We found Perry Plumbing from Google and saw the number of great reviews and feedback following the services they provide and decided to go with them based on this. They arranged to meet up at the property, although they did re-arrange the date of the first visit after not turning up on the day. At the first visit I was very happy with what was explained and I sent the information across that was required for a quote. One week had gone by (as I was told a quote would be provided by the end of the week) and I had not heard anything. I contacted the office and they told me they will get back to me. A few days went by again and then I was told the individual who came out to the property had gone on holiday which fair enough. I then called when this individual was back from holiday and they told me they would check with the office and get back to me. I then called several times after that and at this point my calls were not being answered. From the reviews I can see people tend to have quick fixes whereas ours was a new property that needed full plumbing work and radiator installation. I’m very disappointed because it wasted a lot of my time when I could have gone through with another plumber.

CONSUMER ALERT!!!! There are still EXCELLENT companies out there that DO what they claim, Perry Plumbing & Heating Ltd is just that. From the get go they were put to task to remove an old open flue floor standing combi boiler from the chimney housing and relocate a new Baxi 830 in another part of the build. Old Victorian building so no mean feat. Same day quote, explained everything inc possible options where to relocate the heating system/boiler, flue etc. These guys are BUSY, but nothing was too much trouble, they respond they deploy you get the works. My faith has been restored, Anthony and team are a refreshing change to the industry, respect for the property, kept the work area clean and tidy, polite punctual the list is endless. In my experience RARE!!! Will undoubtedly be using this company moving forward for all plumbing and heating matters in the future. We had a longstanding issue with our heating which we had three professional opinions for. None of those seemed to agree. Tony came to see us, listened to what I told him and said ok I don't want to mess with any of the things previously looked at, this is my experience and this is what I suggest. Initially I wasn't sure. The solution was to replace the boiler and not even try troubleshooting with it. In the end I'm glad I listened to Tony. Our heating has been working fine since they came to help us. The engineers were friendly, fast, courteous and clean. This was all done over the Christmas period too. Tony came to see us a few days later to see how things are and talk me through next steps and servicing etc which was really helpful. I really recommend Perry Plumbing & their team.

I have used Perry Plumbing a few times and its safe to say they will never let you down. Especially if your boiler encounters problems and stops working at the most freezing time of the year! When I contacted them, they responded very quickly and within 24 hours the problem was rectified. They also informed me of what time they were coming and showed up on time. Anthony and his team are reliable and their standard of work is high quality. Anthony always gives you the best of advice and is very knowledgable. Anthony and his team are great! Friendly and considerate. They arrive on time and work through the day. Anthony is very knowledgable and will see a problem through so you get the best from the product. The job this time was to fit a new Baxi boiler and re position it in the kitchen cupboard. They did this with minimal disruption and tidied as they went, we are very pleased with our new boiler. Completed on on-line form outlining the work of two jobs. After a few days, a young man phoned and arranged to visit that same afternoon to see what the work involved. On viewing it, to my amazement, he said he'd to it now. He worked quickly for about an hour and a half, completed the jobs and left everything tidy and did not overcharge. I'm always hesitant at recommending trades to others but, if I'm asked by friends and neighbours to recommend a plumbing business, this 86 year old will have no hesitation in recommending Perry Plumbing and Heating. Firstly I'd like to thank Perry plumbing for looking after my mom so well. My mom has a disability and received fabulous service from Perry plumbing. They worked with her, instead of around her and made her feel comfortable, when the men fitted her boiler and radiators. Antony that did her quote came on the morning of fitting and introduced the other 2 men that were doing the work. He also went round after the work was done to make sure she was happy with their work. No subcontractors which is brilliant. Friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend this company.

A serious gas leak was not the Christmas present I welcomed. No heating, hot water or gas cooker for a week during the holiday period. After plenty of research and after reading their good reviews I contacted Perry Plumbing & Heating who quickly came to my rescue, replacing the leaking pipework and installing a new heating system. Anthony was prepared to spend time explaining every aspect of the work in a polite and friendly manner. An excellent team - hard working, neat & tidy and altogether a very positive experience after such a difficult time. Highly recommended.

We had a number of small jobs that needed doing; shower replacement, toilet flush replacement, replacing 2 small radiators and sorting drainage issues in the bathrooms and kitchen. An Engineer came to have a look within a week of calling and we received a quote the same day. We decided to proceed with the job which was completed 2 weeks later. Very impressed with Anthony who did the job. He was very polite and gave some good advice. We would have no hesitation in using Perry Plumbing and Heating again - highly recommend.

On Boxing Day morning we discovered our central heating system wouldn’t work. We were recommended to Perry Plumbing who asked for photos were able to diagnose the potential problem and quote a price. As no parts were available that day we were promised an engineer would call out the next day and replace the part. Anthony arrived on time and within three minutes had cleared the error code on the boiler and it was up and running again So happy to have found an honest , reliable plumber in our local area.

An elderly relative of mine told me that her engineer was going to replace the boiler even though everything was working fine, so I called Perry Pluming at 18:00 on Friday, but 10 the next day Antony was on site diagnosing the fault. Not only was the boiler fine, he told me it would be better to go to the boiler manufacturer Worcester as it would be cheaper for her!!! Then wouldn't accept payment as he hadn't done any work! I've been using Antony for about 3 years bow & wouldn't use anyone else

The boiler blew up on a rental flat we own with the tenants having a new born baby we needed a reliable quick gas engineer. Had a blocked drain from the kitchen sink. Called out Perry Plumbing and they came out within 24 hrs. Good job they asked to check the manhole as it was full and blocked. Matt was straight to the van to get the hose and unblocked it without any drama or complaints. Great service. Perry plumbing came out and sorted our problem out and what needed fixing.They arranged a day to fix it. They came out on the day they had arranged with us to do the job and they did such a professional job. Not only did we have hot water again they also made sure all the taps worked the same.We had also a ranged for them to service our boiler. Our boiler developed a fault on the Friday at the start of the 1st May bank holiday weekend. Telephoned Perry Plumbing and spoke to Anthony. Too late to get an engineer to our house but Anthony promised himself to come out first thing Saturday morning - when he wasn't actually supposed to be working. Anthony came as promised and sorted the problem within minutes. Simply outstanding!! Thank you Anthony.

I `phoned Perry Plumbing,left a message and they `PHONED BACK! They diagnosed the problem with my central heating, quoted a priice,got the part and fitted it THE SAME DAY! However,as my system has smallbore piping there was a problem refilling it and the team worked to 7 30 pm to fix it and DID`NT CHARGE EXTRA Thank you.

Excellent service. We had a blockage in our kitchen sink and Matt took the time to figure out exactly what was the issue and sorted it for us. He also sorted another issue with the sink that had bugged us for a while and even recommended some further work that could be done to improve the area even more. Very impressed.
