I feel bad about this rating as I have a very good friend that works here, but I have to be honest. After finding what I wanted, I went up to the cashier area to find two people checking people out and two additional people "hanging cloths behind the registers". I was customer number eight of 12 standing in line. As we were waiting, someone whom appeared to be a manager came up behind the counter and kept announcing that she "was on her way out the door and should have been gone already". In addition to her, the four people working all of a sudden four additional workers ended up behind the registers. So now there are nine workers back there and the line is not moving, in fact it got longer. Finally the store manager came up front to help clear the line. Appears to be very poorly managed.

It was eight p.m. and store closes at 9:30. I wanted to try on a pair of pants, but the dressing rooms were dark and barricaded with chairs and other obstacles. I asked about it at the front desk (there were two employees behind the counter). One told me that it was blocked off because there was no one to watch it. Okay. Too bad. I was ready to buy a pair of dress pants, but I won’t without trying them on first. I guess I will spend money somewhere else. Edit: From other reviews I have read here, it is apparent the closed dressing rooms happen regularly. This is really bad business for a store that sells clothing. I hope management can correct this significant problem. This is not a difficult fix. I probably won’t be back to see, so good luck!

This marshalls store has a wide variety of items at an affordable price. I was pleased to find that they had a variety of clothes in the women's plus section. The store is not dirty and decently maintained. The fitting room attendant was very polite and kind. The cashier at checkout was very polite as well. I would definitely recommend shopping here if you want to buy quality clothing that will last at a price that is affordable.

Two women rearranging tables and cashiers and they have RANDOMLY closed fitting rooms again. So after thinking they were open and ale sing 45mina gathering items to try on they were closed and I asked these women when they would open and they replied not today. So an entire day if closed fitting rooms, but plenty of staff. I just tossed all my selected items back in a random rack. You wasted my time.

Love the store, the pace of checkout is ridiculously slow. It is every time we visit this location. Too much talking and not enough working. I stood in line for 13 minutes today while there were two people ahead of me and 3 cashiers. The line behind me grew from 1 person to 8 or more by the time I was checking out. There is no reason to be so slow and unmotivated while working.

Kitchen stuff is always worth a look. Bargains on teak cutting board and small copper sauce pan. Inexpensive handmade natural soaps and men's colognes reasonable priced. Have to spend some time looking but if you do, you can find several items for home and office at a fraction of the price of other stores. Worth the time if you have the time.

Great selection of items but the customer service. Oh my goodness wasn't that great. I picked up an item that didn't have a price and I found one compatible and brought it. The lady act like I was trying to switch prices and had attitude and charged me 7.00 extra. I will not be returning

Worst customer service ever, the cashiers was so rude not sure her name but she had blond hair and was a bit older and gave me the nastiest attitude when she could’ve told me in a nicer way that she was closing her cashier area. I’ve always had bad cashiers experience here -10/10

I recommend Marshalls department store. I always find want to go looking for plus a little extra. And always see things I'd love to have. Beautiful clothes, wonderful bedding, jewelry and anything else you might need. Marshalls carries it. So go see them today.

Love this place. I always find the best stuff for great prices. However, I noticed a staff member wearing their mask under their nose. I was happy that I was rung up by someone other than them but I wish they would have taken better precautions

Cannot try anything on , and you can in other stores like Target, so I purchased something @ Target, and not @ MARSHALLS, THAT'S A BIG NO FOR ME NOW, SINCE OTHERS LET YOU TRY OWN, AND I DON'T LIVE HERE, AND THE CLOSEST STORE TO ME WOULD BE 1HR.

Very nice Marshall and with everything you would expect from the name. Some great deals can be had but like everywhere else you will have to look. Not a lot of men's clothes but great selection of ladies clothes, shoes and home decor

Marshall's is a great place to shop if you are looking for quality items at a discounted price. It's one of those stores you just have to keep going in. Some days you rack up, some days you don't. Overall really nice place to shop.

Every time I come here I purposefully avoid getting a shopping cart because the deals and products are so good that I go crazy. Love coming here. The staff is always friendly and tries very hard to handle the crowds that come in.

Marshalls is a great spot to get high quality clothing with cheap prices. Also Lauren in customer service was so sweet and just went above and beyond for me when she didn’t have to and made the experience so much more enjoyable!

Great customer service today, young man at the register was fabulous!!! The line was long but moved quickly. The trash was running over ,the place was messy. But the staff was friendly, found what I wanted.

Was enjoying my experience shopping until you get ready to pay and the cashiers peg you about the credit card thing and they continue to ask and try to tell such and such after I said no a few times.

Wonderful, wide selection of Designer Wallets and Handbags. Marshall's discounts the prices by a wide margin. I was able to afford 4 Designer Leather Wallets and a bonus Purse! I'll be back!

Pretty good selection, clean, well managed, as soon as there is a line, they call a cashier to knock it down. I'm more of a TJmaxx shopper, but I like this Marshalls and will go back often.

Horrible cashier. Too busy talking to co workers. Threw away my receipt. Then I get home and she stuck my shampoo with clothes. Now my clothes got shampoo all over it!! Horrible

Very picked over at the moment being its right after Christmas. But I love Marshalls. I can't wait for them to restock. Especially men's jackets. Well.. Pretty much everything.
