Title: Horrible Experience - Look Cinemas in Dallas, TX Deserves No Stars I had the unfortunate misfortune of visiting Look Cinemas at 10110 Technology Blvd E, Dallas, TX 75220, and I must say it was one of the worst movie theater experiences I've ever encountered. I wouldn't even give this place a single star if I had the choice. There were numerous issues that made the entire outing a complete disappointment. First and foremost, the lack of service at Look Cinemas was beyond appalling. Upon arrival, we were greeted with indifference by the staff at the ticket counter. It seemed like they couldn't care less about helping us and were more interested in chatting among themselves. We tried to overlook that and went inside to wait for our movie. But little did we know that our patience was about to be tested. After purchasing our tickets, we were directed to wait outside the theater where our movie was scheduled to play. We waited and waited for a staggering 20 minutes, with no explanation or updates from the staff. It felt like we were invisible to them, and their lack of communication was unacceptable. Once we finally made it into the theater, we were met with a disappointing level of cleanliness. The floors were sticky, and there were spilled drinks and popcorn scattered around the seating area. It was clear that no effort had been made to maintain a basic level of cleanliness for the paying customers. As if the lack of service and cleanliness wasn't bad enough, the real shock came when we asked for a refund due to the excessive delay. We never received the popcorn that we ordered after 2 attempts asking our waitress. The management's attitude was dismissive and unsympathetic. They showed no concern for the inconvenience caused and made us feel like we were the ones at fault for expecting a smooth movie-watching experience. We have requested a refund for the popcorn and movie from management but were given no definitive answer on when both charges will be removed from our credit card. To top it off, the staff appeared completely overwhelmed and unable to handle the simplest tasks. It seemed as if they were understaffed and untrained to manage a busy theater. This led to longer wait times and an overall chaotic atmosphere. After this disastrous experience, I can confidently say that Look Cinemas in Dallas, TX, will never see us again. The lack of service, the unclean environment, the dismissive management, and the overwhelmed staff are all clear indicators of an establishment that doesn't care about its customers' satisfaction. Save your time, money, and sanity, and avoid this place at all costs.

Oof. Was a little worried walking into a movie theater the size of LOOK at 8:42 and there were only 4 cars parked in the parking lot, I was a little worried… Aside from the place being an absolute ghost town and you walk in you don’t see a single person (patron or employee) until you get to your seat (which is composed of dusty ripped leather and glitter because I don’t think they’ve cleaned them in years). Anyway, management must have passed away and corporate doesn’t know that their worst nightmare has taken over. But here’s where it gets good… we ordered Mac n cheese and some Pinot Noir when we arrived early to the movie. An hour later we finally went searching for our missing wine and, verbatim, we were told “oh yeah, we don’t have that anymore we’re out.” Ok, well we’re out of that wine.” No, they did nothing even though we had already paid and tipped and then, reminder an hour later, they said it was “because we’re out of that bottle,” they offered to bring us a more expensive bottle… no problem fam, bring it out… Not only did they not charge us for the difference despite an hour passing and us having a wee bit of hope they didn’t forget about us, which they didn’t and just decided that we get to pay for things and not be told we’re out, they came back and offered to get us another bottle of wine if we paid more. Although this was funny all things considered, we obliged… Fast forward to the guy who gave less bad words that start with f than the pope, that same guy, who wears a *gold* choker with the letter “k” on it (close if no cigar) and has short hair curly black hair, told us we had to pay $12 extra for the bottle of wine they were out of that he never came back with to tell us they don’t have it, tipped himself on our card. Big ol’ fat tip for himself for charging us extra for wine he never came back to tell us in the first place they didn’t have. But tipped himself! And for that reason, this is the dirtiest, grimiest, low-star movie theater I’ve ever been too. Don’t take your girl here, she’ll leave you…

The theater was dirty with popcorn in the cup holders and all over the seats. We happened to be lucky enough to purchase seats with tables for our food; not every chair had a table. Unlike every other dine in theater I’ve been to, there were no free refills on soft drinks. The lights stayed on during the previews which was disappointing although I might be one off the rare patrons that loves movie trailers. The sound kept glitching in the middle of the film and there was some sort of tear or stain on the screen. The most frustrating part for me was that your tab is automatically closed 30 minutes into the film and totaled with a 20% tip. If you need to make adjustments to your bill or want to order more food, you have to take your phone out during the movie which is beyond rude to the other audience members. Although this might be normal for this theater as most of the audience had their phones out for the entire feature. Also, 20% tip was outrageous considering all the servers did was bring our food. They didn’t take our order or bring us the condiments we requested. Look Cinema does not seem to value the quality of their audience’s cinematic experience.

