Visited a couple of times here for parts, but reception customer service was poor. Was not greeted or welcomed appropriately and was left standing around, not sure how I would have been dealt with if I was purchasing a vehicle. on one occasion of visiting the receptionist turned away to eat her lunch in front of me. Had to wait while the parts staff ignored my service while he was emptying the shredder machine until another staff was later assisted me. Wouldn't be my first choice to visit here again. Will travel to another Honda dealer next time.

simon fixed all the suspension knocks, rattles & squeaks on my civic type-r. this guy knows his stuff & is a pleasure to deal with. if you have a honda with any sort of issue, you should definitely pay him a visit. After another couple of visits to Midland Honda Services, I just want to give Simon a pat on the back & reiterate the fact that he is a great guy who knows all things Honda. Helped me get my Type-R recovered after it snapped a drive shaft in the middle of town! He's a diamond geezer for sure!

Took in my Accord to fix black smoke from exhaust, Simon was extremely helpful and is an oracle about Honda's. He explained the issue to me and the solutions and recommended a DIY fix over a garage fix, this showed to me that this place is ethical and totally straight up. Incidentally his advice worked like a dream and my car is fixed. A pleasure to deal with. If you want super customer service, detailed advice and knowledge this is the place.

Simon is the best guy for anything honda. He has an attention to detail and a stickler for doing everything to OEM spec. His talents are endless, over the years he has built me a race spec 2.4 engine. Sorted out issues with all my cars, coded new ecus/keys. Serviced, maintained and upgraded a lot of them. His services are great and its difficult to find a reliable mechanic like this that has very reasonable rates.

We had our Honda Jazz serviced here, and they did a great job. The owner and main Honda mechanic is a very knowledgeable ex-Honda veteran mechanic who explained how he used the same parts as Honda but at a fraction of the cost because they didn't have the Honda logo. I've already recommended this place to friends and family who don't want pay the inflated costs of a main Honda dealer.

I would definitely recommend Simon after having no car for 2 weeks and being messed around and let down simon came out when he said he would and quickly got me back on the road and price was reasonable then today my car wouldn't start he came out to me and quickly sorted the problem nothing is too much trouble a very honest and reliable mechanic sian

Very knowledgeable and helpful mechanic. What he doesn't know ain't worth knowing, as the saying goes. I've called several times asking novice questions and they've always taken the time to answer and given best advice. They let me look around, underneath when my car was up on the hoist too, which was very insightful.

I would highly recommend going to simon if you need any work doing on your honda he done the timing chain and service on my ep3 type r nice polite and very helpful guy with loads of knowledge will be defo going back in the near future

Don't seem interested in what your call about on the the web site says they do heath check but when you ring them they don't Mazda do and nothing about any recalls me thinks if I was buying a new Honda they would be interested
