This is unfortunately the most disappointing spa experience that I have had. The front entry is really nice, with lit candles and nice relaxing music. I got to enjoy them as I sat for 5 minutes waiting for my "aesthetician was getting ready". Unfortunately, the services don't live up to the recent renovations. I have lower back problems due to desk sitting for years, and was expecting a legitimate therapeutic massage. I opted for what I thought was a 30 minute body facial, followed by 30 minute massage. The body scrub was just that - not an exfoliating experience at all. Was suppossed to be 30 minutes, but the "aesthetician", Patricia/Patty, was done in 12 minutes and led me to the shower so I could rinse the residue off of my body. The massage was also scheduled for 30, but basically a body rub. No kneading, no working the rough spots. Just an unenthusiastic body rub in which Patty put more effort into keeping me draped than she did the massage. What benefit is there to have my ears scratched for 15 seconds, followed by 2 minutes of head scratching? Scheduled an hour at 2:00 pm, and was done by 1:40, includiing my shower and her 8 minutes of breaks. Nothing professional going on here.

Recently made a trip to San Antonio to decompress and unwind and asked around if they knew of any good spas in the area, was recommended Le’Elite massage and spa, and I was not disappointed. When I walked in I was greeted by the owner who is an absolute delight. She was wonderful, and had a very welcoming personality which helped me feel at ease. She listened to my needs and set me up with one of the best masseuses I’ve ever experienced. I walked out of there feeling amazing, lighter and full of energy. If I could rate them 10 stars I would. Will definitely return in the future and will recommend to anyone looking for a top notch massage.

My fiancé bought us a couples deep tissue massage ‍♂️ and it went really well. My wife enjoyed her massage just as much as me and a big shout out to Diana as she did amazing with me as I’ve had a lot of neck pain, tension, and knots in my muscles and she had me melt into butter! My body has never felt better.. I will be returning because I need more than one session but everyone is super professional, polite and courteous. 10/10 would recommend and thank you Le’Elite for the mimosas!

Fantastic experience. From the owner down to the front desk staff, everyone is so friendly and genuinely welcoming. They make you feel at home by offering a drink and making small talk while waiting for your service. The estheticians are great. I took my mom in for Mother’s Day facial, hand & foot treatment. My 81 mother is shy and was not too excited to go. After, she couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful it was and wants me to book another appointment with the professionals at Le Elite. That’s the best review I can give this fine spa. They are very professional, wonderful customer service, the aesthetics of the place is great, and I was treated with the upmost care with a wonderful massage therapist. I felt very comfortable and relaxed the whole time. I definitely will be coming back!

I got a massage today here for the first time. As soon as I walked in, I noticed everything was super clean, soothing, and everything you would hope to find at a massage studio. Diana was amazing! I told her where my pain area was. She explained what she was going to do and I left here pain free! I'll definitely be going back soon.