Worst experience I've ever had in a theatre... let me warn you, DONT order on your phone, they will steal your money and not give you what you ordered. I ordered fries and a drink through my phone. My friend ordered several items as well. These items never came out... let me also say, I am not exaggerating one bit when I say the theatre was about 90 degrees. HOT hot. We had asked 3 different people throughout the course of the movie to bring us our drinks, the drinks never came. I pressed the call button 2 times and the in app button two times, no one ever came. I went to complain to the manager after the movie ended expecting a full refund, but she said their policy was that I had to pay since I ordered through my phone. That was the only way to get a refund. Excuse me What kind of policy is that. This company does not comp anything. You pay if you put your card in the phone, whether your item gets delivered or not. That is STEALING. I will NEVER come back or support a Look theatre ever again. Thieves that want to dehydrate their customers in 90 degree theatres. Even the dollar movies treat us better than this. They are asking to get sued

We went here because I have personally experienced look Cinema before. The food was good however it was overpriced. Also they don't offer free refills on your drink or a discounted refill so that you can take your drink into the movie. No refills on popcorn either even if you buy it right before the movie. Everything had to be ordered through their online menu and paid for with your credit card and they automatically added an extra amount he didn't pay for it before the end of your movie. So be sure to read the fine print if you even bother going to this place. Reserved seats and directly above our heads there were holes in the ceiling and missing tiles. The tray table to put your food on was broken off. We had to move to other different rows before we found one that did not have holes in the ceiling. The leather on the chairs was worn out so much it was gray in spots. We would not go here again. The staff was poorly trained and did not have answers or consistent answers for any question we asked them. There were so many employees more than necessary especially since you have to do everything through their website or kiosk.

This was the first and will be last time at that location. Just move here 3 weeks ago and watched Hunger Games last night....reason this place gets negative review is because 1- ordered food 15min before movie got started to give enought time for trailers.... Exactly 33min had passed so i Had to leave to go find out what happened, apparently they forgot about me and that caused me to miss first 15min of movie.. 2- what I ordered was wrong, cheese for nachos was runny.... I mean very runny and only filled with 1/4 of cup with nasty cheese... they even gave me jalapeños and I stressed 3 times NO jalapeños.... Strawberry lemonade watered down so much, felt like i was drinking water. 3- VERY OVERPRICED!!! For everything.... If I'm being charged so much, at least allow me to have great experience.... I only live 6min away and wanted to explore new surroundings.... Now I would rather drive 20min away to another location just to not have same experience.... Even gave 20% tip.... big mistake on my part...Between tickets and food, spent over $70 for myself my wife to have such a bad experience.... I'll spend my money elsewhere

Our experience for the Barbie movie was completely ruined by the bartenders at this theater. They acted rudely, lazy and unprofessionally. I requested my drink be remade as it is advertised, not only bc of the poor presentation but because the drink tasted badly And was served HOT. Bartender (female) actually told me no, more than likely because she didn’t feel like redoing it, at least that is the impression she gave. I wish I had gotten a photo. We were not ID, and the male bartender with purple hair even made uncalled for snide remarks and had a very bad attitude. I promise will never be coming back because this person gave that bad of an impression to us. We did not drink our drinks and left them at the bar untouched after the movie. I wish I had spoken to a manager. Whoever was on shift 7/25/2023 at nighttime shouldn’t Be bartending there and needs to be terminated. This person is 100% losing business and misrepresenting this company

This theatre is horrible!!!!! How can they even try to have "plush" in the advertisement The chairs and trays were dirty. There chairs didn't recline!!!!! The SERVICE HORRIBLE!!!!! Ordered drinks, food, and popcorn! Two of the four drinks came out with the food at a reasonable time!!!!! The Jameson and Sprite taste like something I've never drank!!!!The other two drinks and popcorn never came over hour. When the popcorn did arrive it was COLD!!!!!! The other two drinks never arrived! I paid cash and never received a receipt! I had to request a manager! He was a little perturbed as I was a bother to him!!!! SMH. He came back with a receipt and a refund of $20. I will never attend this location ever again! They also had a Mexican server who lied about not knowing English, which I know he did because he spoke and read the items coming out of the kitchen! Horrible, don't waste your hard earned money

Honestly one of the worst movie theater experiences I've had to far. - The screen in theater 11 has a cut on the bottom left corner that once seen won't go away -It's ridiculously over priced in terms of in theater foods. They charge 6$ for a drink, which has no refills. -The ordering system has people pulling out their phones to order their meal to their table. It took the audience about 10 minutes after the movie started to actually turn off their phone screens and flashlights. -last note isn't much of a highlight but the chairs aren't as comfortable as other theaters such as cinemark or Alamo drafthouse. The staff is friendly though I'll give it that. Post edit: -I take back what I said about the chairs they're good. Also - The movie theater sound just stopped out of nowhere. Had to pause and rewind the movie multiple times. Many people walked out Go somewhere else for a movie.

