I have a multitude of examples as to why this Kmart is one of the worst I have experienced. There is so much I can say here, for one the management in this store is atrocious. There were instances were duty managers such as Vesna were blatantly rude and just incompetent at doing her job. When another person picked up a second job they were questioned about loyalty to the company by one of the previous managers Shawn. This would not have arisen if that person did not need to find a second job due to the cutting of shifts because of lacking managerial skills. There were times when the rosters would be full and others when they would be dropped to once a week and they get questioned on loyalty? Another instance of terrible managerial skills is when a team member was told off in the middle of the store by a manager named Leanne. The pretentiousness of her attitude and inability to take that team member aside was appalling. Besides the managers the day staff at that store just seem miserable, sure you don't like your job but try to provide a smile or act happy? It's baffling how many of them just look miserable and it makes you feel guilty going up to them to ask for help or serve. Sure there are some good things. Agnes has been a wonderful person to encounter and some of the night staff as well who seem more genuinely happy but it's just an overall terrible experience. Not to mention the lack of stock recently. Sure you can blame COVID but at this point there should be more stock.

Edit 21 Jan 2023. We visited store and went through check out at approximately 11.30am. Incredibly rude young lady 'Abby' folding bags and being rude. No one waiting so I went to end register and she told me to walk all the way around. I explained I have issues with my leg and as there was no one waiting I'd like to walk as little as possible. Abby insisted I do a lap of the service area to get back to the empy register I had started at!! No empathy as I limped and no eye contact as I checked out, played with her pile of plastic bags and other customers behind me waited until she eventually looked up and started doing her job of directing them to free registers. Really poor form. Usually staff here are nice and friendly but Abby takes the cake for rudeness and lack of empathy. Customers are why you have your job! Not just a bother to you! Old review: There is rarely stock on the shelves, Im not sure if its covid or what but this place is pretty empty and rarely has what I go there for. Better to shop online

On Sunday evening shortly after 5pm on 5th February, I was basically in the middle of a panic attack in your store. There was a staff member, young lady, she said she’d just started working there and was new. If it wasn’t for her help, and her kindness, and her two hugs while I was in tears, I’m pretty sure I’d have died from absolute embarrassment and panic. She was an absolute sweetheart, and hands down the nicest person who’s ever helped me in any store. She may be new, but she deserves a pay rise. You hired a winner there, Kmart. Keep her. She’s absolutely outstanding. What I needed was out of stock but that does not matter. She was the best. I wish I had got her name but please check your rosters and pass on my gratitude. She was just phenomenal. Thank you so much. I will never forget your kindness.

Generally a good Kmart but clothing quality is no good. Stock of items are generally better than at Manor Lakes and the website is a lot more transparent with its stock than Big W, yet seems to be light on Size 6 basketballs (except for a $32 basketball, which is even $2 too much for a gift card that I would blow my budget on). At least they display basketballs better than Big W, yet still remain light on very budget friendly basketballs. Maybe $10 is too cheap for a size 6 basketball, just make it more expensive so you guys get more revenue (I'm talking about the company in general with this paragraph). Again, a standard Kmart that has to be better than Kmart in Manor Lakes.

Attended Werribee KMART Sunday Morning. (29.01.2023). A beautiful young lady named Isabella assisted my wife & I. We were struggling with lifting a 12kg box consisting of Shelving. (Keep in mind, my wife and I are in our 80's). Isabella took it upon herself to obtain a Shopping Trolley, and lift the shelving into the Trolley for us. She then proceeded to assist us at the Register, then helped us push the Trolley to the Exit Door. She was amazing. It's so refreshing to see people care for others so much. Thanks so very much for all your efforts and caring nature. You are an asset to KMART. God bless you

Tonight there was a customer that unfortunately had a medical episode that required medical attention. After I had sighted the customer and got assistance The manager ( i think his name was -say) and staff on tonight did amazing in helping keep the customer safe and assisting until ambulance arrived. The manager did an amazing job directing staff and customers while staying calm and informed and making sure customer was safe. Each staff member did a great job in helping keep with woman privacy a priority and safe aswell. Big Pat on the back to you all!

I took some childrens pyjamas back to exchange for a different size, but the rude staff member refused because I did not have the original credit card they were purchased with as my wife purchased them. I had the original receipt and wanted to exchange them for s smaller size, I did not want a refund. The pyjamas still had the original tags attached and had never even been tried on, but still they refused to let me exchange them. Now my wife will have to make another seperate trip herself to exchange them. Very poor customer service Kmart!

Customer service was absolutely amazing the staff are so friendly and warm, My only issue is with the company not making clear instructions about where to go to pick up huge items for click and collect, the poor girl at the service desk wasn't sure how she was going to drag out the massive box to the store, only to be told that we are to go to the loading dock I really felt for the girl she tried so hard to get my order quickly. When I got the confirmation text it said nothing of this and there was no signs to state where to go.

