I ordered had to mailed to me but the key came to my door in short order. I was very pleased in the quality of key that I received which was well worth the wait!

I ran into problem after 3 copies, the kiosk ran out of the cheaper key blanks after I had ordered and paid for 4. Customer service worked with me to get it resolved. All 4 keys work perfectly!!!

Got the keys made at the keyme kiosk at Menards. Easy to use. The up sell for a more precisely cut key is a little much and makes you think the standard offering is not up to par.

I chose the premium keys and when they came out of the machine I didn't think they would work. They work like a charm.

The keys didnt look like the master key and they do worked well.i tryed them . I didnt think they was going to work.

I had three keys made and lo and behold they all fit and worked great. I would use the automated key maker again.
