I went to marks to buy a pair of safety gear snow pants, not even a month later the zipper on the legs let go it was a cold day at work lol So I decided to call marks in barrhaven I spoke to Britney on the phone she told me to come in and they will help me. Did they help me they sure did Britney and Bobbie was on the phone trying to find the same pair I had and nothing so I said I can get into a large instead of an XL.... so there they went again on searching for me finally they found me a pair YESSSSS I won't be cold on Monday lol Thank you ladies I will recommend everyone to the barrhaven store. To show my appreciation for the hard work and effort they put in to help me as a customer I went back to the Barhaven store and brought them both a five dollar Tim card.very satisfied with the customer service at the Barhaven location Thanks again Laides

Went to this location yesterday to check out the door crasher deals only to discover they didn't have my size. As busy as they were, Michael ,the assistant manager spent over 12 minutes checking different stores, then calling them to see if in fact my size was still on the shelf. Michael was very patient as well as courteous. Hats off to him . I'm on my way to the Centrum location to pick up my new hiking boots.

I like going to Mark's for my t-shirts. The quality is always good. The fit is fantastic. If I can't get anything in store, I'm sure to find it in my size online. So it's a win-win situation for sure. You can order online and it would be shipped free of charge to the store. That's a great option to have. Staff have been always very pleasant and helpful. Lots of clothing options and the brands that I like.

Excellent service! I went there to exchange a pair of boots that had been gifted to me, for the correct size. Most stores would turn you away but they made my day! I was able to exchange them for my proper size, and the woman who helped me was very pleasant. I was so happy I even shopped around a little more and found the cutest pairs of socks! Stocking stuffers, check. Happy feet in new boots, check!

Found a great pair of waterproof hiking boots for my son here recently. The price was reasonable and the staff were helpful in showing me the various options. There have been many good sales of which I have taken advantage over the years too. I like the quality and styles of the merchandise very much, especially the women's sports clothing. Have never been disappointed with any item I purchased here.

The visit was disappointing. The clothing is overpriced and undersized for the average man. Most men are not sticks. Was very disappointed in the service. All dressing rooms are closed in the men's section. However. There was no signage that there is a change room open in the women's section until we had to ask. The experience today was an encouragement to do online shopping - with another merchant.

Very nice selection of casual men's wear at reasonable prices. We picked up jeans, shorts, hoodies, t-shirts, Polo shirts, and other tops for my man without breaking the bank ... he's gone from a 5x to a 2x!! Unfortunately, I'm not as enthusiastic about the women's wear. The sizes are small / tight fitting and the styles are too casual. And they don't carry any petite sizing for shorter people.

My go-to destination for work clothing. I work outside, and most of my clothing gets lots of wear and tear. They have some the comfiest and warmest winter jackets, and their jeans are also made out of high quality material. I would recommend anyone to come here. They are a bit pricey, but if you want your clothes to last longer, it’s worth the extra buck.

Was in the store on the weekend. Great deals and great quality. There was also a learning opportunity for my son. While waiting in line at the cash an employee was leaving. The employee had to open her coat and bag to prove she wasn’t stealing anything. I turned to my son and told him never work for someone that treats their employees like thieves.

At Marks in Barrhaven, I noticed that the aisles were quite tight and the doors didn't have push buttons, which can make it difficult for people with disabilities to navigate and access the store. Customer service was excellent at this location,staff were very helpful and listened to what I was looking for even though I couldn't find a shoe in my size they pointed me in the right direction to a shoe that did fit,even the cashier was good and was cleaning between customers which is good to make sure everyone is safe :)

This place is just ok...I find most items are way overpriced. Most of the times I buy here are because the work items can't be found elsewhere except online, and I just can't wait for them due to need, not want. Having a monopoly, and charging out the Wazoo because you can doesn't actually endear you to the public.

Mt partner was trying to return his work boots and he had not had them for more then 1 month and the cashier at the marks location at Greenbank and strandherd was quite rude and had loads of attitude. MAlso, their products are not good quality mightb as,well by from Canadian tire.

Mark's has the best choice of work and casual activewear for Men and women. Unfortunately, the individual stores always have a limited selection of items on hand. If you are sure on your sizing most items can be ordered with delivery in a reasonable time frame.

There are always great sales at Mark's. The inventory and variety of clothes has really expanded over the last few years so you'll likely find what you're looking for all for a decent price (not high fashion, just good old comfortable clothes)

Merivale location is horrible. So I checked in with the staff at Barrhaven, and the young gentleman who answered the phone was able to serve my request with great customer service. He should train the "manager" from Merivale.

I am not sure why but this location always feels messy and dirty. I was in the store recently and it had that exact feel. Nobody on the sales floor to assist so I came home and checked our some items online.

Been to lots of marks. Best by far. They have everything that any other marks would have. But the service and the great staff make all the difference!!! Keep up the great work.
