For what it's worth, this Mister Car Wash gets the job done. Whenever in the need for a quick wash, I usually took my car to this location (just south of the San Mateo and Montgomery intersection). This particular Mister Car Wash doesn't offer full service as the other location does (just a mile north), but it still offers the usual exterior wash packages. Well maintained, and quick to get cars through; one can't really complain about how this Mister Car Wash conducts business. What I've always enjoyed most about this place are the free DIY vacuums hoses which are made available to all patrons. No timer set, nor any quarters needed. Just pick up the hose and clean your car until satisfied.

Well over a year ago this was a good carwash but as time has progressed it gets worse and worse I don't mind all that much to wipe off what the blowers can't get to (big truck) but for the last few months it doesn't even get water off any more. Today was the worst, the soap sprayer was not even working and the hot wax was the same. They basically just sprayed my truck with dirty water. The system here keeps shutting off while you are inside its not a good feeling especially since this is the closest one to me and one of only a few that can handle my truck. I highly recommend going to another mister or if it's too far go to another car wash all together.

I have the monthly charge plan. I like this car wash and go everyday but the workers that they have to push the buttons seem very lazy in the morning. Supposed to have the front and back sprayed off but that hardly ever happens. Really wish they would hire employees that are there. Last several times I have gone through I have had to wait for a staff member to go through the actual car wash. Maybe I will switch to Champions and get better service. There is also one of those on my way to work. Step it up Misters you are on the losing end of car washes if your staff doesn't start doing better!

I have no complaint with Master Car Wash. It is my own responsibility how I kept my vehicle clean inside out. It doesn't matter how less $ or high $, I pay for the service. If people are not satisfied with the service wash your own vehicle at the high-pressure car-wash on your own . Or it's like eating at a restaurant and the restaurant is so busy the waiters are trying to keep up with the service and customer's would complain about their table service. There will be always something wrong overcooked meat, etc. If that is the case, cook for the family at home ☺️

The wash is okay. I suggest you bring a small towel and a spray bottle or ask them for one (which they will provide if you ask nicely) because you will need it to really clean your car further. The Mr. clean washes I had in my origin state were a lot more premium. The vacuums were stronger and the wash was a lot more thorough. But this is all this town has so it will have to do. After giving my car an extra 10 minutes of love I'm "satisfied" but i always feel like the wash itself is not up to par with out of state competitors.

Exterior only car wash, I went with the one for $18. I get to the entrance and get a quick little spray down and I go through the wash that takes all about 3 minutes and i get out to still have my car dirty. And the cherry on top is the attendant asks for a tip just to select a button on what type of wash I want. I was generous and decided to tip, even before the service was completed only to be disappointed that my $23 dollar car wash didn’t clean my car well. Do better guys.

Borrowed my friends car to run some errands, decided to get it cleaned to say thanks. Was in and out fast. The young man who helped me at the front and the young lady who gets you going inside the automated car wash were very friendly and helpful as I didn't know what to do (put car in neutral, duh me). The car looks shiny and nice, very reasonable $10 basic service.

WOW! Monthly membership with Mister. Having to honk several times to get an attendant to show up. Their customer service is not good at this location. Just pushing vehicles through. No spraying of the car prior to wash. Now I need to to a different location to rewash car. Maybe I should go back to Champion Car wash a bit higher. At least they are customer friendly.

The workers at this car was do not allow enough room between cars. Today a car pressed on their brakes mid-car wash and my car ended up bumping theirs. There was zero time for any reaction! When I brought this up to management he told me I’m responsible for operating my own vehicle and should have pressed on my own breaks. I never cancelled a membership so quick!

The wash was okay. There was a large clump of Bird droppings that was only on my hood for 12 hours that it removed only 80% of. Every other part of the wash was okay. The basic levels that don't offer any waxes or special coating are a bit too expensive for what they offer. I was happy with it but really wanted to go through it again for my $14.

This facility did a poor job cleaning my car. When I brought it to their attention, they refused to fix their work, saying "they are not a detail shop". I only wanted the dirt removed my car, that is what a car wash is supposed to do. Don't go here unless your car is already clean and you want to remove bit of dust

Great monthly membership program. The only complaint I have (4 stars) is that sometimes, depending on which location you go to, the wash is out of soap or just seems like it’s just spraying water on my vehicle. I’m paying for the monthly premium and I feel like I’m often not getting what I pay for.

I had a membership for about 2 years finally canceled it. Wasn't happy with the store on San Mateo most of the time the brushes didn't work. Also when I first got my membership they would spray the front and back of my car and they stopped doing that car was still dirty after I went thru carwash

Nice establishment. Tight spots to turn in for my truck. Drive thru car was was as usual the only issue was the blow dryers did not blow as other locations do. I’m El Paso location after I exit a wash, there is little to no water on the body. This location I had to had dry the entire vehicle.

Please save yourself the trouble they broke my antenna. The lady was rude. The manager acted like he didn’t care, and he wanted to fight me little did he know that if he would’ve attempted, it wouldn’t have ended in his favor save yourself the trouble don’t do the business with these people.

I enjoy this car wash. Everyone is friendly. But pricey for the results. Today I got the $23 wash and it didn't get all the big guys off my car from a weekend trip and it also never fully dries my car so make sure to have microfiber towels handy. Otherwise it's a good car wash.

I got the most expensive was and my car was so dirty. I'd go find a different car wash if I were you. I do also miss when car washes used to hand out towels and air fresheners with the top of the line wash.... if I had that towel I could have wiped the dirt off myself lol.

Decided to try them out and I was impressed. Fast, friendly service at an affordable price. The free vacuums were a great added benefit. I didn’t feel rushed like I do at Mister Carwash and the staff were much friendlier. Will definitely be returning!

I'm a big fan of the Unlimited Wash Club. I get unlimited basic car washes for $20 a month! I like the fact that they have high pressure air to blow the trapped dirt out of your carpets and help dry the nooks and crannies. 5 Stars!

Car came put clean as any other automatic car wash place. Price was reasonable. Staff attendants were friendly. Vacuum cleaners were sub par, much better vacuums other places. Compressed air is available, which is nice.

Purchased the cheapest wash and was left with a good amount of dirt on our SUV, mostly on the rear. If you go I'd move up to more expensive wash, though even the cheapest was should get your car clean.

Purchased the $22 Car Wash and there was dirt left. It be best to wash it elsewhere. It didn't completely dry my car. Vacuums need more power to absorb the trash.