It was my first time in this movie theater. When we just came in, it looked nice and promising. But when I tried order food, my order didn't want to go through. One of the waiters happened to bring food to someone else, and I had to ask him. He said he would be back in a minute, but he only came back when he brought food to someone else. He took my order physically and charged my card right away. It was past half of the movie when our food arrived. I ordered loaded mac and cheese, with bacon and other stuff, but received only "mac and sous," no sign of bacon. That was a big disappointment. I was hoping someone would show up to my online request, but nobody did. I already wasted enough of the movie and didn't want to go outside and try to find someone to ask what was going on. So, unfortunately, I left with the feeling of disappointment and not planning on going back.

First time here and really disappointing. At the beginning it was fine, the hostess was very helpful. But when we got to the theater and tried to order trough the app the app showed a text saying that we needed that the waiter opened the check first. So we call the waiter, he took a long of time to arrive and after he did he asked me if we tried to order to the app and I explained him what happened. Despite the time we already lost because the app wasn’t working and because the waiter took too long to arrive he asked me to try again in the app. I showed him the message the app was sending and until then he took our order. Our drinks took a lot of time to arrive. Two waiters to give us two beers. The food arrived even later and cold. The food wasn’t good not only because of the temperature but because of the taste.

I bought my tickets in advance but there is no signage in the lobby telling you how to scan them. Finally I asked an employee at the snack counter and she just looked at it and sent me on my way. This theater does not have recliners (at least in screen 11). They have no photos or seat information on their website but based on review photos I assumed the seats reclined. But they do not. Ordered popcorn and a drink during the movie, then one box of candy later on and each order took about 30 minutes to receive. The candy, which was $5, was melted and had a consistency that told me it was very very old. However the tickets themselves are reasonably priced and the chairs, even though they don’t recline, are pretty comfortable. But if I’m going to go out of my way to watch a movie, I don’t think I’ll come back here.

I ordered tickets online got there 10 minutes before show time and they said the theater was not cleaned yet. It was like they were more concerned with all the people going to see Barbie then they were with any other movie.The Barbie movie started after mine amd they had there theater cleaned first before our theater.Also the air was not working in our theater when we went.Then ordered our food and drinks. Food came and the drinks never did. So I hit the call button and at this point we are 40 min into the movie and the kid that came up was almost irritated that I was even asking. He said they will be coming shortly and walked off. So after waiting another 25 min and nothing and I had to walk down and get our drinks myself. All I had was cokes and waters. I won't be going back.

Arrived 20 minutes early as suggested but could not get into theater room until 3 minutes before movie was to start. Order arrived scattered by 4 different people. Was not a fan of unwrapped drinking straws already in cup when delivered to customers, servers did not wear gloves,caps or hair nets, hair was pretty wild too. napkins and tickets are placed on food which server removes to check which seat to deliver with bare hands. 30 minutes into movie had to call server which we ened up going and looking for our drinks. Nachos came with about 2 Oz of cheese not worth the price. But, At least the restroom was clean with toilet paper. I would have enjoyed the movie had I was able to sit down with my popcorn and drink in hand before movie started. I probably wouldn't return

We went Sunday to watch the Elemental movie. We love visiting this location because of its good service and food. I will say that this past Sunday everything was great as far as service but the whole place was dirty. The lobby floors had trash on them, the bathrooms were disgusting. When you walk into the lobby to order tickets you could smell the bathrooms. Unfortunately my toddler had to use the bathroom and they were horrible you could tell they hadn't been cleaned and several out of service. When we got to our seats they hadn't been cleaned (there were bits of popcorn on them) and the cup holders were sticky. I am leaving a review in hopes that the cleanliness of the theater is addressed and hope that if we go back it's in better condition.

Quick and to the point: won’t be going here again. We’ll drive another 30 minutes if we really want to see a movie. 1. Place feels like it could be shut down any time. Empty, no posters or decent lighting. Just an empty vibe. The area is in decline and I wouldn’t leave my car out at night there. 2. Cocktails are weak and start at $16. Should have passed on the one I got. 3. Food was okay for a theater. Probably 3-star, but inadequate for the prices. 4. The movie cut out with 20 minutes remaining! A staff member (16 years old) came in and announced they had lost power momentarily and it would be back on soon. When it came on, it had missed an entire 5-7 minutes of the most critical part of the movie!! There are better options than this place.

