We bought a couch and a love seat in the beginning of September from Leons on Ellice. We realized even in few days that the foam is being flat on some seats. We reported to the store within 20 days. At first I was told to contact the insurance company because I bought the extra warranty. The insurance company directed me back to the store as the seat foam is not covered and the 1year warranty was still active. Its been 6 months now, I have been calling the store since then and every time I am told that the foam is ordered and we did not hear anything back from the manufacturer. With every call there is a new person and I have to explain them the story from beginning due to lack of insufficient notes on file from their end. Every time I am promised a call back from them with updates which only few times happened out of many promises but unsatisfactory response. Some time ago I asked for the manager with a lot of here and there’s I m told that this girl is the manager. I asked them to give me at least a deadline of wait or replace the couch as I bought from Leons not the manufacturer directly. The response I got again that the delivery is on the way from February (I was told by one girl in February that the part is in but another told that she was mistaken) and She has to track it, She will contact me back when would she call. She did not want to mention any time frame. I am having a brand new couch with almost flat seats. Totally disappointed with the customer service. They need to work on the team communication gaps. Sorry posted on Regent location, it is actually meant for Ellice location. Could not delete here.

Originally had amazing service and then things took a turn for the worst. We bought our sectional on Black Friday and was told a reasonable expectation to recieve was March. Not a problem. March comes and goes. I call in, told itll be here end of April. Thats fine so we wait. We get a call from leons stating it'll be beginning of May. I called in yesterday to confirm date, first told I have to wait for my sales rep to tell me when it's coming. Why can't the person on the phone just look it up. They finally are able to tell me, to now later find out it's coming October. Almost one full year from date of purchase. Just absolutely ridiculous and being strung along with overpromises and underdelivering. We were able to get our money back which is a plus and they processed refund same day. What I suspect is there are other sectionals for others orders (putchased after us ) getting filled while our order is not. Be wary when purchasing with estimated delivery dates. Will not be shopping here again . Very poor follow up and very poor ownership of the situation. There was no proactivity when addressing the issue and I constantly had to follow up

I went to Leon’s at Regent to look for a dryer. The sales associate HARU greeted me warmly. Haru showed me all available dryers on display kindly explaining their price, functions, benefits and things need to consider, as well as warranty and delivery details. I really liked the LG dryer, but couldn't make the purchase on spot because I needed to get confirmation from my roommate who couldn't come with me due to the bad weather. So, Haru gave me the breakdown of the price. Thanks to her great service, I went back the next day and purchased the LG electric dryer. Before the purchase, she went over everything again including warranty details until ensuring we understand all of our rights as a customer. We chose to pickup our dryer and she made sure we have some buffer dates for our pickup in case of bad weather. Also, LG dryer we got is working really well. Overall, our experience at Leon’s was amazing and HARU is an awesome sales associate and a very trustworthy person. We will definitely visit this place again and look for this sweet girl in the future when we need to purchase appliances or furniture. Highly recommended.

“ SIMPLY THE BEST “ Recently, we bought the new house and needed it to be furnished top to bottom, so we started shopping around. After visiting a few different furniture stores we ended up at Leon’s on Regent ,which by the way is conveniently located for all the people who live on the east side of the city. Our experience was absolutely incredible. The moment we stepped in the store, we were greeted with the warm smiles from the management and sales associates, who are very informative and knowledgeable, and they were always there to assist us. Unlike other locations that we visited, the stock was never an issue and there is lot to choose for everyone. The customer service team made sure that our delivery is executed on time, and the delivery guys were phenomenal (good job guys keep it up). I will definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends “ YOU GUYS ROCK”.

Horrible, sales and return policy. Their sales person told us rug can be returned within 72 hours if it does not go with the space. They didn't mention that there would be no refund First of all, when we unpacked the rug; the quality of rug was cheap and it was having rigid folds, secondly was not best fit for space. Therefore, returned within 72 hours, but they denied reimursing our money. Infact they said it would be a in store credit . Neither the refund receipt nor any refund card was provided. This is the worst policy. The store is 24 km far for us, we paid mutiple visits to select product of our choice but we could not find anything that suits our needs. Our money is stuck with them forever and there is no proof provided for any credit or refund. Utterly disgusting!

I’ve had a pleasant experience shopping at this Leon’s last week. I’ve recently just moved and was in need of a couch. This Leon’s has provided a variety of options and I found just what I needed with the assistance from your staff member Evan. He handled my questions and concerns as well as the overall customer experience with due care, patience and professionalism. From discussing the pros and cons of each product to ultimately helping me selecting the most suitable couch for me, he has demonstrated his knowledge and patience to customers. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience shopping at Leon’s and I would continue make my future purchases at this establishment. The professionalism demonstrated by the staff is definitely one major factor that won me over.

The worst experience I ever had buying appliances. Please do not buy appliances at Leon's. I spent over $6000 on 6 appliances: they sent the wrong stove, the dryer was damaged cracks in the top and big dents in the side and a washer that never worked. I called about the stove and was told the sales guy was new and made a mistake. As for the washer and dryer, take it up with GE. All sales are final at Leon's so as soon as it's delivered it's your problem. So almost 4 weeks later I still don't have a working washer, the dryer is not fixed and has to be put on for an hour plus to dry a small load. This is a terrible company to deal with.... you are better off shopping at Larry's used appliances store then this place. Save your money and shop anywhere else.

DO NOT BUY anything from this Regent store. We spent over $7000, yup, that's $7000 and they delivered a very damaged range that they WON'T replace. It's supposedly our responsibility to contact manufacturer and jump thru hoops. We didn't buy a range from a manufacturer We bought it from Leon's. So called Customer Service at Leon's Regent basically hung up the phone on us as we are angry. UPDATE: Dec 21, 2021 - Went to the Regent store and had a very productive conversation with Jessica the Manager. She solved our problem immediately. She was great. Supposed to have a new range delivered on Thursday. UPDATE: Jan 12 2022 - All is great with new range. Jessica and staff at Leon's were great at fixing this issue.

