The entrance is spacious and the reception area an excellent customer service it is after they referred you to the adequate service then is a cold shower mostly people closed to retirement. Attitude brings to altitude be prepared after warm welcome a cold shower service

Merton Civic Centre is more customer facing but is not back to pre-pandemic levels. This means a phone call with a ton of options before you can decide if a face to face visit is worth the trouble. Staff on site were pleasant and helpful.
