I had a monthly subscription for unlimited carwashes until yesterday. As I'm about to enter the car wash an employee runs up to my window and asks for my unlimited sticker. He says that I need to place the sticker on the outside of the windshield. I said that I don't want stickers on my windshield. He said, "Then we'll have to cancel your membership." and walks away with my unlimited sticker. After the carwash I ask them what the big deal is with having the sticker on my windshield? The employee said, "We require the sticker be on the windshield." I said, "I know, but why?" He said, "To prevent people from washing multiple cars." I asked, "What's the difference if I wash the same car 30 times a month, or 30 different cars in a month?" The employee said, "Uhh, you'll have to ask corporate about that." (Facepalm) I understand the employee is just doing what he was told to do, but this was such a strange encounter. And such a strange policy to enforce. Do they not have the technology to determine if the car make, model, color and license plate matches the membership? Oh well, I'll just find a less odd place to wash my car.

Overall decent place except don't really like the self service vacuum only style system they have since I pay 75$ a month plus tax for unlimited washes,it covers exterior cleaning and wax,and access to the self service vacuuming but the vaccums are a little ineffective and need to be maintained,maybe have the brush tips for getting stuff like hair off the car mats ,I do like the air compressor though to clean hard to get areas ,in between buttons and stuff,If they offered even a quick vaccum by an employee before the car gets ran through the automated wash ,that would feel more worth the cost, the automatic wash sometimes takes a couple runs to get it clean as I prefer ,that's one of the more.positive things about this place is if you pay a monthly membership ship it's unlimited washes and I can go through 10 times in a row in the same day if I needed to ,if they eventually offer a pre wash vacuum/interior clean by a crew even just the minimal I would change my rating to 5 stars

This car wash is fantastic! This car wash always makes our truck shiny and gets the job done, but I think the locations with Sonny’s and MCWW equipment cleans and drys a little better than the locations that have MacNeil equipment. I’m sad to say that, because my aunt use to sell MacNeil car wash equipment. I hope they replace the 2 express locations in Albuquerque with Sonny’s and MCWW equipment, because the MacNeil equipment just doesn’t clean as well. Don’t get me wrong, MacNeil equipment still does an okay job. One of my complaints about the Central and San Pedro location is that we always have to make a complicated u-turn, because of the stupid ART bus lane, but that’s not the fault of the employees. Also, the response from the owner just seems like customized copy and pasted replies.

Yesterday I went to get a car wash and paid $20. The person at the drive up was super helpful and I almost got the membership for an extra $30. Good thing I thought about seeing the quality of the wash first. We go through the wash tunnel and I noticed that the left side of the washing wasn't working. When I vacuumed out my vehicle the line to speak with staff was already too long.I basically went and bought cleaning supplies and went home to wash my vehicle myself, the protectant basically sealed the dirt on my vehicle. I dont understand why they would continue to charge people if one side of the tunnel did not work. I have went to several locations for carwashes in Albuquerque and always had this type of problem. I would recommend asking if the machines are working before paying.

Some times my tires aren't shined like they should be. Your location on Menaul and eubank I have a problem with. The premium customers have a much longer line and the pay as you go customers will be in a separate line (shorter) and will be let through before some of the premium customers that have been waiting much longer. One of my trucks has a spot in the middle of the rear windshield that I have to do by hand because your machine does not reach it. Some times the soap is a little scares which is understandable but it is a little inconvenient. Other than that I am fairly satisfied. I am looking into other carwash monthly prices. I moved here from Texas and the company I used for my vehicles was 19.99 a month and they would give you a discount for adding other vehicles.

If you're going to constantly get your car washed every single day then I guess the monthly plan is worth it. Every time I come out of the car wash I have tons of lines and scrapes from the machinery at the wash. I usually have to go through it 2 or 3 timesget an accurate wash. Every time I look at the rear end of my vehicle it has a ton of sand lion still coming out due to the jets not being powerful enough to blast around the areas throughout the door. I just don't feel that $30 a month is worth it and let is worth it unless you get your car washed every day. That point you're just wasting people's water which is another problem in our society.

As a Car Wash Operator in Little Rock AR, I know what to look for. Customer service was great. The service guru was very informing. Bad news though, this car wash causes fine scratches due to the lack of soap. I purchased the $18 best wash. I just did paint correction on my 2018 Subaru WRX before traveling to NM. After the wash you can see fine scratches all over my car. While entering the wash there was little to no soap being applied to my vehicle. ( Keep in mind I had 0 fine scratches when leaving Arkansas and this was the first wash I stopped at.) This car wash could use more foamers! Do not use this car wash. TRUST ME!!!