We had the absolute worst experience for our first time. We had a kid kicking the backseat of my friends chair the whole movie. We kindly said something to the mother and then staff and nothing was done. Then there was a man sitting directly behind my daughter who had his legs crossed and kept brushing her hair with his foot. Yalls seating is HORRIBLE! THEN I go to the restrooms and OMG!!! Absolutely disgusting!!! It stunk like pee in there, toilet paper every where but in our stalls. I had to have my youngest give us toilet paper when she got done. When I went out and told a young Hispanic girl with glasses. She seemed very uninterested and very nonchalantly said sorry and continued on to another guest. Absolutely horrible!!!!

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. First time here the other day, ordered cheesy breadsticks and a soda at the bar. The little waitress chick took her sweet time getting my damn order and it wasn’t even busy during the day. The other so called “bartenders” were little boys hiding in the back of the kitchen smh. Oh and 15 mins later, got my breadsticks, then they all disappeared for nearly 20 mins!! All of a sudden, when one of their theater rooms opened, a ton of black folks came out in the lobby and that’s when they decided to “service” the bar trying to scrape all the coins they could. DO BETTER!!! I only came here to attend a movie premiere for a buddy of mine I worked with, that’s all. This place is beyond TACKY.

Went to see Five Nights at Freddy’s movie. The row we sat in had no tables and was missing a cup holder. It also had no button to call to order. We finally ordered 3 drinks and two popcorns. Took about 30 minutes to get drinks and never got the popcorn. After the movie, I spoke to the manager who was clearly overwhelmed by the number of complaints that he was getting. After stepping away from a near fight, I was finally able to speak to him. I asked for a refund for the popcorn and the drinks, because what was the point of having drinks if I didn’t have popcorn. He refused to refund the drinks and gave me two comp passes. Ha! Like I would EVER return there. Stay away please there are much better places that cost the same.

Do NOT come here!! It’s the old studio movie grill, nothing has been upgraded. Seats were completely torn / uncomfortable the arm rest was broken as well. We arrived early and saw when the previous people left the theatre absolutely no one entered to clean it up before my showtime started I had to use my daughters wipes to clean up the sticky trays.. others around me were asking to borrow some of my wipes too. This was in showroom 10 the movie was blurry at times . THE PHOTOS ONLINE ARE FAKE and I mentioned it to the manager he just laughed. The waiters are the only great thing at this place .. super respectful and kind but the food wasn’t the best or worth it .never ever returning here. Save your money go somewhere else

I don’t want to come across as too harsh, but want to make clear the type of theatre this is. As you pull up you will drive in front of many large and over-the-too bars/restaurants. When you walk in the music is electric and “clubby”. This is an entertainment venue, and less so a movie theatre. The sound quality is poor, the theatre rooms are very large and with poor screen size scaling. The “trailers” were extremely long and were generally for cruddy films. Horror movie trailers played before Oppenheimer? If you’re a movie fanatic or even just a fan, please choose another theatre. If you’re out to have a good time and the movie is just part of that, then you’ve found your new favorite place.

From the outside, the theater looks dark like it's not open. When you first walk inside, there are self service computers to buy tickets. There are no live employees to purchase tickets from. I was a bit confused with the snack situation. You cannot order from a service counter (or at least not during my visit). All consessions and food must be ordered once you're seated from the QR code on your seat tray. There was leftover trash and crumbs from the previous showings in cup holders and on the floor and food trays. Seats are not full recliners. The back part of the seat moves a little, but not very noticeably. Overall theater was nice, could use some extra cleaning and customer guidance.

The food is excellent but why In the world is there no refills on soda when it cost $6 for them. I can’t name another place that doesn’t have free refills that’s a cinema yes you may have to purchase a x large for like $8 for free refills but it’s better than this I’d rather pay a few more for unlimited refills. Note SMG has free refills on there soda for just $5 or $6 and they are a direct competitor. It’s basically SMG but the best thing is that the food is better like how they have steak fajita quesadillas and steak nachos where SMG doesn’t. The quality and taste of the food is better with more flavor overall. Pretty sure this location used to be a SMG before the pandemic.

The theater is in need of updating badly The seats are old and I had to change seats. Although the seats don’t recline, I couldn’t get one seat to sit up, the second seat I sat in the cushion was split in half so when I sat down I nearly sat on the floor . The third seat I tried was fine. I ordered wings and a side of fries…the wings were good but my fries were cold. The bathroom was dirty. Had to go through 4 stalls before I found one that was tolerable. The staff was friendly but we did have to call again for our drinks. The snake drink was delicious! All in all I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here, but it’s not the worst. It just needs some work. The lobby is nice.

