Really busy store but well stocked and the staff are friendly as always. The produce looks great and for the most part, doesn't have next day use by dates. The prices are still higher than your average supermarket but the quality is there to match it.

As I was on a business call tonight with my shopping in M&S Charlton I was stopped by an angry security guard stating I need to show him my receipt as I looked to him SOMEHOW suspicious- I was carrying 4 items in my hands and not in a bag.

Good place, with nice food in the cafe. A large selection of good clothing and a food section as well. Lots of parking as well. However I did have a very small bacon bap here and it didn’t exactly match the image of it on the wall …

This M and S is medium size store. It has very basic selection of clothing available. The children section is OK. The home section is very small and the products are very dusty.

Always good selection of quality products, nice variety of men's clothing and business attire on the first floor along with a cafe where you can have breakfast and lunch.

I had lunch today. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I ordered fish and chips. Both were very dry - I think oven cooked. The chips were really awful. I left them.
