Fractured jaw with simple extraction. So drinking coffee wasn't as simple as swallow it all my sinus cavity infected. And coffee come out nasal passage. And they say nothing went wrong with extraction. Lucky there are real dentists elsewhere who spent 2hrs repairing damage. They'll tell you they're a Medibank Provider. THEY'RE NOT. NOT WITH BILL I RECEIVED. THEY'RE DISHONEST STAY AWAY. Unless you've been sent there under govt scheme and don't have a choice. But they've always got free appointments. Because they're never busy.

I am a long term patient / client of this practice. Whether emergency treatment or regular checkups the practice under dr Henry has always attempted to accommodate my dental needs. The practice takes time to consider the individual needs of patients. From the administration/front desk staff to practice nurses and qualified dental staff, the practice maintains the highest standards. It should be noted that no unnecessary items are suggested or charged for, that the practice is one of honesty and integrity.

Would not recommend. They did a procedure on one of my teeth, shaved right down to expose the sensitive part and tried to put a filling on top. It fell off within a day. I ended up seeing multiple other dentist about it, the other dentists where shocked that this procedure was done in the first place. I couldn’t eat on that side of my mouth for over 6 months and had to get crown put on to save the tooth, it ended up cost me a lot of money to fix. Seeing multiple other dentists.

The Nation family have been attending Sandy Bay Dental for the past 15 years. Gordon has the remarkable ability of turning a trip to the dentist for our four children into a relaxed outing. The advice, care and encouragement our children have received from Gordon and his staff during their regular checkups has been a key factor in the kids having cavity free teeth. Happy parents and minimal hip pocket pain.

This one star is for the receptionist. She made a mistake to my appointment and wouldn't admit it even though I have the SMS confirmation I received on the day when the appointment was made and the one I received a day before the appointment. I would never come back to this practice because of poor customer service. I am yet to see the dentist so I have no comment about it.

I was experiencing massive amounts of pain in my ear, jaw and teeth and it was affecting my general health and ability to focus at work. Doctor Henry diagnosed the issue on the first visit and taught me some exercises and custom made me a mouth guard. All fixed. Thanks Doctor Henry! My kids are now using this dentist also and we could not be happier

I recently had both my daughters fitted with mouth guards at Sandy Bay Dental Centre. All the staff were so warm and friendly with the girls and the whole process was seamless. The mouth guards were ready in a matter of days and fit perfectly. Excellent experience from beginning to end, thank you.