Went to LOOK yesterday and I will NEVER go back. 1. Arrive at the location and the lobby was not clean. There was debri all over the floor. 2. Then, when I went to the ladies restroom in the front, pure sewage is all I could smell. To make matters worse was just how overwhelmingly filthy the restroom was. 3. The most offensive thing, if anything could be more offensive than that smell, was the managers attitude about the report. He said that he would tell his general manager, that was not there. So the restroom would have to remain in that condition or worse until he could inform his GM of its condition. Beware ⚠️ they have a real sewage problem here.

Worst service I've ever had at a theater. Ordered 2 drink, an appetizer, and popcorn. We got popcorn and a water after 30 mins and nothing else. I alerted the app 3 times and even grabbed a waitress, still nothing. I then had to spend 15 minutes to track down the manager to get the other things off our bill. 6 other people had the same issue and were trying to get to the manager at the same time and we had to wait for him to checkin other people. They only offered to take it off the bill too and no other compensation for our time and effort. If you don't have the capacity to take peoples orders then don't take them and don't waste our time.

This was my first time visiting this theater so I didn’t know what to expect. Nobody ever asked for my ticket upon arrival, we had a confusion with our seats because some of the seats weren’t numbered and there was multiple “G6” so we had to stand up and move again bc we were in somebody else seats, the seats in general were not very clean and well maintained cup holders were kinda nasty tbh and unfortunately these seats don’t recline. You constantly have the staff going up and down the isles even when the movie starts delivering food and beverage throughout the whole movie and our quite noisy and was distracting. Food was a 7/10.

This place is absolutely disgusting, this is my first time in this movie theater and it’s horrible. Seats were ripped apart, greasy, holes in the ceiling, the theater was dirty, and even more. They really need to fix this theater before it shuts down. The theater we were in was 8. I’ve found a rotting pickle under my seat. Cup Holders look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. Chairs are disgusting. Pieces of popcorn and chips everywhere. Random substances on my seat. I would definitely not recommend this place. First time here and never again will I come. Just looking at the stains everywhere is horrid.

Movie theater was comfortable. No traditional concessions so I had to use their food delivery service and they delivered throughout the whole movie. I got my drink halfway through the movie, my popcorn 3/4 of the way through the movie and never got my candy. There was a line to speak with the manager after the movie because several people did not get their items. Had to pay upfront and wait 3-5 days for a refund. It was hard to focus when servers were delivering during the entire movie. It was a very busy night (Barbie), but there should of been a plan in place to help with basic snacks and popcorn.

Currently here. Bartender chargers her own tip without even consulting. Illegal practices. Can’t wait to file a consumer protection complaint with the Texas Attorney General . When you talk to the “manager” about it he claims they don’t add tips without your consent. Don’t you dare talk about it to the manager because his response is that if you’re unhappy, file a dispute with your bank. Oh by the way, if you call the number it’s just a voicemail. Guess they get a lot of complaints. Like their fellow employee said “on god!” Oh and by the way employees wave a finger at you on your way out.

The entrance was promising from the start when we were greeted at the door and service at the bar was good but the theater itself was very disappointing. The theater is split down the middle with stairs where the best seats would be and the chairs were old and quite dirty. I was going to look passed all of this but out of the 6-7 groups in the theater, 5 groups were having full and loud conversations from the ads through the beginning of the movie. At this point I had to leave and ask for a refund. Unfortunately I had to leave my concessions behind and I will not be returning.

I have always enjoyed my visits to this particular Look Cinema location, I often see movies during mornings and afternoons; this location is perfect for that the theater auditoriums are nearly always empty and vacant, I usually always have a entire auditorium to myself. Foods are flavorful and delicious; and in my experience mostly always prepared well, there was only once that I can recall a dish brought to me that was overly fried making the breading on the meat two hard. All in all my experience here has been to my satisfaction, also their drinks are satisfactory as well.

The theater was locked for the first showing of the day(the $5 showing they keep advertising). I saw a mother and her young son turn away as they thought they theater was locked for the day. I ended up being 10 minutes late to my showing of No Way Home. This is 10 minutes into the movie I mean as I had missed ALL preview credits. The food locked amazing but was mediocre and the honey chicken sandwich I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. It was inedible from the honey. The cocktail was okay. The only plus is I saw the movie alone lol. I expected more from a new theater ‍♂️

I really miss the Look theater when it was at the Belt Line location. Everything was cleaner, more staff, and seating in Evolution was the best around. The new location didn’t have the recliners (at least in our theater). Halfway through the movie we ordered a drink, candy, and popcorn. Took quite awhile before anyone came to take our order. Once we ordered, the drink came fast but the candy took another 15 minutes and the popcorn never came. We have to go out and ask for it. Overall very disappointing when compared to the experience at the old Belt Line location.

