I had an appointment with DR prove which went well . I wanted a certificate of attendance and medical certificate which doctor approved and wanted me to collect from the reception . After telling this to the receptionist ‘ Laura’ several times she said that doctor is busy and is not available to sign on your certificate. I waited for more than 24 hours for his signature and doctor never said NO. It was the so called receptionist LAURA who was super busy doing nothing . She was really rude to me on phone and in person. Really needs to learn how to behave . Really liked the doctor and wanted to get treated after my ex ray but now I’m not going back there just because I don’t want to be disrespected another time .

Dr Willis Wong was incredibly kind and patient for numerous dental appointments my 9yr old son Edward recently underwent. Dr Wong explained things in fun and age appropriate ways, which Edward enjoyed and still repeats talks about (a filling - washing the tooth with tooth shampoo, putting a cake tin around the tooth so the "batter" (filling) doesn't spill etc. Edward didn't complain at all about his 3 appointments with Dr Wong (and one included having a tooth removed). Edward still has no idea he had injections for numbing as Dr Wong was so gentle and kept chatting throughout the entire process. Dr Wong is a wonderful dentist. Thank you.

Dr Adam Prove is an excellent dentist and we are lucky to have him in Hobart. I've had some really poor experiences with dentists in Hobart, and that is just in regard to basic cleaning. My experiences with Dr Prove at Moonah Dental Centre have been excellent every time I have been there. He is incredibly attentive to patient needs and concerns; is very thorough with his oral inspections and cleaning; and is an excellent source of information regarding oral health. If you are looking for a new dentist in Hobart, I give Dr Adam Prove my highest possible recommendations.

I’m so upset with Dr Terry today. I made an appointment to extract my wisdom teeth and waited outside for 1hour because of the delay of the previous patient. End up with he’s got no time and asked me to make another appointment? I made an appointment at least 3 weeks ahead and just because you don’t have time so force me to make another appointment? But why the staff said you can do it when you call me 2 weeks ago then? It’s waisting my time. I don’t know how good he is but do not recommend him because of his unprofessional and poor attitude.

A drill happy dentist retouched a filling then followed with a very failed root canal, OMG they let me walk/crawl out of there crying/ sobbing in pain. The filling was only a week or so old and I now know it should have been left longer to settle. So rough and just out to make money. A new dentist has done their best following further months of root canal work and a crown that has left me with an ongoing infection, now facing an extraction and implant, a ten thousand dollar experience that has cost me so much more than the money.

This has been our family dentist service for my husband and daughter and myself for 20 yrs. Unfortunately in recent times the administration of accounts and friendliness of counter staff has been less than desirable. Bordering on rude and unhelpful. Team members have presented as agitated when required to amend accountants or provide copies. Disappointing particularly when the dentists have been exceptional. We no longer use the service sadly. We now utilise another service where we are respected and treated with dignity.

I've been visiting the Moonah Dental Centre for over 15 years and my experience has been consistently excellent. Dr. Jun Ooi stands out with their patient, kind, and caring approach. Not only is the service reasonably priced, but the clinic also offers a tranquil and calming environment. The clinic has an internal courtyard with a garden, which creates a calming atmosphere and brings in natural light. This calm and quiet setting always makes my dental visits more pleasant. Highly recommend.

We visited this dental clinic today . Dr Adam and Dr Allen were so helpful throughout the service period. Esp Dr Adam he did properly explained the condition of my teeth and what things to be take care . Not only this, i was referred to follow up check up as well, the whole session was absolutely amazing. I really recommend this clinic and Dr Adam and Dr Allen is more than 5 stars out of 5.

Wisdom tooth extraction - Called to book for the treatment and multiple options were given. Chose where and with who. On the day, arrived, updated my details, then a painless quick sit in the chair and it was all done. I was told the procedures for post extraction, then given multiple payment options. The next day they followed up to see how it went. 4 days later I'm back on solid food. TOP JOB MOONAH!

Excellent experience! My wisdom tooth was taken off by Dr Anna Thich without so much fear and zero pain today, as it was my first experience in extractions. I may get severe pain after the numb is gone, but she did really good job. She was very gentle, patient and fast. Her action was so confident and calmed. 100% trust on her. Thanks god for letting me see her today.

I called and got an emergency appointment in just 90 minutes time. The dentist actually listened to me and didn't do anything I didn't want. The reception staff were absolutly flawless, such a lovely bunch of girls. I have nothing negative to say about this dentist practice! I walked out virtually pain free instantly. Will for sure be our new familys local dentist.

Dr. Siyao Wang always made me feel welcoming and relaxed, same as the reception teams. They have been sending SMS and postcard to remind me of routine check up. Had been a clients with them for the past seven years until relocated to interstate. Transferred my history with a short notice and being really helpful. Thanks for looking after me.

The dentist, who was by far the roughest dentist I have ever had the displeasure of seeing, said I had 3 caries needing filling. I found this a bit hard to believe, but the dentist insisted they were all necessary. I went to a different dental surgery and got a second and third opinion, where both dentists agreed I only needed 1 filling.

Amazing dentists and customer service staff. Everyone is so professional and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr P Singh. All the dentists I have seen here have been incredibly thorough and have tried to ensure I won't need to come back year after year for worsening dental health by being proactive. I cannot recommend this practice enough.

Had an appointment today to have a filling done. Usually I am very apprehensive with dentists and very stressed, dr wang made me feel comfortable and did an awesome job of filling my tooth, I honestly never even felt the injection for the anesthetic, this was a first for me. I highly recommend dr s wang. Great practice friendly team.

I was visiting and got a emergency appointment on a Sat morning a few hours after I rang. I'd had tooth surgery a few days earlier in Nsw and was in a lot of pain. The dentist sorted it out quickly. A very positive appointment! Prue was comfortable to have her teeth cleaned and I was able to ask her dentist about possible treatments through the school to help determine if they would be beneficial. Always a positive experience there and we enjoy watching the fish in the waiting room.

Dr Michelle Yap was amazing. She explained everything and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Her mannerism is excellent and she checked on me tgecwhole procedure squeezed me in for a check up 4 days later with a concern from me on my healing. I cannot praise her and her ream enough.

Dr Yuen very patiently wriggled and levered out a lower jaw wisdom tooth that couldn't be grasped by forceps due to decay. There was no pain during the procedure, and him, and his dental nurse, kept me informed of what they were doing.

The doctor left the room several times during the consultation, embarrassing me and his assistant. It was supposed to be the patient's time, but the doctor spent more time outside than in the room and felt extremely disrespectful.
