Jeff came out himself to fix my issue. I called around to 15 different places only to be told either they couldn’t get to it or that they would call me back with pricing and availability. Jeff was the ONLY one that kept to his timeline AND delivered. This was NOT an easy job, yet he stayed until I was 100% satisfied. As a member of the service, I respect a person that will follow through with what they say. Lee Lock & Key is my go-to folks for all things involving a lock. An after midnight kick out to your apartment is never good. However, my experience getting into my apartment was better than I thought it would go. He was professional, prompt, kind, and understanding. In a matter of a few minutes, I had a new key made and he was on his way. I HIGHLY recommend!!