Air conditioning must have been broken…..but it seems like it’s been that way a while. Little kicker fans all over the place just to keep air moving….so that’s….something. Chicken was not great. Fries were soggy. Drinks were ok. Sound quality of the cinema was the absolute worst. Zero regulation on their amps. Idk. Picture quality was ok. Seats were leather. So you’ll stick to em in the heat….. recline function is approx 15degrees. Could be better if air conditioning worked. Kitchen is kinda dirty from the small amount I had seen…explains the food quality issues.

The entrance of this theatre was open and provided guest with a great lounge area. The host was not very friendly or welcoming. The restroom was fairly clean, but it did have an odor. The theater seating was worn out and needed an upgrade but the seats were quite comfortable. Lastly, the food made the night. We ordered the chicken quesadillas, which gave the taste buds the perfect taste with its crispy edges. We also ordered the BBQ pizza and that too was great. The sauce on it gave that pizza life. overall it was a great and affordable experience.

Not a fan. I was advised that they had recliners but this location did not. Service was beyond slow. Waited 25 minutes for 1 soda and butterfinger after asking 3 different people. There were only 6 mini butterfingers in the box. The theater had almost 100 people in 1 stadium. It was so hot. The lights remained on which sucked because they projected from the back which was where I was sitting. They do not sale icees which was annoying. My partner ordered nachos and they were sub par. Overall, less than satisfying experience with this location.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Tried to go to the bar to get drinks after I had my light on for 15 mins and there was no bartender, waiting at the bar for about 5 mins and nobody ever came then my movie started. I asked the host to send someone on my way back to the theatre. Then they brought my food without any drinks. Drinks took half an hour and they weren’t even good. Avoid this sketchy movie theatre. All the cup holders were sticky and the tray tables were dirty. Seats had peeling leather. Awful place. Will never go back. AVOID!!!

This cinema was absolutely HORRIBLE we were in theater 12 watching the new insidious. We ordered some drinks and didn’t receive them. The manager came and took a picture of our order we waited 10 minutes we didn’t receive anything yet. Another employee came took another picture of our order and we still didn’t receive anything. We went to go ask for a refund but only got refunded for our order. Also the theater was extremely hot there was drunk people yelling and so many were talking during the movie. Would NOT recommend this cinema!

Came here on 12/23/2023 and watched The Iron Claw at 5pm. Got to the theater at 4:55pm and ordered on my phone, nothing. Ordered again at 6pm, nothing. 6:30pm, pushed the light at my table, came when the movie ended and said they weren’t taking any more orders due to the moving ending. I asked about my previous two orders that I ordered online and said they never got the order. What’s the point in promoting ordering online using my phone if you will not get the ticket in the kitchen? First and only time coming here. Won’t come back.

My order was wrong. I ordered nachos and got fries. When I said it was wrong, they questioned me like I did something wrong before changing it. Then forgot my water I ordered. When they came back, they said they ran out of Dasani so they gave me regular water. And I didn’t get a receive a refund for it. Then the milkshake is not thick at all and small. The seats don’t recline. The only saving grace is that the food is decent and the movie was good. But bring extra sanitizer wipes to clean because it’s not the cleanest place either.

Friendly staff in an old beat up theater. And my food was cold. All 3 stars go for the staff who went above and beyond making us as comfortable as they could considering the seats we bought were defective and had to move seats a couple times before.. settling. Since we came to see a movie on movie release weekend and got a bad theatre room I assume all the rooms have several defective seats, a no-no for a theater where you have to pick your own seats from a screen. Look DineIn Cinema, the Russian Roulette of Dine in theaters.

I love how I haven't come across an employee here that hasn't greeted me with kindness. The prices aren't terrible, seats arent bad, air quality feels nice, the food and drinks are actually really good. decent picture and sound, and it's clean. I really have nothing bad to say about anything here, accept, as I do like having an infinity card, having to go to a busy bar to get my movie ticket kind of bites sometimes. Regardless, the service here is worth 5 stars in my book! People seem happy here! Employees and customers.

First time here. We ordered the food and drinks before the movie started. The servers were not "ninja like" as advertised. Food didn't get there until more than half the movie was over. The food was food but didn't get exactly what we ordered but it was still better than expected. And the table on your chair to eat is way too small. About half the size of an airplane table. Will not return or recommend. I've been to Studio Movie grill a lot, and it's a better set up. None of the movie screens and sound systems are very good

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a movie theatre. Walking into the theatre I already felt like I needed to shower off. Place was disgusting, spilled drinks not cleaned up, food leftover, looks like they didn’t even try to clean after the last showing. Secondly, it was over 80 degrees in the theatre. I was sweating throughout the movie. I ordered two waters before the showing started and they never came. They were bringing out peoples popcorn and drinks when the credits started rolling. I wouldn’t even come here for free.

