I can't praise him enough. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ben has done many jobs for me over the past 3 years, some of them when I have been in a right pickle. He always comes to my rescue, he's my plumbing/ heating super hero. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ He has moved radiators, serviced my boiler, fixed gas leaks (when my d.i.y. has gone terribly wrong) fixed water leaks from cracked pipes ( that was when I got home from work and found I had an indoor waterfall coming through my kitchen ceiling) Also during a bad winter all my heating and water stopped due to a frozen condensation pipe, it was after 6pm when I found out, I phoned him and he had been out on jobs since 7am, but he still turned up and made sure he got it all running for me. Honestly this guy is amazing. No job is too big or too small for him. He always turns up with a smile. One in a million,(a rare find these days.) His work, Professionalism, Empathy, Timekeeping, Customer service are second to none. If you need any heating or plumbing work done, contact this company. I wouldn't go anywhere else. My boiler broke and Ben helped me massively with fitting me in as quick as he could with a new boiler replacement after going through a few different Boiler choices was booked in quite quickly (i have a 6 month old baby) and completed the work baring in mind my boiler is based in my side entry and it was minus 4 while he carried out the work with no complaints. Ben is honest, punctual, friendly and has great communication and followed covid guidance while completing the work. Absolutely fantastic work! Ben is brilliant at what he does and is the only person i will ever trust when it comes to this type of work needing to be done. Superb job!! I would highly recommend Mere Green Gas and Plumbing to any of my friends and family. Ben came to fit a new boiler for me back in May. From the first point of contact (after a recommendation from one of my neighbours), the communication was excellent and it continued all the through the process. I live in an apartment on the third floor and therefore the process was a little more complicated ( I will not bore you with the details) but this did not seem to make any difference to the quality of service I received. I needed someone local to disconnect an existing built in oven & instal a new one at a competitive price. Ben was immediately helpful & although it was a small job, he was happy to assist, despite him being very busy currently. I knew from speaking to him he was honest & trustworthy. He arrived punctually & Ben & Jim(?) were amazing. They took great care in handling the new oven & were careful not to damage the kitchen floor, door etc during the job. Ben also arranged for someone to take away my old oven. They worked well as a Team & I would have no hesitation in using Mere Green Gas & Plumbing again. Ben came and fitted a whole new central heating system, complete new boiler, radiators, chased in all of the pipes into the walls. He left no stone unturned in making sure we had the best and safest service he could possibly provide, we had issues with the radiators we had ordered and he advised us with patience. He even helped out other tradesmen that were in the house that were struggling. He is very knowledge, respectful and punctual. Also fantastic with our little girl, very child friendly. We always get a great service from Mere Green Gas & Plumbing! Ben always responds via text if we need to get in touch and keeps us updated on part availability and price. We were impressed with his fast response to an emergency we had recently, attending within just a few hours of us making the first contact. Most of all, with Ben, we know we have peace of mind with our Worcester Bosch boiler due to his accreditation, which keeps us in warranty. Overall, we get a fast, friendly and efficient service - keep up the great work.

Our boiler was on it's last legs and having used Ben previously we called on him again for a quote for a new boiler. Ben provided a quote and a date to do work. A week or so prior to that date the boiler finally blew up. We contacted Ben and he brought the date for a new boiler to be fitted forward without complaint, undertook the work to the highest standard possible and he charged us exactly what he quoted (he was even happy to wait for payment!). I couldn't recommend Ben and his colleagues highly enough.

Ben of Mere Green Gas and Plumbing is a very experienced Gas and Plumbing engineer who takes pride in his work. He completely re-piped our downstairs copper pipework as it was previously laid in concrete and was leaking. With a new boiler also fitted the standard of workmanship was excellent and now the system is running so much more economically and can be maintained easily! I can highly recommend Ben as he is very reliable and highly qualified in the work that he does!

Ben recently repaired our heating system when we were without heat and hot water. He was professional and the job was done quickly and efficiently. Can’t speak highly enough of Mere Green Gas and Plumbing. Ben came and looked and discussed about installing a Worcester Bosch boiler. He is reliable very efficient and put down protection on the carpets and cleaned up after themselves and all the old stuff was taken away. Ben sent off the paperwork so we could get the full 10 year guarantee on the boiler and he will get in touch when the service is due.

10/10 service, would highly recommend! Radiators weren’t as hot as required and haven’t been for a couple of years, was preparing for an expensive solution, but Ben was able to diagnose a some settings on our boiler and the house I now gets hotter than I thought would be possible!

I had an issue with the boiler which meant we were without hot water. Ben came out same day to have a look and was able to repair the problem the very next day. The problem was solved quickly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ben to anyone who needs his services.