Bunch of crooks! Don't get the diamond warranty from them, they say they'll repair or replace your appliance at no cost to you but they're just lying through their teeth. What actually happens is they shunt you off through a bunch of subsidiaries and offer you a fraction of the cost of the product they sold you as a time limited store credit. If you call they lie to you more. If you desperately need an appliance go to Midland or anywhere else. I even called the OEM and surprise surprise the needed part is available for 352 dollars. They just want to chisel you into spending more in their store. tldr: DON'T BE FOOLED DOES NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT!

We ordered coffee tables and end tables from Leon’s and the experience was horrible! First of all the tables were 1 month past the time they said they would deliver, then when the came to deliver them the they came without the tables and left. Then the next day they told us we called and you didn’t pick and didn’t even deliver our table. When my brother finally went and picked up the tables himself the legs of the tables were completely different from what we saw at the store and ordered. Not using this store again and if you want a easy process I would advise you don’t use it either!

Great place with amazing varieties and the best, great staff. Salespeople do not push or pressure you. They are helpful, they share their opinion which helps anyone makes the best decision. The first time we visited this store, Ninja (love his name) was all ears and gave us lots of options and suggestions. We returned another day to make the deals but unfortunately he was not there, so Yoyo came and again, amazing customer care. We will definitely return to this store. Great jobs ladies and gentlemen.

Very disappointed for waiting over 3 months for my furniture they offered me $100 credit which I was disappointed went to the store today to talk about it because I thought it was unfair they told me that's what the offer was and that I accepted which I did not I am very disappointed I can't believe after spending almost $10,000 there waiting over 3 months for my furniture $100 credit is a slap in the face and I am waiting to speak to management or get something done about this

I had a wonderful experience shopping for a couch. My sales associate Evan was very accommodating, enthusiastic, kind and caring. He showed me multiple couches on several different visits. He was so patient and kind. I was never pushed to buy anything. Evan was very knowledgeable about the products, prices and reviews. With his knowledge and guidance I was able to purchase the perfect couch for myself. Thank you so much Evan! I will definitely be back to look for you.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mohammad Rahman, who was ever more eager to show me around. Since I had no prior knowledge of mattresses, Mr. Rahman inquired about my preferences and needs to recommend me some of the best Leon’s had to offer. I finally bought a mattress and sofa with the superb suggestions. My overall experience was excellent, since my needs and preferences were quickly taken into account and suggested accordingly.

The store have very good furniture but during the Black Friday they advertise some bait furniture to lure you to buy a "great deal" offer. If you buy the bait discounted furniture, they don't really want to delivery that for you. I bought two love seats on November and 2 months after they don't have in stock and no real estimate for this. Poor communication with the client. No real interest in make the client happy.

After going to the competition nearby we decided to check out Leon's as we recently bought our couches from there and we were happy with that experience. I was immediately greeted which was nice. I asked a bunch of questions about TVs. I'm sure the salesgirl thought I'd never pick something but I did manage to buy my tv and I hope to pick it up soon. The wife and I both enjoyed our shopping experience so thank you.

Highly recommend salesperson named Haru! She was very friendly and professional. I was trying to find a comfortable bed and mattress for my new house for a long time. During that, I went to all kinds of furniture store. Haru made me feels like she was helping her friend to select a new bed. She puts customer’s need first and has so much patience. I eventually bought my new bed and mattress with great satisfaction!

Bought a mattress on October 24,2022 The sales person said to come back on Black Friday for a price adjustment. Went back and Leon’s said NO. I called and talked to a girl on the phone. Yisan was the girl. Conversation ended with her actually yelling at me. She said the salesperson working there knows nothing. Like that is very reassuring for a customer. BUYER BEWARE. I don't like pushy and that's exactly what I got there. I get it, you're on commission but please don't sell me things that I don't need. Even the manager couldn't be too bothered to go an ounce extra. I've always spent lots at Leon's but this location needs better people. I ended taking my $3500 purchase to the Brick. It was a bit more price wise yes but quality of service anyday!

Made a purchase and within 60 days a no tax event was on. I called for a price adjustment since I was within the 60 day price guarantee they offer. I left my details with a staff member at the store and I received an email within an hour noting the savings I would be receiving. Integrity pricing with no hassel. This is important as a customer and I wanted to share my experience.

Had a great experience buying a new couch/recliner set here. Found exactly what we wanted and it arrived way ahead of its expected date. Ninja was really helpful and awesome to deal with. I would never shop at Leons again! Their furniture is junk! There is marks, scratches and dents in the wood and they tell you that is the natural wood. The dining tables are warped and they say they are made that way so they are easier to pull apart. The wood is full of knots and looks terrible. Save yourself from getting terrible looking furniture and shop some where else!

After my old refrigerator decided to breakdown, I opted to buy a newer one rather than spending money fixing it. I didn’t shop for a refrigerator for over 6 years and had no idea about what to buy. Mohammad Rahman at Leon's showed me around and helped me choose a refrigerator that was just according to my needs and taste. 10/10 would definitely recommend shopping at Leon's

We had a situation with the recliner chair. The customer care person was patient and kind to help resolve the missing arm. Which we then found beneath the chair. We had no idea it was packed that way. The one arm was there. We should have checked more throughly. I called back this evening to inform the store at the Regent ave store.

Terrible. There were 4 staff sitting on a couch on their phones or an iPad. The other 2 people working the floor avoided eye contact and didn't want to be there. We had to ask for help, and the piece we were looking for want even in display(front page for item!!). Just bad service all around
