Absolutely fell in love with Kingdom Gym. Came with a day pass and left the gym as a member! The equipment is modern and up to date. There is a pool table & darts board in the rest area where you’ll see the famous bodybuilders on the tv!! There is a posing room studio and cardio floor. The gym is suitable for all types of gym-goers including newbies. Make sure you pop down and have a look, day passes are only £5 :)

Gym had decent equipment that are well maintained. Issues I found were: gym is very small, changing rooms and showers are tiny. No water fountain so you’re left with either tap water from the toilets or buy a water bottle from the front desk. No air conditioning so it is boiling in summer. Also if this bothers you, they use multiple different plate brands so chances are you’ll be using a mix of plates.

Pros: Great gym, equipment and atmosphere wise. Staff super friendly and welcoming, great variety of machines and weights, sometimes a cute little dog comes over to say hi and steal your water bottle. Cons: Content creators with tripods, sometimes they get in your way with their filming or you get self conscious knowing you're probably in the background of their video.

It is an aesthetically pleasing gym with all the necessary equipment to target specific muscle groups. It’s quite a small gym, so I’d avoid peak hours if possible. Other than that, I’d happily visit again and recommend it to anyone willing to move from commercial gyms to private gyms or just wanting a change of environment.

On Google maps is saying that you guys close at 8pm but I went there yesterday with my friend at 7:30pm and the staff denied me the day pass saying that they stopped to give day passes at 7:30pm. Could you guys provide this information on the website please because I travel from far. Me and my friend were very upset.

Great new gym kitted out with latest panatta equipment. Nice space also with a pool table to sip pre workout to get mentally ready or post workout wind down!. Decent on street parking too outside, reasonably priced for the equipment on offer everything you'd need for bodybuilding in a modern gym.

I think this is the best gym I've ever been to. From machinery, environment and most of all the staff. They create a welcoming inclusive atmosphere. Making a gym newbie to an experienced gym goer feel comfortable. Definitely recommend. Shout out to Jay Jay for his help on my journey. Best PT.

The gym is one of the best I’ve been too, its layout has been well thought through and the equipment is some of the best I’ve used. I’ve also found the staff members to be very helpful and informative. Membership is cheap and represents very good value for money.

Best gym in and around City centre! Great kit, atmosphere just makes you wanna train hard and there's no click! Every time i train here next day the doms are next level :) So a great addition to Birmingham and this place is just keeps evolving...

This gym is fantastic, the availability of gym equipment means there's something for every part of your body, and opening hours to suit everyone, you also get the chance to try both gyms in Birmingham or Atherstone. I definitely recommend.

Fantastic, well maintained gym. Staff keep the gym tidy and clean at all times. Members are friendly. Biggest plus is there is plenty of free on street parking outside and a cheap car park opposite .

Having joined this gym a few weeks ago I can confidently say this is one of the best gyms I’ve been to. The Panatta equipment is fantastic and the atmosphere is always great. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely flipping awesome gym. Brand new equipment which is functional and smooth to operate. Great people there and its 24 hours so can train around my shifts. So chuffed this place opened up.

Best gym I’ve been to ! Great set of Pinata kit. Ideal for both beginners and advanced gym goers. Have pre workout and protein at the front. A dedicated room for arms, can’t go wrong.

Great bodybuilding gym. 24/7 access. A little smaller than other competiting gyms, however all the machines / weights that you would need with ample parking.

Amazing gym with lots of weights and everything you need (even a posing room). Could use an airco, but the fans scattered across the gym give some relief