I wish I could give -ve rating to this place due to horrible customer service by Mel.I was very friendly with her,wished her asked her how was she arrogant lady,only replied by hi. Seems like she does not like her job much. I smiled and said hello but no no no seems like they charge to smile for customers. No greetings proactively ,no good bye. She made me feel like she was doing a huge favour on me by serving me.Her behaviour and Service was horrible and pathetic. Wish your Store manager read it and you get the sack.

I prefer going to another venue. I find that because of this stores location, they are constantly out of stock quickly and often a messy store. I understand that is because they are busy which does equal to success but surely more staff could be hired, or the staff already there be more productive and proud of their workplace, and maybe stock should be ordered on a more regular time frame. Something could change anyhow. I do love their new layout though, much more practical

I went to kmart-Werribee to buy the suitcase which i needed to buy urgently. Prerna- The manager at Kmart saw me confused and approached asking me if i need any help.She truly cares about what the customer needs are and went truly above and beyond to make sure i make the right decision of buying suitcase. Good service and a pretty good range, especially in homewares. Sometimes it's difficult to get items of women's and girls clothing in the popular sizes (ie 10 & 12). There might be lots of item in very small or large sizes but none in these. If you go to Sanctuary Lakes they often have more sizes available. Also it's weird that the checkouts are in the middle of the store and not even underneath the "Pay here" sign.

Has got to be one of the most UNORGANISED and MESSY Kmart I've ever been to. Everything is just thrown around. There is not one neat and organised section. The staff are never willing to help you when you ask and the staff at the checkout area bark orders at you. The beauty section is always empty and nothing is in its correct spot. Don't waste your time and just go to the Kmart in Tarneit.

Absolutely appalling behaviour from "Sharon" at Customer service desk this eve at around 2050hours. Extremely rude and wouldn't do a refund even with a receipt or Intact Tags. (Had enough memez of Karens, "Sharons" - Don't you start now) I am sure Kmart trains staff well however I guess an opportunity to train / retrain one more. PS: We did manage to get a refund though.

Public toilets are cleaner then the fitting rooms at Kmart Werribee. Disgusting and dirty..Instead of saving money on staff maybe hire more so the customers have a clean place to try on clothes. I walked in to the fitting rooms and walked straight back out. Gave the clothes back,didnt even try the clothes on and went to another store..

This place is a big mess. Crowded and most the time out of stock. Hardly you can find staff on floor. Always big lines for check out and pick up. This store definitely need more staff to meet demand. The only good thing about it is 24 hours. Located inside Pacific Werribee Plaza. To find parking is another headache for this place.

Brooke at the service desk is always so helpful and goes above and beyond to assist every time I am there. It is so refreshing to have this type of service as other sales representatives in the store usually couldn't be bothered to help. Hopefully, someone at management level reads this and acknowledges the great work Brooke does.

What is the point of same day click & collect before 12 at this store If you cant actually get your thing the same day?? Average shopping here all the time, don’t seem to have as wide a selection of items as other stores, or they have what you want but not in the size you need. Also the self serve checkouts are horrible at Kmart always having errors come up and are very slow, definitely not the most user friendly machines.

It was a sad, sad day when it stopped being 24hours. Crackheads had no where to go at crack o'clock. You don't want them bored and wandering the streets at that time of night. They occupy themselves by steeling reindeer antlers, trolley wheels and trying to fix flashing street light globes

10/10 Absolutely amazing staff member Rebecca in kids clothing, she was wonderful and very helpful with helping me find items in the store and putting things on hold for me at another location when they didn’t have any in stock! Great to see someone actually take pride in there job.

Marking down $40 bean bag to $30 and selling with broken zip. ( broken zip is not noted on the label, it just states missing packing) When I asked to return saying yellow tagged items cannot be returned. There is no use of this beanbag unless I need to pay to get the zip fixed.

Went to Kmart trying to buy a swim suit, only to be told by a helpful sales assistant that they don't sell swimwear in winter. Have you heard of indoor pools, people still swim in winter right?? Love Kmart next time I will buy a pair in summer... Lol

Good stock, good sized kmart! Worth the trip, far better than Manor Lakes that never has anything. Easy access to get here and get out easy if you only want kmart. The mall is not massive and easy to navigate. Recommend!

I'm a big fan of Kmart brand. I always find what I look for. Especially love the inexpensive homeware, books and clothes. Also, we recently bought a baby cot and a car seat at a quite cheap cost but quality is amazing.

It's K mart. Cheap and relatively good quality. This store is not that small compared to other K-mart. It has two entrances. When you go at night, you can only use entrance which is close to outside parking area.