Lots of drug activity. All the workers are rude. Hateful mean, they all have problems. It is the worst place to get your car wash. The solution that they use leaves a residue on your windshield on your body of your car. They rip you off. Don't go there lots of drug activity. And they rip you off by charging you what they charge you 20 some dollars for a car wash, you can just go to the spray and wash and do a better job in yourself or go the police places at Walmart or K mart and drive your car through the car wash that doesn't use brushes. And it's better and you try it. And the brushes damage your car

Best deal in town. For around $20 a month for unlimited wash and the use of space and equipment to clean out the interior of my vehicle. I particularly love the air hose so I can blow out hard to reach areas. Unfortunately, in order to signup you have to go directly there to do so. To cancel my membership they don't make it easy enough. You have to email them with your information. They do respond in a day or two but still-- they have a website all the have to do is place a link and it's done. Although I'm sure it's a ploy design to keep people signed up longer than they we would have like.

This used to be the place to go because of their good prices. Now, it went up from 7 to 9 dlls which is not too bad I would still pay that for their most basic wash. What really made this the last time to go there was that now they ask for tips when you pay. Of course you do not have to give a tip but just the fact that they ask for a tip is not acceptable. A tip for what? I believe tipping was for workers getting paid less than the minimum wage, This is feeling like being taken advantage of. I also want to receive tips for doing my job.

This location is…. By far the best carwash in NM. The staff is always there to greet you with a smile and a solid hand shake. The views are nice, the air and vacuums actually have power. If you experience any wash issues or have body trim disappearing into the suds, Jason and his crew will do whatever it takes to make things right “like tire shine in hand” if the machine doesn’t do its job. I speak from experience and I would recommend this Location and Mister Carwash with the platinum package to anyone.

I have not been here for a while but there have been some changes. There used to be a pre scrub. This is no longer the case. My car looks the same as when it went in minus some dust and added smears of dust that didn't get touched by the brushes. There are still bugs on the front bumper. To add to this, prices went up. I paid for the " platinum". I Most certainly did not get " platinum" service (car wash). I gave a two star because vacuums work good and they have compressed air guns that help.

I paid for the premium wash which totaled something like $17 bucks. My car was still so dirty when I got out to use the vacuums. The folks working there were fine. However, I won’t come back to this car wash. I could literally wipe dirt off the rear and front bumpers. My car wasn’t filthy going in and it sure wasn’t clean coming out either. Unfortunately, I got the wax option and now have dirt waxed into my car. Super, super disappointed.

Everyone is friendly, but they're kind of lazy. Like, they don't spray off the car and do nothing to ensure the vehicle actually gets clean. I end up leaving with dried bird poop on the car nearly every time, I might as well go to a different location so I know my car will actually get cleaned. The picture is all the bird poop that wasn't cleaned off pre-wash or by the car wash; It could have been taken care of with a quick spray down.

When this place was Clean Machine Car Wash, they always gave me a disposable cloth to wipe the interior of your car. Then, they’d scrub the grill before my car started on the conveyor. Mister Car Wash, who bought out Clean Machine, does neither of these things. The cloth is the thing I miss the most. The point of an automatic car wash is the convenience. If I have to buy and store my own interior wipes then it becomes less convenient.

I don't like my debit card used for Everything. I carry cash for different things like this carwash. Once I started the membership and they processed my boyfriend's card twice in a month for it, 2 months in a row. So I get there (hadn't in a while) and no cash, card only. Since when has a car wash been so ghetto fabulous?! Yes in the Southeast of ABQ. Needless to say I did wash my car, everything worked fine there

Was not happy. They broke the laser cut computer type key to my Honda civic. The girl tried to argue with me that I could get a key for $10-$15 dollars. BS those keys are $150.00 I've made two extra keys for this car. I wanted them to pay for replacement cost all's I got was two car was coupons. Not happy at all Edit contacted has they asked and heard nothing back. Not Suprised. My key cost was $177.00

Mister car wash is the best.. I purchased a unlimited monthly pass. It's awesome deal, free vacuums. Different deals of what you need.. The staff is very helpful. They have different locations all over. The one on San Mateo over by San Pedro is my go to. Any Many more even being built all over. 20 highly recommend to all looking for a great carwash friendly staff great looking car after. .

I like this location to dry my vehicle because it's usually not as busy, and people keep to themselves. The water is really good here compared to other locations, and there is a lot of soap, but I don't think the tire shine goes on consistently and very much. And the vacuums are just okay... Like I said, I go here to dry off my vehicle, usually from the drive thru one down a few blocks.

