This is an amazing salon for natural hair. My daughter didn't cry (like at other salons) and is at ease there. They finger detangle and it's gentle. They've only lost a star because at our last visit the hairdresser was over half an hour late and then took significantly longer than on our first visit

The customer service was disgusting the last time I was there; I walked in, didn’t even sit, and walked out. The hairdresser who was going to do my hair was on her phone with earphones, from the time I walked in, no greeting, her only communication was to show me where to sit. I won’t be going back.