It was easy to purchase tickets online and redeem on site. I do not like the automated telephone system as you do not actually receive a call back or live transfer. The hospitality was great! Comfortable seating and although the seats do not actually recline it was still excellent. Food service was quick and easy. They have an excellent food menu although I forgot to take a picture my food before eating it lol the Chicken Nachos were amazing! It was worth the trip to Dallas and would definitely like to go again!

This used to be the it movie theater my fiancé and I will come to all the time but recently the service has been poorly. Tonight we went to go see a movie, we ordered food and drinks during the previews. More than half way throughout the movie we still haven’t received it. My fiancé had to get our food and drinks towards the end of the movie. They still had the audacity to charge us a tip for the service!! Would never come here again, don’t waste your time. We barely enjoyed the movie because of this incident.

The customer service is mediocre and most the staff gets additude if you expect to much help. For big movies their services is not equipped to keep up. Most days they have a slower traffic and you can save a buck on $5 Tuesdays. The food is better than studio movie in my opinion. Just wish the staff didn't seem so put out about having a job. Have talked to the manager who is nice and even runs food himself to help. They try with what they have, but if you get annoyed easily, don't expect 5 star service.

We have a large group coming tonight and the AC was out, the theater was hot. The restrooms was smelling a lot of sewer, very strong smell! One of our companion fall at the end of the stairs, due to the lack of visibility. Manager didn’t even went to make sure our friend was ok. Also good was cold! The only good thing was the drink! But I didn’t even put any tip and I got charged way more than I was planning to give. It was an awful experience, personally I won’t comeback to this place.

Was not impressed. From the moment we walked in we should have turned around. But we waited at the bar to order drinks and wait for our Movie. We were not greeted. Not recognized. No, “we’ll be right with you”, no nothing. Instead the 2 servers remained in a casual conversation with some other patrons, who didn’t even order. We continued to wait while I made eye contact and gesture with the menu that we were ready, and nothing. We decided to get our money back. Wouldn’t recommend.

Gross, when we got there the seats we had were greasy and dirty with food, then when I asked someone to clean it they acted like they were going to, then was just laughing and talking with the staff!! So I called another attendant asked her the same thing if it could be cleaned she said she would then left the auditorium and never came back!!! I had a horrible experience and will not being going back!!! Horrible customer service and the most dirtiest theater I've been too!!

I’ve been to this theater several times, I love it because it’s never too packed and the service is top tier! I love that I can order everything electronically. It’s not so great when you order something extra such as sauces bc they often forget to bring them and you still end up paying for them. This time I had the fajita quesadilla with nachos as my side, absolutely delicious (I didn’t get a pic). The drinks are always strong and I always enjoy myself. @MissMo2323

We came here for the first time last night and was extremely disappointed. Terrible experience. The theater is old and dirty, foods were cold and the drinks were nasty tasting, also were overpriced for the quality. There was no option to close the tab so the tab was automatically closed and we were stuck including tip at the end. Lights stayed on and it was very distracting from the screen. Not worth the money we paid. Will not be back or recommend it to anyone.

So convenient, you can order your food at the front when you buy your ticket or at your seat using their mobile app. It works great either way. Service was quick and didn't interrupt my movie viewing experience. I got the ribs and and a margarita! Both were great! I will keep coming back here. Management is super responsive and everything was clean. Restrooms were being recaulked and they all had ample paper towels and soap. All the servers were wearing masks.

My wife and I took my grand daughter to see The Elemental . We all enjoyed the movie. The servers are professional .Ok I am not sure who is the tall black gentleman he greeted us an helped us.Awesome gentleman . When the movie was over as we were leaving That gentleman called the workers in the entrance in the kitchen gave a great job to every each one . The ticket buying experience was pretty simple. The food ordering experience and the food, not so great. I couldn't get past the phone number verification because it kept timing out. The drink did not taste like strawberry lemonade. The food was not hot like it had been sitting. The tortillas part of the quesadillas was too hard/crunchy. Not sure if I went on a bad day because they were having a movie premiere, but I wasn't impressed.

Finally stopped someone after half way into movie and was told to hang on( literally 10 people total in theater) got food more than halfway into movie and when we got food I ordered another drink and still sitting here and never got it! So frustrated with their scanning for food and drinks orders, the website wouldn’t let me order. I finally got a server and ordered food and drinks. The services was super slow. They were rude. I received my frozen margarita more like water down. I received it with like 10 mins from move ending. I called the server they never came. The food was good that was the only thing good about going to LOOK.