Bunch off lazy and bad character people I wish I could show them how to dam pre wash a vehicle more than 6 times I went in with my truck and still didn't came out clean paying a basic or premium wash they are too used to not even pick up a spray gun I asked the guy and the so called manager to spray my rims none of them did it they pretended to do soo

If you get the monthly deal, it is incredibly cheap. They have awesome free coffee. I haven't figured out weather I am getting free coffee or free car washes. For $1.50 a day, I get both. If you drive for a living, it's a total no brainer. I swear I don't work for them, just a Lyft/uber driver.

Consider becoming a member'! It makes the task of visiting the car wash so easy; remaining in your car for an exterior wash or for interior/exterior - there're comfortable waiting areas available. The employees are super polite and cheerful which I appreciate during these stressful times...

If you are like me I wash my car all the time ,well come to find out they charged d $ 21.00 for a whole month as many times as I want 2 times a day if I chose, and they have the vacuums right on the side. It's a great place to take your ride, and also they have a super friendly staff.

I have a bigger truck and it works perfectly with all of your guys locations but I wish all of the sites had the self vacuum service side only two in my town and both are far but I still go I love the way my truck looks after I’ve been there thanks guys and girls

Don't come here. They have audacity to ask for a tip for what? The guy that's supposed to be in the tunnel and presoak your car only comes out of the room to get thr conveyor belt moving and then disappears. Definitely need to hire more qualified people.

Just when mister couldn't get any worse they remove the compressed air from their DIY vacuumes. I really only went there for those and every time I go through the wash there are still water stains and bugs and what not. I will NOT be returning.

My car was dusty and it was a lot of work to wash it myself before coming here, glad I did, I like how shiny it is now, but I paid 17$ for the premium and I feel uneasy they didnt confirm it was me before the wash. Wish that was communicated

Its baffling why Mister has 2 car washes within a half mile; however, this one is probably one of my fav in ABQ. Nice compressed air and vac. Vending machines with all the fixings. No fuss great customer service. Will repeat business.

Don't buy the monthly plan. If you do so, they will automatically charge your card that you may not even notice. At least they need to mention it while purchasing. Nobody has time to read terms and conditions for a simple car wash

Their staff at the entrance is helpull and friendly, but is not a full service car wash. You go through the tunnel to wash your car by a machine. I just arrived from a trip, so my car needed a good scrub. I'm disappointed.

Best car wash in Albuquerque 21 dollars a month for unlimited washes I use to pay about 6 every week at those do it yourself washes then I found out this was 7 dollars every wash or 21 a month for unlimited can't beat it

At $7.00 for a basic wash plus free vacuum, it's cheaper than just the wash at any self service coin operated car wash and then you pay for the vacuums as well. The blower at the end of the wash also did a very good job.

I've actually not been 2 this location, but I have been 2 the one in the heights. I really believe they are just as awesome! They pay attention 2 detail, whether it's a simple wash or the detailing of your vehicle.

Probably the worst car wash I’ve been too, paid 45$ for premium and tipped well, my truck looks like it hasn’t even been vacuumed and pulling out of the wash the manager shaker his head knowing it was poorly done

Best service I have ever had from Miami to Los Angeles. Judge actually came up to insure I was happy with the car wash. Their still quite a few bugs stuck in it. So he offered to re wash. It came out perfect!!

Mister car wash is okay. Kinda upset that they don't do the inside of your car also with the unlimited. You have to pay $8 for them to just vaccum it. I'll probably renew only because we live on a dirt road.

Unlimited car washes for only $30 a month. They also have very good vacuums available for use. Drive in and out within minutes. Customer Service is GREAT! They always great me with a friendly smile and wave.

I don't mind having to vacuum my own vehicle but I seem to pick the stall that the vacuum doesn't work well or the air nozzle is broken. Won't stop me from coming back but gets irritating is all.

My vehicle used to get cleaned when I went through the wash, now it's sloppy and the back never gets cleaned. And that's for both my truck and SUV. I don't get what I pay for. Very disappointed!

I love this place. They do a great job washing the car, and cleaning interior and exterior when you get the premium car wash. I love it so much, I get the monthly unlimited premium package.

Prices are reasonable. Car was clean. No missed spots. Stay in car for wash. Vacuuming and cleaning inside of vehicle you do yourself. I didn't use this feature but the setup seemed good.

The Mister carwash on Central/San Pedro is good. Dont go to San Mateo Montgomery. That one sucks, the workers are rude and something is always broken.

Vacuums here are a big plus here. Also the little air pressure blower thing comes in very handy. The employees keep it clean and in working order.
