Went to the farmers market fair thingy.....OMG some lady was selling lemonade type drinks for $10 for one cup....she justified by saying it was a 32 oz.....good grief how does she sleep at night...i mean half the cup would need to ice in this heat.....thief.... no thanks....nice park in the same lot as the YMCA....other people at the different stalls were super friendly....but the veggies were so expensive like 4 bucks for a basket of 4 to 5 lemons...a couple of zucchinis for a few bucks....cheaper to go to HEB....disappointed in that cuz I would like to support local farmers but not at those prices....i got two baskets of okra for $4 each but went i cooked them half were so tough to chew after an hour of cooking so they were too long on the vine...wasted half my money....so sad...i hate to complain but ppl should know what to expect.....this is not the rich side of town.

A great hidden gem of sorts that I only found out about due to my job servicing the facility. There are a LOT of events that happen at this place that are all family friendly. The best part is that these events cost nothing to attend! From movies in the park on the weekends to various other events. Along with the movies are a ton of vendors where you can buy snacks, foods, and all sorts of drinks. Fully recommend checking out their Facebook page or web page :)

Been here twice now for their outdoor kid and pet-friendly movie nights. It's a fun venue and a free way to spend a couple hours. All you need is a blanket or camping chairs to sit on and dress according to the weather. You can bring your own food and drinks or purchase something from the food trucks. Last time we went, they had a hot dog truck and one that had Mexican street food. Overall a good time.

Great place to watch a movie, I took my family there had a blast place was clean. The crew working over there kept the place organized. "Dream place" teen band started the show. Especially with all this heat there was a nice breeze going. No BUGS big plus for my wife & kids. All vendors kept there area clean also. The only thing is it ran a little late but it's a free movie no reason to complain.

Really cool spot for outdoor movies, great for familes, friends, dates. Cool ambience. However, worst grass you could possible sit on! Stickers y mas, they really needed better grass, you would think they would have nice grass since people come with lawn chairs and picnic blankets but no, full of weeds and stickers. If they get better grass, I'll give them 5 stars.

We had such a relaxing fun family night. I'm so glad we could come out and enjoy a safe out door movie. The activities before the movie were engaging for the children. We are happy the book vendors are part of this family night. Very comfortable viewing and everyone was pleasant. I totally recommend this activity to all families. Pet friendly.

The movie was great, the grass was maintained well, we didn't use the bathrooms, because we just didn't have to go. The vendors are great, and friendly. Can't wait to try the food. We had lemonade and kettle popcorn. Tried the paleta, yummy. Had the limeade as well, we like the limeade better. The weather was great, nice breeze.

Mission Marquee is a great place for all kinds of fun, and free events. Cultural programming is key here and there's regular markets and film programming throughout the spring, summer, and fall months. Expect live music, holiday fun, tree give aways, political representation, vendors, and issue advocacy. It's a real-deal thing.

This place is Awesome. As a single father They always have an Event taking place. I enjoy the family environment and my son loves the movies. Its amazing to have places like this. First time here. Came to get a free fruit tree that the City of San Antonio was giving away. It also host a Farmers Market from March through November. They have a drive thru theater where they play movies. Great place to bring your family. There is free parking too. If there is any event , best to come early.

Visited for a day time event in the field area. Decent restrooms and a lot of space. Not a lot of parking, but looks like it might be a nice drive in type of movie site. Nice large screen for it. Not sure they still use it, though. There is a stage at the front, so a great place for events.

OMG I never thought they would do something with the driving but I am so thankful I'm so happy now I get to take all my five grandkids to craft me and whatever activities they have and thank you so much you're really appreciate everything and for the movies on Saturdays 100%, awesome

Amazing place you had no idea was here. You can bring a lawn chair and enjoy great films or watch film festivals. Plenty of vendors and concessions for food and drinks. The bathrooms are clean and the staff are friendly. Take your kids and have a great time.

Very friendly atmosphere. The vendors are nice and there are usually activities before the movie for the kids, if not it's a big enough area to let them run and play safely. The food vendors are awesome with some unique foods. I enjoy it everytime i go.

Each time I have been here for the outdoor movies the experience has been great. Movies are always family friendly, food vendors are reasonably price and bathrooms are always clean. If you are looking for a cheap date night definitely try this place.

Fun cultural and historical treasure and with the new center bring built, it will be great. It'll be one of those things where you love it and want it to be your secret oasis but also to be popular and loved and busy so it won't go to waste!

Incredible. I remember coming here as a kid hiding in my cousin's trunk. Now it's become a great community hub. Events held here are fun and usually involve food trucks. Right off the Mission trail and next to my favorite mission, San Jose.

I love it when we bring the kids here. The atmosphere is awesome. So refreshing to see the city want to get active within this community. And the vendors never fail to amaze me with what they offer. Wish more cities/communities did this.

First time there ,loved it,take your own chairs, blankets, pillows, and snacks, because it's outside, some people took pizza, popcorn your choice lots of fun for kid's free movies we saw Night mire before Xmas,have fun.

We attended the Latin festival couple weeks back and really enjoyed ourselves. I do wish this place had more trees or shaded areas to beat the summer heat but the facility itself is clean and easily accessible.

Super fun place when they have festivals. They do have bathrooms, but don't forget your lawn chairs or blankets and maybe an umbrella for those hot sunny days. Great for the family too.

Our last movie for the season. Definitely coming back next season. It was a cool and breezy night. Plenty of snacks. We loved seeing "Tortilla Soup " . Wonderful for the whole family.

The venue was very nice. Its great to know that we have a venue like this and free movie night great for the family. Needs some more advertising.