Went tonight as a group for me an two friends birthday, it was r first time here, an the movie was great, an r server was great. Butttttt ...... the food was nasty as hell an wayyyyy over price and the quantity of food was toldler portions, an the alcohol drinks were gross $100 not including tickets for dinner for 3 adults an a kid. Not cool!!!!! NEVER WILL B BACK AN NEVER WILL RECOMMEND!!!!!

I was really impressed with the inside atmosphere, customer service , quality sound and the food was delicious! Staff was A+ from the security guard outside to the servers awesome great job, keep it up. Will definitely be back. The only reason for the 4 stars was the cleanliness of the bathroom was not very clean or stocked and seats of movie theater not very comfortable.

They have a horrible service. We wanted to order food and asked for sevice by turning on the light and ask servers. They told us they were busy. It took an hour and a half before they took my order! By then it was too late and the movie was over! They ruined a good movie experience for us! This place doesn't even deserve one star but there is no zero star option on here!

I have visited this movie theater a couple of times. We've ordered the Coconut Shrimp and chicken and they have been delicious every time. The seats are comfortable but they do not recline. It's usually nice and cold so bring a light sweater but during the summer days at 103+ degrees their AC was not working as well. Overall, I like this theater and will be back.

I haven’t been to this location in a long time and now I remember why. It was so hot in the theater that my back was sweating half way through the movie. In the bathroom there’s was only 1-2 stalls that had toilet paper. There wasn’t many workers but service seemed decent. Seats were pretty small and not comfortable. Probably not coming back to this location.

I wish I could have taken pictures of my food but its disrespectful when watching a movie. The food is alright. The chicken quesadilla was not that great but the nachos hit. The coconut tenders are crispy and the sweet potato fries were good also. The seats are great and comfortable. Movie theater has a huge bar when coming in if thats what you are into.

Went here for the first time and the theater looks nice and has a great atmosphere. Didn't have a chance to try the food. But Staff was nice they opened the door for us and directed us where we needed to go and we bought tickets. They have a QR code to Scan to order food and pay at your seats. The only downside is the seats are not comfortable at all.

I havent been to this theatre in a while. I learned 2 things today. I now order on my own from a qr code and they do not give refills on drinks. I have no issues ordering for myself with the qr code. I do however have am issue with no refills on sodas. $6 for a drink and I can't get a refill? If I'm paying $6 then the theater can atleast not be hot.

It was great! the customer service was awesome!! We went to go see barbie at this theater! They had a whole photo booth to take cute pictures! The only thing is that I was told they had reclining seats. I'm not sure if its specific who have reclining and some don't. Bur overall will go back here again. Very nice staff! Excellent service!

I've been here a few times and think it's a good theatre. The staff is friendly and the food was actually decent. Ordering was slow until I found the magic button on the seat to call the server. The seat could be cleaner, but not the worst I've experienced. We just take a sanitizer wipe for the tray and chair.

As an avid movie goer, this theater was ok. The customer service was great however the theater seats done recline, aren’t cleaned between the shows and they keep pushing the QR menu to order having signs all over the theater, but it doesn’t even work so you just use a call button for food and drink services.

Don't go to this movie theater our new truck got stolen from here and the police didn't show up. We had to go to the police department to make the report. It's not an unusual event. We noticed something wring with this place when we noticed that was empty on a Satirday evening. It's not a safe location.

They took a long while to get the theater room together, but the movie was great and funny we went to see the new Mario movie! Food was good, popcorn was stale, burnt and salty though but It was quite a few families in there so they lost track a bit of orders. Enjoyed our Movie night so we'll be back.

Worst movie experience in the US so far! Very old and untidy theatre. Entirely messed up the order after we input it together with the gentleman who was working there. The pretzels tasted like fish, the burger buns were old and the burger dry and flavorless overall. Not going to go back.

The seats were mostly worn out or torn. Some of the seats were broken. This was the first show of the day and the auditorium was not clean. The area below the seat where the switch is located to called the waiter/usher is all dirty and dusty. The tickets are very reasonably priced!

I'll keep it short and sweet. Went to see expendables 4 on Friday and ordered Popcorn and a coke. It took almost an hour to get that order that I never received because I saw a rat in the theater. If there's a rat in the theater that means there's a rat in the kitchen.

Very nice theater. Full bar and snack counter. The seats are really nice and are electric recliners. I saw star wars and the screen was large and sound immersive. The lounge is nice to relax in before the show. Well thought out design and full of perks.
